Unfortunately had an awful experience Will never order from here again ! Myself and my partner and sister in law have all ended up getting food poisoning from this food an absolute disaster… and very upsetting.

Always love coming to Prezzo Chippenham, friendly efficient staff and great food (as always) I would highly recommend a visit.

Abysmal. They managed to give our order to another table, told us that it would be out in 5-10 minutes and after being asked three times after an 1hr and a half they finally realised that they had given it to other people. They eventually let us know and informed us that they wouldn’t be providing any food to us unless we waited another 40 minutes. Eventually we were given a refund. This, however, did not make up for the fact that we were at this point starving. An absolute disgrace on behalf of the staff. They seemed to have no clue how to deal with the fact they had completely failed to provide any acceptable level of service.

I wouldn't waste your time. While the food was fresh, it had no seasoning, not even garlic! The BBQ sauce was clearly out of a pot and was still terrible. My 2 stars are for service and freshness, or at least tasted fresh. Everything else is lacking

Best Chinese I have had before if I could give a 6 out of 5 I would and the service was amazing aswell as the food

Fantastic beer garden that comes with table service from the bar manager! Fantastic service, only complaint is drinks were handed by hand rather than on a tray. Other than that would recommend to anyone!

Waiting 5 minutes to get served. Someone walks in and gets served straight away. Very poor awareness from the staff. It takes years to build a good reputation then its gone in five minutes..

Took forever to arrive and was cold

Served piping hot and early, It was their best effort yet..keep it up.

Was really taken back by the managers bad attitude after a genuine mistake on my behalf which I called up immediately to rectify. The manager absolutely could have shown me some kindness in that moment but instead chose not too. They refused to deliver to me when I'm 13 mins away but wouldn't refund me. Customer service is lacking. Will remove review if refunded.
