Lee's Chinese Takeaway in Wiltshire

Food was excellent big portions and came hot which is perfect would 100% recommend them again and again! All done perfect!

+ Food arrived around the time advised + Good temperature when delivered (for a Friday night order) + Good menu selection + Website was easy to use - More expensive than I'd expect given the quality - Didn't read delivery notes asking for no onion - Duck was dry and overcooked - Chow mein was watery and alittle bland

Ordered from here lastnight 23/04/24. First time trying them. Me and my partner was very disappointed with everything we ordered. Will never order from Lees Chinese again. Only tried them as my normal Chinese takeaway was shut

I was a regular at this Chinese. Last night we were all violently sick. 🤢. Clearly have poor food practises. Will not be returning again.

Food not the best, chow mein was greasy, the curry bland and watery, portion sizes far too small. This was my first visit and my last. Sorry Lee's, your service is great but your food let's you down.

I am a big fan of Chinese takeaway, Chinese takeaway is the first option whenever I am away from my home. I have tried Chinese takeaway in many places. I always put pork ribs in my orders every-time. I don’t have any complain about the taste however the portion I received was very less.

Absolutely shocked to hear you’ve got to pay £50+ for free bag of prawn crackers. Other Chinese takeaways do it £25 and over. Spending £36.50 isn’t bad enough.

They do a very good chicken chow mein

We always have delivery from here,and always been pleases with delivery time,ease of ordering,quality and quantity of meal.sadly this time I ordered the omelette and after 2 mouthfuls could not eat it as full of egg shell.such a shame as everything else was lovely

100% the worst food I have ever received. The chow mien was floating in some kind of jelly also a really foul smell. Will definitely not be returning.

Appalling. This is a throwback to the 70s. Bland, uninspiring, worse than basic, tasteless. Cut to the bone and pointless. I should have eaten the stale piece of bread in the bottom of our bin. Used to be a good place to go, but you guys are in big trouble right now.

Worst Chinese I've had in a long time, chow mein had some jellified gravy and what looked like white spam inside, the crispy duck was sweaty and tasted stale, the rice tasted old,basicly this 40 quid takeaway went in the bin and I cooked something else

By far the worst Chinese I have ever had. Wasted majority of it and only had what i did for sustenance because it tasted a couple of days old. Spoke to manager who only offered 20% discount from next order knowing full well I won't use it as I will never be ordering from there again. Absolutely appalled. "Would give 0 stars if that was an option"

the food is ok the quality is not as good as it use to be but still pretty cool.

Been sat waiting for over an hour, tried calling and can’t get through. Payed and still haven’t received my order.

This Chinese has really gone down hill. We ordered from here all the time at one point. Now simple items on their menu they never have. So frustrating when your order a meal then get a call back to say oh we don't have crispy sea weed or we don't have Pineapple. This is not good enough they have a supermarket just outside their backdoor surly the customer is more important.

Hot and tasty Can not fault what I had , my collection was ready on time.

Picked up a takeaway tonight never tried them before but thought i would. First and last time. The portion sizes are small the food wasnt even that hot and seem to taste like it had been microwaved. I threw all in the bin. I dont care for a refund as i just wont go there again. Ill stick to going to Bristol for my usual Chinese which i might add is still boiling hot when i get back after 30 minute travel without it being in a hot bag. So how the food i collected was barely hot is beyond me. Really disappointed

Hell yes. Have eaten from loads of Chinese takeaway and decided to try this place. I did order a few months ago and found it plain and boring. I was told by a worker who is a friend that a new chef has arrived and I decided to order. Well it was amazing. Food was delicious and meat fell of the bone. Duck curry was amazing. That was a previous order. The pictures are from tonight's order and again was amazing. Enough chips to do 2 adults and 4 kids. Will now be my regular. Big high 5 lees Chinese.

We had a takeaway during lockdown. Service was quick and, of course polite. All the food was good. What more can you say?

Was not delivered 3 dishes and when I rang up the staff were rude and refused to listen! Ordered a few times before but will never order again and will never recommend!!!

Great Chinese food. Wide choice and good service

Having had food here before that was pretty good I ordered at the weekend for myself and a friend and really wish I hadn't bothered. They got our order wrong and delivered only one of something I ordered two of. When ringing to explain the person offered no apology, did not offer to deliver my correct order when I said a refund would have to do he said he could not put it back onto my card and offered cash through the letterbox which I reluctantly said yes to and I never received my money. The man on the phone was so rude!! The food was also disgusting, black bean sauce was brown water and had a taste of chemical (like soap) in. My friend also got gastritis from her food!!! Disgusting. Should be shut.

Superb food and great service. Well worth the money and had a delicious dinner.

2 hours+ delivery time and barely cooked ribs. Wouldn't order during quarantine, they're pushing barely cooked meals trying to sell as much as they can.

Very tasty sweet and sour chicken, good quality. Would recommend. Don't always have everything in stock. Don't always accept card.

Did not like the food at all. My rice had red sauce which was not supposed to be in there. Tastes like microwave food. Will not be ordering again 🙁. If I could I will give 0/5

First of all Lee's have an excellent reputation for producing great food and I cannot complain about the quality of the food I ate last night, it was excellent. What I can complain about was the service. Having raised an order online and paid for it over an hour in advance and being informed that it would be ready in 20 minutes, I arrived at Lee's with my partner and had to wait another hour before getting our food. To make matters worse, while we were waiting, walk ins placed their orders and received them before us. There were issues on the night with limited delivery drivers being available, but the amount of food crossing the counter was very limited and in terms of prioritisation, seemingly out of sync. All in all, happy with the food, not happy with the service :(

Very good and tasty food, yummy!

The worst customer service I have ever received from a takeaway. Despite the food still not arriving after almost 2 hour service, when I rang to complain a female employee by the name of Jo was rude, discourteous and aggressive. I cannot comment on the food as we asked for a refund on my card which she begrudgingly agreed to and told me I could not get it until the following day and that we would have to explain to the driver when it did eventually turn up, that we did not want it!

Delicious food and great service

Prawns were stringy somehow, satay chicken very watery and not a lot of prawn on the prawn toast. Was ok but I wouldn’t rush back

Great food, very friendly staff and worth the wait!

First time using this takeaway. Took ages for delivery. Crispy duck wasn't pre-shredded. No option to order just egg fried rice on online ordering which meant I had to order special fried rice which included cheap squares of ham. Prawn toast was soggy and beef in black bean sauce was tasteless. I also had to microwave it because it wasn't hot. Very disappointed. I will go back to ordering from New World.

Good food, service sometimes slow

Excellent food. Loads of choice. They're happy to adjust the dishes to your taste (more/less spice, rice noodles instead of egg noodles, etc.). I'd recommend ordering in advance at busy times. The door doesn't shut properly, so the waiting room gets very chilly on a winter's evening!

Usually great, but no one answering the phone tonight. If you don't want our custom we'll go elsewhere!

Good service telephone order, paid with a card delivered in time promised and great takeaway food. We will use them again.

Not impressed as the card machine has now been broken for weeks..ms of cash only. Also you are often left waiting as the staff are chatting in the back. However, fodder is excellent
