I can't believe the size of portions. I put a tomato sauce next to the bacon and egg mcmuffin. It's looks like slider burger size. What a rip-off for £4. The restaurant is clean and lovely design. Pletty of parking for 90 mins.

Called in half an hour before they close to be told we don’t have any chips …. Very poor for a chip shop and I advise you find an alternative

Took 2 hours plus 3 phone calls to see where food was once received was stone cold got told they fogot my order.

Normally this takeaway is absolutely amazing but to tonight it arrived over s hour after a placed the order for delivery and i am disappointed to say it was cold and this was a shame as it was a meal for my partner birthday.

Food was very greasy and some of the textures of sauces were jot what you would expect. Honestly not worth the money paid.

The new owners had just moved inn so the place was a little chaotic but the staff were wonderful. It was also very festive.

Very tasty dinner, I had an amazing burger, washed down with a delightful IPA. Warm and welcoming service.

If it wasn't for the one star I wouldn't of left a stars at all. We went in at 4pm Sunday 23rd March! When we walked in got told that they only had turkey and beef no gammon! When the rest of the family went up they only had beef. The food was horrible the potatoes were hard. Never again!

Cakes are all fresh and lovely, Dorset Apple Cake was delicious and a generous portion given. Coffee was good. 2 points to bear in mind….. 1. Don’t forget when ordering your drinks that sugar is not given. I had to go back to the counter and queue for a few minutes only to ask for sugar, they only offered one satchet but I asked for four…….Times must be hard…..lol 2. No cash is allowed, card only. Apart from that it is a nice atmosphere and lovely views outside.

Food is a pretty good friendly staff. Service pretty fast. Always use the APP to get the offers of the day. Big Mac and fries are the best thing on the menu with the wrap of the day. Kids love chicken Nuggets and MCFLUFFY to.

Staff were friendly but sadly the food wasnt as expected. Jacket potato was fine but the Chipotle chilli beef lacked beef sadly - just juice and a few chilli beans... no meat at all. The chicken curry had a few pieces of chicken but sadly was similar to the chilli with hardly any meat in it. We informed the waitress who said she'd speak to the kitchen staff. When she delivered our sweets there was no feedback from the kitchen staff - we didnt hang around to find out any more, just left as a little disappointed. Will think twice before stopping there again !

We came on a coach trip Tinsel and Turkey with Leasure time the hotel was efficient in booking 50 odd people in evening meal came with a glass if bucksfizz food was hot and a good selection of starters main and dessert staff were great especially Karen and David who served our have of the dining room the bar staff again were friendly price of a pint was £4+ entertainment was bingo and a singer thunk most people enjoyed it " not my cup of tea personally " our room 101 was clean nice shower and quite spacious view was terrible lol all in all a very nice old hotel would stay again

I was really disgusted at the toilets there was toilets paper all over the floors and generally unclean I thought the whole store was very shabby not marks standard at all.
