Roosters Den in East Staffordshire

Awful experience. I was given an estimated time of arrival (between 40-60 mins). Once that time had passed I called the restaurant to find out where the order was and was told 10 more mins. I waited another 30 mins and called the restaurant back. They said the driver was at my hotel reception. I waited another 5 mins then called back again and they said the driver was on his way and would be with me soon! At this point I had enough of their excuses and asked them to cancel the order and refund me which I had paid via Paypal. They said they could not refund me. I explained they could as I had paid via PayPal. The end result was I cancelled the order (it was past 11pm at this point) had no food and was refused a refund. Use this restaurant at your own peril, they lie about deliveries and about being able to refund payments. Complete rip off cowboys!

La ubicación situado en la carretera de el sistema de Noruega no se presta a fácil acceso, sin embargo hay aparcamiento barato en el lado de la calle. Para un aperitivo o para alguien como yo, pasando por, esperando en una tarea diaria que valía la pena una visita. La comida era sencilla, fresca y sabrosa. Mucho de lo que se paga. Tengo dudas sobre la limpieza y tuve que limpiar mi propia mesa. Había personal de no hacer nada más que hablar con los otros. Decepcionante!

A pesar de ser cliente habitual cuando llamé y un pedido para la entrega y la comida llegó nos dimos cuenta de que no he dado la orden correcta. Cuando llamé para informar el error que se negó a aceptar que había tomado la orden equivocada y se negó a enviar y entregar la comida correcta. Mala atención al cliente, no será comida pidiendo de ellos .

Buena comida pero el pollo era bastante seco y amputado. Buen gusto pero mantenga sus ojos en la parrilla. Peri peri de tamaño. Mucho mejor que Nando's. .

Platos deliciosos, asequible a cualquier paladar. Debe un lugar recomendado para arriba en la proteína ole y patatas fritas saladas!

Love it here been a few times an it's always been fine. It is very cheap and good value for money you get a big portion. The food has always been hot and well cooked also they have a fast delivery time and have always have got the order right when changed the food like saying without a sauce or changing the chips. All in all it's brilliant and good value for money!!

This looks nothing special from the outside but I was amazed at how juicy the chicken was whilst keeping the coating crispy ( no mean feat !) A real blow out for 2 for £7 including cans of soft drinks !!! cant be beat . the staff were more than friendly offering a free nibble while we waited.
