Domino's Pizza - Chippenham in Wiltshire

Typical pizza from Domino's. Very nice, but every now and then the double decadence pizza will be either cheese-less or super cheesy. The wings are incredible, specially with the RedHot sauce.

Can't go wrong with Dominoes. My favourite pizza

It was OK! Nothing to complain about and nothing to commend them for. Most I can say is that the staff were friendly.

Hi when I made an order for delivery around 10 minutes later I received a phone call saying that I’m giving a fake adress for Framton farm and they do not deliver to Framton farm so I have to pick it up just outside Framton farm when the delivery driver arrived up the road when I drive up to collect the order as they wouldn’t deliver to the farm she screamed into my face saying we do not deliver to gypsy caravan park and if I want food again come and collect it  she was very rude and racist and when I asked her why they don’t deliver to gypsy caravan parks she said all you people are all the same you never payed this is very racist and I did not think domino’s was that sort of company

Cold pizza, avoid this branch. No salt, tissues, not even a washroom.

Lush... Just lush. (cheese & tomato and Meatball Marinara).

Order from here regularly, I'm a bit out in the middle of nowhere and they consistently deliver in about 20 mins, nothing ever missing, by far the most reliable takeaway available for me

Had several issues with food, wrong pizza or wrong topping. The manager is rude and says your making it up, because I want a free pizza! Never offers to replace food or offer any discount, will never use dominos again after this, very disappointed

Ordered two pizzas tonight and they never arrived. Spent over £30!

Terrible customer service from manager. I have been buying from store regularly for the past year. Last time of ordering, one of our pizzas was made incorrectly with the wrong sauce. As it was late and a 20 minute drive to take it back, I decided to not take it straight back but mention it the next time I went in. Yesterday was the next time I went in. I spoke to the manager who told me he wasn't prepared to do anything about it and implied I was making it up! I wanted to order three large pizza again but did expect one of them to be at least heavily discounted to make up for last time. The manager was having none of it! Reviews on Google show I am not the only one to receive poor customer service. I won't be going back to the store again and suggest others avoid!!!

I visited this dominos tonight and the gentleman who spoke to me was incredibly rude and degrading in his language. Raising his voice and shouting. Please avoid.

Very tasty pizzas, parking on the main road, or nearby carpark. Friendly staff, nice to see the pizzas being made. Just a bit pricey for what they are.

Very disappointed tonight as I was ordering pizzas online for me and my daughter, they had taken my money out my card then an hour went past I rang them to see if everything was ok for them to tell me that they don’t deliver to caravan sites with abuse down the phone!! FIRST and LAST time I will be ordering from that racist place :(

Well what a difference 5 miles makes. It makes a 5 star 🌟 difference. I had a horrible experience at the Corsham store this evening when I was treated absolutely disgustingly by the assistant manager and sour faces brunette lady so I went back online and ordered again from Chippenham which was 5 miles away and hoped for the best. What a difference in atmosphere when I walked in, it actually felt like the staff wanted to be there as opposed to the staff in Corsham who looked like they were being held hostage. Had a lovely chat with 2 team members of the team and told them about Corsham and they just said "no comment" so that speaks absolute volumes. When I'm back in the area I will absolutely go to Chippenham over Corsham even though it means an extra 10 mile round trip. Customer service goes a long way and the Chippenham store delivered this in spades. Corsham need to take a leaf out of Chippenham's book and learn how it's done correctly 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

If I could leave 0 stars I would, put chicken on my vegan pizza - then refuse to reply to emails or complains. Great customer service

Their "deals" are just getting more and more cheap. And I don't mean that as in we're spending less. You can't get anything but the most basic sides on deals. Each deal often means you get same price, give or take a few pounds. The price of drinks and cookies have gone massively up. I just saw one deal that was "any large pizza and a chicken side for £22". That's not a deal, that's just what they cost! 50% off, etc only applies to pizza, which is extortionate as it is. I somehow doubt that making cheese on toast for £17 a time is making such a massive loss. You now you have to pay for delivery no matter what. If no one says anything, they'll just keep going. And, my god, it's a personal annoyance, but let the word Sumptuous die. You've used any life it had left...

This store simply has no customer service & no care for the lack of it either!

Wanted to thank the wonderful staff at Domino's for helping us out of a really tight situation. Quickly made us up a large pizza order when another company had let us down on a pre booked and paid for order for a child's birthday party. Thanking the lovely ladies who saved us on the morning of 23rd October.

Ordered for take away. Nothing to complain about. Took 8 mins to get the pizza

Asked for my VAT receipt but they refused. I needed it in order to claim back money from my company. Very disappointed.

2 hours later, pizza status says delivered. . . With no pizza in sight, no dinner for us, and out of pocket as paid for it online. Tried ten times to get through via phone-no answer. Disgraceful.

Thought I'd pop in and order over the counter. Stood in the store for 10 minutes and had no acknowledgement from the staff so left. Thought it must of been my camouflage face mask but the staff in Papa Johns could see me clearly and served me straight away.

Why did I never use dominoes before. Amazing food. Fast delivery. Millions times better than pizza hut. Explains why they shutting restaurants.

really bad.never share your card details on the phone they are fraud and use your details.i order last week and later someone trying to use my card 2 times and then bank call me it is you to attempt the payment.i was surprised how domino's can do that but it's happened with me so be carefull they are not trustworthy.

In store the staff are rude and useless. It was like talking to children when I asked where my missing dip was. Took them 20 minutes to figure out what I was asking for😄 Shown my receipt and gave my name twice but still couldn't figure out where my dip was.

Good delivery times, but the quality of the food can be poorer than other branches. I wouldn't recommend thin and crispy BBQ Ranch as an example as they put on too much sauce and the chicken is hard and chewy. However a standard Hawaiian is fine.

This place is the worst place to order from. Been told I complain too much by the manger. So I said get my order right I will not complain. Got it right 2 times after that. And then a few days ago got my order wrong again did not call this time as was to late too call. But once again food missing. So all the stuff that I have ordered from the place I'm out of pocket by about £20. For missing food. Never had a sorry or anything. Or my food replaced. Just had the manger turn up at my door one night when they messed up again. And when I showed him what was wrong he said that was my wife. Onions on a pizza that I asked to be taken off. And no cheese burger sauce. On the cheese burger pizza. Not good here but I love pizza and will keep ordering on keep complaing till you get it right. But from now on I'm checking my order before they leave. Then can't be called a liar.

Having just ordered in pizza in store, I forgot to add stuffed crusts to my order and quickly ran back to alter the order, the girl at the till was lovely and helpful. She was about to change the order and her manager (named Gary) aggressively walked into our conversation and said ‘you can’t change it!’ And walked off. The girl was shocked as was I. The atmosphere he created seemed as though he terrorises all of his employees... Furthermore, they have a weird system of ordering gluten free pizzas where I was told that in order to place a gluten free order I can only do so on the app. This took an extra 20 minutes to download the app as the interest was rubbish! I have been to many other Domino’s franchises and they have taken the order there and then. Again the manager was being rude when I politely asked why this is. Ridiculously poor customer service!!! I recommend going to Calne branch. The people there and much nicer and it’s easier to get a pizza!

Collection didn't take long , got the early week offer so even better .

Pizzas are always good from here, tend to go and order at the store rather than online.

Treated my son got a huge margarita pizza for under £9 bathing and. Bloody lovely. And the guy serving made it in my sons name so he could watch it on The progress screen an Guy was lovely that served us and really polite plus we actually had a brill view of him making it, an watching it on the oven which was extra exciting for my son. 🤗 very happy chap 😊which makes me. A happy mum but was really lovely and a sit. In area too with good musi. Playing too defo go bk

Rude, badly spoken to bad customer service, would not expect this type of behaviour especially when being a customer, no product knowledge!

Pizzeria niewielka bez możliwości zjedzenia pizzy na miejscu, głównie lokal przeznaczony do zamówień na wynos. Pizza bardzo dobra i 10 minutowy czas oczekiwania.

A great range of products served by friendly staff in a very clean environment. Or you could let the delivery team take the strain and order online or by phone. Either way it's good food fast.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service! Ordered food, I rang up after 1 and a half hours as it was taking longer than excepted, I rang because we live in an area which is a little hard to fin therefore I aske did he’d lost his way and to pass my number on, she said not to worry it’s on its way, I waited another 40 bloody minutes to be told I “I didn’t answer the door” absolute fuming.. I was told it would take another 45 to make it fresh and drive it to me( ten minute drive away ) I then said I don’t care I’ll have the old order which is still in the bloody car!!! Fuming with everything as was also put on hold three times. I understand busy times are hard and fast but I do not think this is acceptable at all.

Have been told that my order will be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. Now waiting 30 minutes in a shop and order is still not ready after 45 minutes from ordering.

Every time I come here they get my online order wrong. They then ignore me when I ask about it and then serve me lukewarm pizza 20 - 30mins late. Suffice to say a free bottle of coke is not compensation enough and I will be taking my business to Pizza Hut from now on.

Pizza americana comunque buona. Le porzioni possono sembrare piccole ma sono belle pese. Ottimo per fare uno sgarro e provare qualcosa di nuovo (puoi mettere quello che vuoi sopra la pizza). Interessante vedere come viene fatta la pizza in un fast-food.

Great pizzas but pricey if not bought as part of a deal.

Dismal service, ordered at 7 on a Wednesday night over an hour later and no pizza, rang up and the gentleman on the phone couldn't care less "we're busy, you're in a queue and you'll have to wait". Have you people even heard of customer service or warning your customers when there is a long wait! EDIT: food turned up unexpectedly at 8:40, stone cold and way too late.

Waited half hour in the shop for a fee pizzas after ordering before hand to collect. No one knew what was going on with our food!

Delivery order placed at 16:50hrs. Delivery arrived at 17:30hrs but missing one pizza. Phoned store in Chippenham 3 times and nobody answers. Eventually spoke to someone 10mins later to explain problem and store promised missing pizza would be sent straight away. Phoned store again over an hour later - still missing original order ... eventually arrived 2hrs late! I appreciate these errors happen (I am human too) but at no point was an apology offered for there error. VERY POOR SERVICE, UNHAPPY CUSTOMER & RUINED FAMILY MEAL. I will be trying the local alternatives in the future.

The pizza is of good quality but I think it's best for deliveries. Other pizzerias are better for stay in and meet.

Ordered two pizzas. Cheese and tomato with extra sauce. That's small. Vegi supreme with extra pineapple. That's small too. Apparently thought this was all one pizza. When I was like 'what?' the guy argued "what I understand is, cheese and tomato extra sauce vegi supreme." Which sounds to me like he just described two pizzas back at me even as he stood there with just one?

Sometimes mistakes the order when ordered over the phone

The order took 1.5 hours to arrive. The order was wrong. The food was not edible.

Always great pizza. Normally quite quick to be delivered. And good discounts for blue lights on collection only.
