Well what can I say?!! There's no one on site. No hot food. WiFi, security, shop here. Yes there's a toilet but I didn't want to damage my mental health with the pptential horror of what I would find...it was after all a shared male and female toilet and shower. They have the audacity to still charge for parking when you get none of the facilities they advertise! Safe to say I wont fo back there

Under new management and I know they have a 1 year plan to upgrade the truck stop, but the toilet and shower facilities are absolutely foul! 5 used toilet roll inners but no toilet paper, bin overflowing, empty deodorant on the floor, cigarette on the shower window ledge and I don’t think the sink area has seen a cloth in weeks. Lack of supervision when parking up means large gaps between trucks causing problems if it’s busy or for late arrivals.

Canal side stop rather than a truck or a38.. good mooring next to facilities. Good food and drinks and service. Good range of food and drinks in own mugs to go.

First time parking here. AND THE LAST. £34 to park with a food voucher. You want to have good food n good facilities for that. This certainly hasn’t got good facilities ie shower n toilet are grim to say the least. The cafe tho is just newly painted and clean, very nice in fact. So I ordered a cheeseburger n chips as my tea n that is all I got no salad nothing just a cheap burger with the tiniest amount of grated cheese on and a handful of chips. Basic to say the least. £34 for this is an absolute ripoff to a trucker. Scandalous in fact. Services are cheaper and food/facilities are definitely much better. First n last time I park here. Do yourself a favour truckers and sail on by honestly

Tutbury Castle Castle Street
Pretty disappointed. Queued for 15min for hot drinks for an organised firework display. Lady on counter shouts down the very long queue she would only be serving for another 10min due to the fireworks starting shortly. Literally 2min later she announces she is finished. Understand there needs to be a cutoff, but basic time keeping and customer service would go a long way… incredibly a few minutes later after most of the queue has dispersed, including myself, she was serving again… Fireworks didn’t start when she was expecting I suppose, very very poor.

Trinity RoadUsually a top place to eat. Cafe staff are exceptional as are most the staff there, with the exception of Mr Vest the store manager. But on this occasion there was a bird flying around the store. I didn't realise until id finished my coffee and cake. They were still selling food and beverage to be consumed on site with a bird in store.

Station StreetMy friends and I went tonight and we watched the man blow his nose and then touch our straws when making the milkshakes, another man emptied the bins and continued to make puddings without washing his hands, they used water only to clean their utensils. Didn’t help that it took ages for them to make! Utterly disgusting! Put us off our milkshakes so we ended up leaving them!!! Never go here unless you want to catch an illness !

27 Swan Walk Coopers Square Shopping CentreWhilst in store after ordering 2 iced coffee’s we were handed our drinks without lids. My partner very politely asked if we could have lids for our drinks and the member of staff very rudely replied ‘if we had lids I would’ve put one on’. Being an assistant manager in retail I would be appalled if I heard any of my staff speaking to a customer like this.
