Pretty disappointed. Queued for 15min for hot drinks for an organised firework display. Lady on counter shouts down the very long queue she would only be serving for another 10min due to the fireworks starting shortly. Literally 2min later she announces she is finished. Understand there needs to be a cutoff, but basic time keeping and customer service would go a long way… incredibly a few minutes later after most of the queue has dispersed, including myself, she was serving again… Fireworks didn’t start when she was expecting I suppose, very very poor.

2 St Modwens WalkWE both had jacket potatoes with cheese. Hard bottoms almost too hard to cut through...impossible in places. I guess they had been kept warm for a long time...really not worth the money. Pleasant staf
