Quick service have to use kiosks staff helped with order

All the tables were covered in bits of food or drink spillage, we had to clean the table with wet wipes before sitting down. Take your food back to the car.

Food was OK, order was wrong twice. Gave up in the end as the bit that was right was getting cold! Total lack of atmosphere inside so decided to eat in the comfort of the car!

Great to pick up a meal between journeys.

Food always good, site lends itself more to takeaway than eating in.

Regular take way, quick service, the order was correct, the restaurant was tidy and clean.

15 minutes waiting to till just to hear I have to use kiosk because they can’t take take order from till. Also very limited menu. Only sandwich for 12 quid?!!! No savers menu.

Quick service but food not great - burger bap very dried out and bland. Location is in serious need of a refurb/knocking down and starting again as it appears to be lost in the 80s - very tired and dark with worn out/ripped furniture - also poor standard of cleanliness.

Ordered delivery from here didn’t deliver 4 items I ordered. I rang to find out what happened as I wanted my food and they offered absolutely no help or resolve to the issue. Therefore didn’t eat for the evening. Nothing to do with delivery service. Rang them straight away and they weren’t given the items

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat and to use the toilet. Basic services, toilets weren't in the best condition...A little more expensive, but that's usually accepted at Services these days. Other than that it was O.k...

Food was ok the service was slow I have been here before it was fine but this time wasn't so good.

Drinks machines seem to be on the fritz a lot lately, which is a shame. But other than that, it's clean, and service is relatively quick.

I've always preferred BK over McDonald's!! But this one and the in Woking that was the last 2 I went in the Coca-Cola machine was broken again!!! The Burger I had the meet was so thin Not thick and juicy like thay used to be!!!😫 In Austria thay are still nice Burger's like thay used to be year's ago. The quality has gone down hill and I hope it changes back to the quality I remember when I was younger!! I've Been living in Austria for the last 10 years so the change in the products was noticeable if you products slowly people won't notice? But they Do!!! "bring back the quality it used to be"

Lackluster service station Burger bar. Prompt pleasant service. Food was hot and tasty. No nonsense fill up stop.

Asked the four members of staff for a cloth to wipe our table. I was given a wet cloth and told it had been sat in sanitizer,. Whilst eating we watched a member of staff use a floor brush they’d just been brushing the floor with to then brush a receipt stuck to a customer table, & these are the guys cooking our food - yuck 🤢

Whent place older casher wated for 10 minutes for her to tell me I have to order though the machine bad service we will not be go back there again

We've had a lovely day out besides to get some food on the way home and it was nice and quick in and out it was good I'd recommend it to anybody

It's fast food, to go, with excellent speed of service.

Yet another company jumping on the plant based food bandwagon. So apparently you are now either a meat eater or Vegan. As a life long Vegetarian I loved the spicy Bean Burger and Burger King was my go to for fast food however, it has now been replaced by the Vegan Deluxe. In my opinion this tastes like cardboard that has previously been chewed until all the flavour has gone. Couldn't even order a coffee from the screen (as it's not Vegan). Won't be visiting again.

Easily better than KFC and McDonald's in Frome. Worth the time to travel there

Had a whopper here double whopper to be exact ordered lettuce and mayo came with a packet of mayo instead and got shouted at by someone who didn’t even work there

Still my favourite local fast food chain , where others have made things smaller and lowered quality BK bucked the trend and just put the prices up = get what you pay for

Stopped of today ,young lad that served us had amazing customer service place was clean and tidy and food was done in no time

It's the only place as in fast-food Burgess served with salad. And it helps as were trying the kids to eat more veg/salad 🥗 a little bit of something is better than nothing.

Half the food doesn't arrive, cant provide simple necessity, how can there be any service if no one is doing their job

Not bad but a bit expensive for what it is . They have a wall up where you can't see the board to see if the food is ready from seating area .

Asked young man on till to order a whopper he told me to go the screens to order my food asked why he told me he couldn’t do it at till so he walked over and placed it on screen that’s was fine then I went to pay and a lovely lady asked to place an order he then took the order to my amazement at till where he said I could not a few moments earlier Not sure why but food was good

Couldn't believe you could dehydrate a chicken that much, served only half a cup of coffee, seemed to be too much trouble for the staff to serve you 👎

Had a chicken burger and it was super juicy and yummy. Got our food within 5 minutes of ordering, good job guys. Would recommend

Food tasted good but the burgers that were quite expensive were tiny and the menu was seriously limited. Its genuinely better value at 5 guys and they're extortionate

Lukewarm food, cold coffee, dirty tables, miserable staff.... I left this place suffering from depression that I never had before I went in.

Brilliant pull-in spot for us, in the camper. Plenty of parking space, Plenty of choice for eating. Burger King, Greg's, sandwiches etc. Tables available. Not the best of atmospheres, a bit stark, no music, no real comfy feel. But good enough for a break. Must add, all the young staff were happy and smiley ... we were served by a lovely cheerful young woman in Greg's.

I love a BK Burger & Chips, they were served hot and were very enjoyable, service was quick but the seating area was a terrible let down, keeping it clean & tidy should be your base start.

We had to use Google to find this place and didn't see any signage directing us there apart from the usual services sign. Small parking area but plenty of spare parking spaces within easy reach. Toilets were clean but both the hand dryers out of order. In the burger king no drinks condiments were out so probably been abused in the past. Had to ask at the counter for these.

Ordered at a pod , cheese burger & chips . Two coke zeroes and a chicken royal with chips . The food was freshly made and served. Hot and very tasty burger and best chips ever from a burger place 😋

Was a services Burger king but food was good and service was fast. Felt was a little expensive but enjoyed the meal.

Half of the food was not availible seating area and tables were not clean, sadly it was not run very well staff were all behind the counter messing around ignoring customers. Some customers left and went to another food venue next door 😔

Nice to see this site modernized but they need to address their keep warm policy, when cooked fresh or not too long ago it's well worth the price. Sometimes it feels like you're eating last week's food.. really gross sometimes.

Standard BK food in a very depressing service station.

A treat on the way home. It's had a renovation in the last couple of year's so it doesn't look so dirty and like a backstreet lorry stop. BK, alough more expensive than all the other takeaways, always taste great.

Cleaner than it used to be but food not as good as other BKs.

They have two vegan options, standard across all Burger Kings but its good to get something than nothing (for Vegan's).

Normally like burger King (compared to McDonald's), but this one! Bread falling apart, cold in two seconds. Dumped nearly all of it in the bin

Always slow service, quite often shut, sometimes don't accept card payments. Slightly improved now. Still not great

Restaurant area was clean and food was hot. We accidentally balls up the order, but the staff helped correct this for us without any drama. I did laugh at the negative drive through feedback from Vince though. There isn't a drive through, so no wonder he didn't get the order right, he was obviously talking to a brick wall 🙄. We don't go often, but when we do it's always a pretty good experience without complaints.

I was surprised the chicken Royale was larger here than the one I had in Bristol the other week. Did rent sizes different regions? Back again. With my wife. Food was only just warm enough to eat. Have had better.

Clean and tidy, staff were reasonably quick considering there was a large amount of people present. Only reason I did not give 5 stars was due to the bins being full at the time, however considering g the amount of people using g the services, this was understandable

Ok for a stop on a long journey

A burger king outlet. Sadly the staff are made to wear facemasks all day so it looks like a surgery where they've failed to save a life. Whoppers are so delicious I'd sadly tolerate such scenarios but I feel I won't much longer and nor will the staff.

Probably my best Burger King experience. The burger was so well made with everything stacked NEATLY with the right amount of sauce for a change, which just made it really tasty. The chips were hot and fresh, perhaps a bit too salty for me.

Not the best, sold a large meal without the option of standard. Average which was disappointing as I do like Burger King in general.
