Well I've just witnessed one of your delivery drivers come speeding though an housing estate in dracklow came flying over one of the humps nearly taken the bottom of the car out . It's an housing estate NOT A RACE TRACK.

Absolutely horrible. We waited an unreasonably long time for our food, not because the place was busy, but because the staff were standing around in the kitchen, chatting with each other. This kind of service is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism. 👎👎👎

It was my first visit here, we ordered for a group of 6. We enjoyed the burgers, but the hot dogs, loaded fries and the cheesy fries were disappointing. I liked the chickin lickin burger but not sure if I'd go again as it's pricey for what it is. Mojitas were nice and reasonably priced.

i collected it from the shop, it was still really warm, not badly priced at all per person, only cost us £46 in total for three people. i had the clock tower burger- i can safety say it was the best burger i have had in a long time, (bearing in mind i have burgers quite often😭) not greasy and oily at all and doesn’t leave you uncomfortably full up. the chicken was so creamy and delicious. i would 100% recommend this place and one thing that i would say is don’t be put off from bad reviews because honestly this was to die for. if you’re thinking about ordering from here- definitely do it lol

The staff took our order promptly which was good. All well, we thought our order would be ready in 15 minutes or so. Oh no! 35 minutes went by, still no drink previously ordered. The member of staff finally told us another five minutes for the hotdog. I would like to add that the family that arrived 20 minutes after us were already eating theirs. After another 15 minutes just my burger and fries arrived, I tried the fries, they were cold! Must have been sitting a while! Still no hotdog! No apologies from any member of staff at any point. We walked out at this point. Do not waste time at this establishment, plenty of choice elsewhere.

Disappointing. Prices are ridiculous don’t bother paying for extra patties in burger because they gonna be thinner than piece of paper so better to get the included two which are bit thicker. Quality of products is bottom. Cheap salad, watered down sauces ( don’t bother ordering cheese sauce, get yourself tin of it from Costco much cheaper). Chips are half the size of what they used to be you get maybe like 10 of them in a box if you’re lucky. And drinks are the biggest disappointment, ordered sour apple cooler which turned out to be sprite with green food colouring.. This place is a mess not surprised it’s not getting as many costumers as it’s used to with the quality being so dragged down. Also if you get it delivered good luck you might as well go pick it up yourself because anyway the driver won’t be bothered to bring it to the door. Sad, won’t be surprised if the place closes down in near future

Have been here multiple times but the level of service has majorly declined. The last time I went will be the final time I eat here, the food took more than 50 minutes to reach us and order items were missing. People walk in and out of the kitchen without any uniform on, I see this as extremely unprofessional. They dont accept card either. Very dissapointed

Really disappointing visit. We went as a family of 4 last Saturday evening to eat in. We arrived and had our order taken. Whilst waiting some workmen arrived and started drilling a divider into the wall. This was directly in front of the kitchen entrance where the waitress was walking past with food. Not only was this extremely noisy but also very unhygienic. Not sure why they would decide to do this while they are open with customers eating in. Food was ok but customer service was poor. Needed to ask for our drinks to arrive, cutlery and napkins, this was all after our food had been served. When I told the waitress I wasn't happy, not even an apology. I asked to speak to a manager, another lady came out didn't ask or acknowledge the fact I had asked to speak to her or what about, just told me the total on my bill. When I said I wasn't happy, her response was, I'll give you 5% off, that's the best I can do. Still no apology.

Great little restaurant, food is very good and filling, friendly staff. Toilet had a broken seat, but WC was clean. Laid back chilled atmosphere, could get a bit cramped if very busy. Will return for food when close to Burton.

Says it all. I've ordered from here once before and the food was pretty dire. Now I find out this has been going on. Shouldn't be allowed to trade if they're doing this.

I found hair in my smashed burger. Anyone working in the kitchen should tie their hair! A girl was standing in the kitchen with her hair open flicking it around! Ruined my whole meal. Disgusting.

For a start if You think they run out of pence on You don't worry they never have them although demanding to be paid in cash. Never ever am I getting right order, maybe miscommunication but no, ordered trough just eat clearly STATES 'no house sauce' and what I get fries loaded with sauce, not to mention any cutlery, tissues or decency towards customers who overpay for half size burgers! This is my promise 'I will never use this place again'

We came from Birmingham and to our suprise the food was really nice with a great selection of burgers. Zara was very helpful and friendly. Would come again :)

Fast service good staff food always perfected

Went here a couple of days ago with my partner and it was fantastic, lovely staff with a great sense of humour and a wonderful fondness for kids, the food was perfect and you can tell they took pride in the prep and presentation of the meal no grease and ingredients were all fresh keep it up guys will deffo be coming back

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. The food was delicious and coming from Birmingham and having a choice of a lot of diners this by far tops them all. The service was phenomenal. The young lady that served us was superb... Very attentive, nothing was to much trouble and really looked after us. I would highly recommend coming here. Thank you for a great experience.

To start it would help if I got my whole order, so glad I waited over an hour for part of my order. Burger was ok. Either the driver delivering my food took part of my meal or clock cafe were unable to send the whole order 😞

Used to be really good, ordered from there twice food has been missing and cold. Not how it used to be sadly.

Food came 40 minutes late due to a missed ticket, but they were very apologetic and threw in some loaded fries as an apology. Food got to us still warm and absolutely delicious. I will definitely be ordering again

Poor service, didn't wait for our meal long as we pre-ordered but were served 2 wrong burgers and they were quite cold, we asked for our drinks 3 times (cans of pop) before receiving them towards the end of our meal. Other tables had entered around the same time as us but were still waiting for their food for over an hour and there was a huge queue for people collecting their food that wasn't ready on time. The burgers were great and is recommend but service was slow and the front staff clearly didn't know how to treat customers, no apologies or effort made.

Went for iftar with a group. Service was slow (took two hours until all the food had got to the table). No dates and water were given until 15 mins after iftar time and that too was after asking (for the water). When the food did arrive it was nice although there was a problem when it came to the order (there were things on the receipt that weren't ordered). There just needs to be better management to improve the speed and quality of the service provided.

Great burgers. Also do Beast Burgers now which are similar to there normal range but more expensive.

This place does amazing burgers and the heisenberg burger is probably the best burger I've ever had. I have ordered from here online multiple times and they are great every single time. The only things I wouldn't recommend was the parmasaen fries as there wasn't much parmasaen on there and didn't have much flavour and the onion rings which were disappointing. The peri cheesy fries on the other hand were very nice.

I gonna be honest. The food wasn’t good at all everything was full of parsley and full of sauce I couldn’t feel the taste at all just parsley and ketchup,mustard… The cheese tasted like some cheap cheese sauce from Asda.. for that money I was expected more than that.. I’m sure never gonna order again

The burgers are delicious, certainly not your run of the mill takeaway food, they are very meaty, tasty and filling. Service is slow though, and the staff aren't particularly welcoming. Not to mention the atmosphere inside is pretty dire, for some reason they insist on playing god awful chavvy autotuned r&b garbage.

Used to be a lot better. Now food quality getting worse. Sometimes food is brought out cold. Also half the waiters there just seem to be sitting at the back on a table on their phones. Takes a while to get their attention. And this place doesn't even accept cash which is a joke and we all know why.

Absolutely disgusted ! Firstly were told we couldn’t sit at a table because it was “apparently” booked ha ha! Obviously this wasn’t the case. Told there wasn’t any mocktails, the dude couldn’t be bothered to make them as someone else purchased one to take away. Food was due to arrive in 15 mins, writing this as we are sat here! It’s been over 40 minutes. Asked and was told 4 minutes, it’s still not arrived. Pathetic!! Couldn’t give zero stars!

Ordered through an app as wanted a nice burger takeaway. Order said around 45 mins. It took nearly 2 hours. Called restaurant 3 times. Given pathetic excuses. Food arrived eventually and was not edible. Greasy and floppy. Disgusting. It cost is £30 for 2 basic burgers and a chips. Seriously a major brand for half the price would have been so much better. We rarely have a burger so it was so very disappointing. The delivery avenue were not much help and I’d rather pay the big money to leave this review. Awful

Really happy all round, took 9 year old in for the Mr Beast menu, the chap running it could not of been more friendly or helpful especially with fussy kids! Burgers were superb, all hot, fresh and fries perfect. Recommended

Food was brilliant when the place first opened, used this place loads but never again. Isnt worth it the pricing is ridiculous for what you get foods normally Luke warm to cold when delivered, delivery times a joke and as for the house fries, why would you change them when they were so good before.

Appalling service was told 20 mins waited 1 hour 20 mins and no food what a waste of time wouldn’t recommend this place!

Food is always either decent/good but the waiting time is always very long which ruins the experience. On last few occasions, waiting time for food has ranged between 45mins to over 1 hour. On my last visit, website stated opening time of 1.30pm. I visited at 1.35pm, only to find the place was closed because the manager “had overslept”, then I had to wait another hour for my food to arrive, then when food arrived, the fries were stone cold. There were also no real apologies for this. They need to fix their service issues, which is truly ruining the experience when the food is actually decent

I've been looking for the best burgers in Burton and 100% I can say Cafe Clock has the best burgers by a long shot, just amazing.

Ordered collection. Made me wait further 30 mins (60 total) in store. Then served me a cold Heisenberg burger and fries. Poor. No service or quality control here. General service her is glacial. Would not go here again.

The food was absolutely terrible. Beyond bad is an overstatement, I'd rather eat raw carpet then ever have eat from here again. Also, the music choice of deep R&B was extremely cringe, considering I'm trying to eat a burger. Usually I hate adverts but, thank god they were using the free version of Spotify to stop that awfully cringe playlist. Please avoid this place.

Order two beef burgers one for me one for my missus. It was delicious burgers my missus quite picky with the food but no complain from her 😊 Somebody wrote is overpriced but price match the food quality, but if somebody complaining about price Mcdonald is not far away 😁 Just one complain that Sauces on the side of the table need attention, didint want to use them due how they look, I think smaller sauces containers would help. 👍

Have been to this place many times but today was a pathetic experience. I ordered Virgin mojito which was made by the girl who was handling the cash. She prepared it without even washing the mint (or her hands) and added Whites' store bought lemonade which she made on the counter. Unhygienic and unacceptable. Definitely lowered my standards of this place then I previously thought.

we asked for nothing spicy and yet every thing we got was spicy. the chips were horrible and it was generally oily and you couldnt hold the burgers properly. half of the time the staff weren't even cooking but instead they were walking around doing their own thing. we asked if it will be spicy and the worker said we wont have anything spicy. overall horrible and didnt enjoy at all.

Absolutely terrible service. It's so expensive compared to other smash burger joints. I've been going here since it first opened in 2018 and I can honestly say this is nothing special and an absolute rip off. You are looking at spending around £40 for 2 people. Portions are small, wait times are on average 40 minutes and on top of this they have the audacity to charge a service charge. Won't ever come back here. I was a loyal customer who would spend on average around £180 per month. The place doesn't even take card payments. (Obviously trying to avoid the tax man). Avoid at all costs. With regards to the reply below. The service charge has not been in place for two years as I have proof of receipts. And secondly blaming the current climate for extortionate prices doesn't justify it. Also concerns have been raised in store numerous times with member of staff and the staff brush it off (including management). Clearly when feedback or reviews are left which could tarnish your business. You are happy to reply and act professional 😤

Burgers were 5/10. Décor and general appearance 7/10. Wait time was long despite being quite quiet 2/10. There was a tall guy working there who was absolutely useless. Took 50 minutes and had to ask three times for him to bring two glasses of ice for warm can's. The glasses he brought were dirty with a green washer fluid all around the top. Seemed to be lots of friends of the staff hanging around and getting served before customers who had been sat waiting for food for a while. General staff attitude 2/10. They also charged a service charge for terrible service which was very strange for basically a dine in take-a-away restaurant. Wouldn't go back!

Standard food but over priced, chicken in the burgers tasted like the ones you get frozen, no crunch no flavour very blend. The fries and customer service was good though.

Food here was amazing, I loved the chicken burger. Although we were put off by the off-the-bat rude attitude of the Asian waitress with glasses, very condescending for no reason, it was embarrassing to our whole group but we just laughed it off to stop the awkwardness. Please do better.

I had a Heisenberg and it was the best burger I've ever tasted. Great value for money too. Their smash patties remind me of Sam the Cooking Guy YouToube videos. Even the seasoning on the fries was amazing, as was the strawberry and lime mojito I tried. I can't wait to try their camel and ostrich burgers. Forget small, overpriced Shake Shack burgers, the ones here are better and just the right size. Five Guys doesn't even come close. I can't even begin to understand why people would queue at the McD's down the road when they can have a world-class experience for the same price here. Too bad they don't do milkshakes, but then again there's a dessert parlour right next door.

Really nice food and they’re so helpful here the Asian waitress and the manager. The mocktails here are 10/10 , good value for money and they have so many options on the menu ! Love the detail that they add a syrup stirrer. They even let us take mocktails next door to the dessert place sweet spot !

We ordered the beef burgers with garlic and parsley chips. The wings were very nice and the drinks i cannot fault. The atmosphere is cute, it is a little restaurant but the food is decent. I have been here a few times now and the food doesn't disappoint. There is parking around the corner. If you come in the evening the parking is free i believe. There's a cute dessert shop next door which is owened by them too if you still have room after dinner. Staff are friendly and the waiting time for food isn't too bad.

And if you don't know, now you know... This place is the the best halal burger joint in the Midlands! Service is on point, the serving time of food can be a little slow but when it's a fresh and tasty burger you cannot complain. The burgers are spot on every time you go with, very consistent unlike other places. The meat is well seasoned, to the patties are succulent an juicy, and the bun does not fall apart when eating your burger. Definitely a place you need to try if your in Burton. 2 years later - this is just another burger place now, nothing spectacular. The fries are dry like carboard, the shoestring onions in the burgers are inedible, the chicken burgers are like those from any other chicken shop and the worse thing is they overcharge you whenever you make a collection order. P.s. my order was made over the phone and collected. Offers are not usually worth it as the prices are hiked before the discounts are applied. Thanks for the reply though.

Place was great when it opened, didn't mind the wait for the stuff they used to put out. Now, it feels like I could get better flavour from frozen chips and a Rustler's burger. Everything always comes cold, chips pale as toilet paper and onion rings soggier than a wet wipe. Third time in a row now. Just go to Sainsbury's instead.

The waiter said we can make changes on our burger without being charged, I took an item off and replaced it with another yet got charged, burger tasted like ordinary burger you get everywhere else but overpriced, chips were driest as I had ever tasted, waste of money, never going back

2 burgers took 35 mins to make. It’s seemed Uber eats orders were a priority compared to dine in customers. When asked about the food after 25 mins, they went to check and I could see they had forgotten the order as other tables had their food within 10 mins. Food was average but service was poor.

Food was cold when it arrived, phoned up the store spoke to a manager but they were unwilling to help and blamed Uber Eats but store is literally 2 mins away. Don’t bother unless you want cold overpriced food. Wouldn’t even give them 1 star if I didn’t have to….

I had the Monster Munch with an extra beef patty and the house fries. Top notch all the way. Excellent burger and perfect fries! Take your receipt next door to the Sweet Spot for desert with an extra 15% off.

I have been coming to this place regularly and although the food is nice they always seem to miss something from the order whether its the drink or chips when it comes to delivery.. iv started ordering to collect and ive still had items missing, just yesterday they didnt pack the chips. Very poor service which lets them down as food is nice

Disorganised, food not ready when told it will be. 45 minute countdown timer on order confirmation screen, arrive to collect after 45 minutes and then told it will be a further 10-15 minutes.
