Pizza Hut Delivery in Wiltshire

Delivered by UberEats. I have no idea why pizza hut made this change partnering with a company hell bent on delivering stone cold food by never in their history collecting hot food on time. Not the restaurants fault for being prepared, but by partnering with UberEats avoid this place if you ever want to eat a pizza you didn't have to wait an extra 40+ minutes for to then reheat yourself. Good thing about cold pizza is the cheese doesn't get stuck to the top of the box because these drivers aren't equipped to deliver pizza. Dear pizza hut, please tear up whatever awful contract you have with UberEats and use your own drivers that don't screw over your customers with every single order.

Ordered a few times. Most recently awful service. Missed a pizza off the order, and was told a replacement would be delivered in 10 minutes. Didn't arrive and no one answered the phone despite numerous attempts. Had to drive to the store, and replacement pizza was not even started. Offered ice cream for the issues - but pizza was for vegan so also offered a bottle of pepsi. Finally had this resolved 1 hour after delivery. So food already delivered was cold. Food can be nice but has been inconsistent with either hit or misses.

Ordered at 5 to 8 and arrived at 9:15. 30 mins late, cold, not delivered in a bag but just in the box from the car, no apology. Requested update during order and didn't hear back. Basically couldn't have been worse.

the delivery person was not very good. he was saying that I was lucky he checked for my address on the Internet because I gave him the wrong address, and his GPS took him to the wrong place. also, I ordered fries and got some sort of cookie thing that looked just like a lump.

Once again tried to order and pizza is a no show. Unable to call as service unavailable. No response to messages. Unacceptable customer service. Will not order again. Order from them at your own risk.

Delivered 20mins after estimated delivery time. Food is luke warm and part of the order is missing. Can't contact anyone at store as number not working.

If you order online, keep in mind that you cant call as there number is not in service

Tried orderingd twice and waited quite a while then both orders were cancelled, we decided to go elsewhere and that delivery was over a hour late and stone cold again.

Ordered the cookie dough that’s supposed to come with ice cream. Ice cream not delivered and it’s not the first time this has happened

When I rung up the phone was put down straight away truly disappointed I was looking forward to the pizza

Food was poor was undercooked and found weird things in it even looked like a hair in my pizza will never eat their again really poor but the the chants were active tbf Dave batista out

Ordered a pizza at 8.15, the app said it would be delivered between 8.45 and 9.05. At half nine I phoned to ask where my pizza was. Apparently my order -via just eat- had not been recognised, even though the money had been taken out of my account. I was assured that they would make and send my pizza within a very short time. Nearly an hour later I was still waiting. After another, not quite so sweet and understanding, phone call I got the pizza pretty promptly and to say it wasn’t worth the wait is a massive understatement. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Just awful. Look at the state of what we were delivered after 1 hour and 50 minutes and paying almost £30. Clearly been miss delivered. All box tags opened, looks like its been in the bin, box was wet and it's cold. Crazy that this has been delivered. Worst thing is this has happened before. Miss delivery, 2 hour wait.... just awful and never ordering from here again, shame as pizza hut pizza is usually great, just not from this store... You need to hire more staff, the poor people on the phone sound very stressed and are always on their own. On the otherhand Dominoes saved our evening and delivered in 25 minutes....

Pizza had been under the hot lights so long that the crust was like toast, but was Luke warm at best. Also, they forgot my cheese garlic bread, so I want a refund. It's a shame, coz the last pizza I had from them was early and hit and delicious

Called for a telephone order, the lad has no idea of their own menu saying lots of things don’t exist and then hangs up as can’t be bothered and not answering. Avoid

I just put a order , at 12 am , took my money but the pizza hut was close. Is soupouse to open 11.30 am . Dislike

Unfortunately I have now ordered from here serval times with the same outcome. Our food was delivered an hour later than the estimated time resulting in cold food. Not only was this an hour late it was the wrong order however after calling up 3 times with no response we couldn't correct this. Would definitely not recommend ordering from here again!

I used to work here and I still remember all the specs for all the pizzas. I ordered a meat feast earlier today during a non busy period and I was shorted on ALL toppings. I know it is long and painful to make, but it's still annoying that they shorted me.

A shock! Usually they are brilliant however they were over an hour late even though this was pre ordered 2 hours earlier. No one was answering the phone in which I was going to ask them to just cancel but could not go through to do so got the order very late. Luckily the food was good but I felt so sorry for the driver who had to take all the complaints being the only driver that night. An absolute disgrace and I will not go there again -- I'll just go to dominos or another takeaway. They are not the same as they were when they had the big restaurant. Such a shame for such an amazing company and brand. Pizza hut please sort this we need updates on delayed orders so this helps your poor team.

Food was an hour late, cold as ice. Also, £5 for a rebranded Tesco salad? The food is terrible compared to other pizza places and so expensive, won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut again.

Missing items. Order was meant to come with garlic bread but there isn’t any

I would give 0 stars if it would let me. I placed an order over £40, arrived 30 minutes later, 4 items missing including sauces & combo items to complete a combo deal! Called up and explained, was informed they would not be sending them out. Even though the items missing were displayed visibly on the 2 receipts they pinned to my order bag. Would advise you to use dominos. What an annoyance and waste of money, food was cold and in enjoyable!

The good: Delivery was on time. The bad: 1. Got the wrong order--wrong ice cream and drink missing. 2. The food wasn't the best 3. Paid 22 pounds for just a 9" pizza, potato wedges and wrong kind of ice cream. Overall: Never ordering from Pizza Hut again.

Guy managing the place was doing a really great job shoutout to him (28th April 2023 ~7:30pm). Was obviously understaffed but still managed to give us great customer service and even upgraded us to a medium pizza because they were out of small boxes. Would recommend and go again.

Shuts at 11, went in at 8:30 , had to wait 20 minutes to even be spoken to and was told no more orders being taken even though everything seemed to still be open

They have now introduced minimum spend on collection orders... yes you read that right, minimum spend on COLLECTION orders. Went to order a pizza and thought I would treat myself with the 10 'slices' I have built up which would entitle me to a 'free large pizza'... little did I know they have sneakily changed their Ts&Cs.. Now, if you wish to enter their wonderful store (the one thats wedged between two kebab shops on a horrendously busy traffic junction where to cross the road is dicing with death) you must effectively pay £4 for the priviledge! In other words I had to consider buying an assortment of terrible things I just didnt want, such as their awful dips that taste like pond water (you really need to catchup with Dominos and PapaJohns - they are thrashing you on the dips front), overpriced garlic bread (the type you get in sainsburys for 60p but costs you £4 in this place) or overpriced drink (the type that costs 47p in aldi but costs over £2 here for a smaller bottle). Wont be returning and will instead be letting my slices expire out of principle and going to competitors - at least you can get a decent dip in dominos or Papajohns (except the 'special' garlic dip for the latter which tastes awful).

Ordered meal for one deal which was as expected. However ordered a Ben and jerrys ice cream and was delivered or given to the delivery driver

Thay say thay will not deliver to are adres at sunbeam drive wich is only 1.3 meals away but would delive to my old address wich is 1.2 meals away and we are still in the chippenham area

The best pizza in Chippenham by far also the best staff in any takeaway/ delivery in chipp! Very helpful and polite over the phone, food arrived in no time.

Food was over 45 minutes late. Order was wrong, restaurant sent chicken strips instead of nachos.

Forgot 2 tubs of ice cream that are supposed to come with the cookies. Mac and cheese was hard because overcooked. Barely any beef on the flat bread.

Delivery took ages. I got the text it was on the way and was also watching tracking the whole time to meet at front of hotel. as soon as it said on the way I rushed to the hotel entrance. The receptionist saw me and brought my cold food out the back, it has been there over 10 minutes apparently. Dip and drink were both missing from the order and wedges undercooked. Never had such bad service

Matt, our delivery guy, was a gem. Ordered a mountain of food and the lad helped me out heaps. Couldn’t give a tip as had no cash so would appreciate a way of tipping the driver via card being add because this bloke tho roughly deserved it. Management should make sure they look after this guy

We ordered at 18:30, our delivery was meant to arrive ~20:00, we called up multiple times after it didn't arrive and no one picked up. at 21:00 we drove to the store and it was closed. Two days later and the tracker still says it will be with me at 20:05. They have my money I have no pizza still! 😔

The delivery took over an hour to arrive. When it turned up there was pineapple on my pizza instead on pepperoni. The other pizza was basically just lumps of hard cheese. No garlic crust on either pizza. When I called Pizza Hut to complain the all the woman could offer me was that they put the correct pizza in next time I order! She said they had no drivers available to deliver me a new pizza and told me it was just eats fault. Customer service was dreadful as was all of the food. Will not be ordering from Pizza Hut Chippenham ever again.

My food was never delivered!!!! yet was marked delivered on the app. I called the restaurant after waiting an hour past estimated delivery time and he said it was on its way when I checked the app next it said delivered -it is not here!

Avoid. Arrived over an hour and half late, cold and inedible. To add to it, they sent the wrong drinks. This is on a Tuesday. No excuses

Ordered a medium pizza side and drink, the order took almost 2 hours to arrive. We called the shop and they said it was still out for delivery. The order arrived just under the 2 hour mark. All the food was cold and we didn't receive the drink. Tried calling the shop again but no answer. We have send an enquiry to head office but this was really disappointing.

Order took in total 1 hour 10 minutes- pizza was cold - wedges were soggy- cookie dough was cold & ice cream totally melted. My first time using just eat. No refund given- doubt I will use Pizza Hut again- very poor - bill was just shy £30 for margarita pizza wedges cookie dough & ice cream so not cheap- better quality expected. Low standard. What a shame Pizza Hut used to be one of my favourite places to eat out. Poor - hope others read this before ordering

So so bad, cold, crusty and for some reason covered in a garlic dust that was utterly minging! Avoid this place like the plague! Awful!

The delivery was very strange as the driver didn’t speak or look at me he just thrust his bag at me with no instruction. Just thought it was a bit weird.

Didn’t arrive. Absolutely rude manager. Apparently the driver came to my house… and was turned away. Considering I was the only one home I can tell you that wasn’t the case. Manager said “well the driver went to YOUR address.” So unsympathetic and the tone was unreal. Absolutely shocked. Maybe consider that the driver was at the wrong house rather than saying “well he did turn up”. That’s so unhelpful. After waiting an hour and a half then having the rudest manager literally not care this is completely unacceptable.

Best to use their official app than using a 3rd party like Uber Eats, Just Eat or Deliveroo, because the poor drivers have to deliver to Calne and Corsham, and struggling to get new drivers so don't expect fast delivery anymore.

Having used your service before tonight was a little Disappointing. After driving 170 miles from a holiday today , we thought a take away was the easy option. We were delivered the completely wrong order so consequently are order was late than anticipated. Hoping this is just a one off .

its taste like a normal cheese pizza, not as what they advertised in their website , not even worth for 2 pounds , i orderd two pizzas and asked for an extra dip but instead they decided to give only one dip for my entire order , am sorry but this is really disappointing after paying 30 pounds.

These people provided no dip ... I don’t understand why so irresponsible.. if you don’t wanna give us good service just tell us before we pay. In the bill they wrote extra dip and we didn’t get actual one.😞

Called as food was marked as delivered called Pizza Hut at 9 didn’t want to have order code and told me to wait food was delivered another half an hour later

We booked our pizza for 7pm as I work nights, so wanted to have it booked before I left. However come 7:30 the pizzas had no arrived yet. So I called Pizza Hut Chippenham, and spoke with Steve. Steve brilliantly handled the call and thanked us for our patience, he explained that the issue has arose due to deliveroo being understaffed and delayed After the delivery arrived we opened the pizzas and found one was wrong, called and spoke with Steve again to explain what had happened. While on the call we realised that we had ordered the wrong one! Steve was brilliant and personally delivered the correct one for us, as an apology for the service and delay. So, this 5star review goes out to Steve. Thanks!

Only issue I had is that I ordered a BBQ Meat Feast and the pizza delivered was tomato based instead? Not sure how it happened, but it wasn’t a huge deal personally, just a bit disappointing. Delivery driver was very friendly and kept a distance as needed.

Website messed up so order went through incorrectly. Phoned to ask them to correct it and was happy to pay the £1 extra required to which their reply was "its a problem with the website so we cant amend your order now". Some logical customer service and an easy fix would have resolved this but instead we wont bother using this branch again.

No option for not turning up at all girlfriend ordered from cremes Chatham tonight Friday 40 quids worth and didn’t turn up and got charged. I spend 500 quid a month at least with you if you don’t get it sorted I’ll use Uber from now
