Pretty disappointed. Queued for 15min for hot drinks for an organised firework display. Lady on counter shouts down the very long queue she would only be serving for another 10min due to the fireworks starting shortly. Literally 2min later she announces she is finished. Understand there needs to be a cutoff, but basic time keeping and customer service would go a long way… incredibly a few minutes later after most of the queue has dispersed, including myself, she was serving again… Fireworks didn’t start when she was expecting I suppose, very very poor.

Worse visit I’ve had. Ordered a small strawberries and cream Frappuccino at 13.15 and at 13.40 it has still not been made. In that time she has made 4 drive thru orders and made 5 lots of hot drinks. Only one staff member making drinks and one member of staff in the kitchen. It seems drive thru orders take priority even when being placed after mine. Will not come back when the store is this short staffed

Barton MarinaDisappointed with the milkshake but cakes ok. Strawberry milkshake was so underwhelming for £5. Sent is back as it was almost like straight milk the first time. Looks like another spoon of flavour added afterwards but simply not worth £5. Cakes ok. Spent £23. Not again
