The best restaurants in Weymouth and Portland South West

Disorganised, grubby, no receipts. I have been to many McDonalds but I have never seen one quite like this. Appeared to be run by a group of teenagers that didn’t care. 10 minutes before any meals were served. This place should be a gold mine as it is the only place still serving food after 8.45.

Lovely waffles and cookie dough. Also alternative options are available. Staff always friendly and polite;

Food is a pretty good friendly staff. Service pretty fast. Always use the APP to get the offers of the day. Big Mac and fries are the best thing on the menu with the wrap of the day. Kids love chicken Nuggets and MCFLUFFY to.

Evening meal with the family 6 of us. Good amount of salad available before main meals. 1 meal bit late coming to table and my meal was cold. Reported this to Chantelle our attentive waitress who took cold meal to kitchen. She then informed me that they would cook a new meal and give a reduction in price because of this matter. This is outstanding customer service in these days of profit over satisfaction. Thank you Chantelle for for great customer service.

Food was dry and hard upon delivery almost as if it had been sat around for hours. Chicken and other meats were hard as if overcooked or reheated

Absolutely awful. The food is bland. 2 of us had chicken burger, no salad or relish, just an overcooked deep fried chicken burger in a cheap dry floury bun. Businesses like this don't deserve to still be around. They are located in a lovely garden and could do so much better with decent food and pleasant staff.

Next to the bridge in Weymouth. Large inside bar, usually empty on sunny days as patrons prefer to sit outside and watch the harbour world go by. Staff keep the tables clean and tidy.

Older women rude seen her the whole holiday and no smile. When she brought sausages and cutlery over and read out our order and we said it was wrong she didn’t apologise she just walked off. Loads of staff but wasn’t acknowledged or greeted when came in. Ordered food at the bar with Charlie. Who I had to repeat the order to 3 times. Asked him to repeat it then be told he put the order through wrong. Waited for our drinks had to ask 3 times for them. Family also ordered food the same time and there’s came out way after ours. Was missing something in the meal wasn’t told they didn’t have any until we asked. One girl that dealt with this was nice and got us a substitute and apologised. Not what we expected from a family holiday restaurant. Staff seem to not know what they’re doing and don’t have knowledge about the bar. Expensive food for poor quality food. Whetherspoons is better. We’ve worked in bar for 5 years and would expect better service than this. We was really patient and understanding but it wasn’t even busy as we was the only ones ordering at the bar.

Good delivery, didn't wait long to be delivered. A lovely meal, throughly enjoyed it. Made it a good Saturday night. Delicious.

I have just had a meal delivered which was marked up on the menu at £15.80. I also accepted the hand written note on the front of the menu saying to add 50p. (I asked for a new menu and these prices were on that). There is also a delivery charge of £1.50, so in my book that makes £17.80. they brought me a bill of £18.50. I called while the driver was still here aand argued this but eventually, I was more or less told, 'take it or leave it'. In England Po Sun, you have to sell at what you advertise. I took the food and told them that I will never use them again and I mean it. Had been using them for some years.

a very rude member of staff who assumed without asking me, that I was paying for my friends food as well. when I queried it he said "well you was holding the money" my reply was that it was for my food and he said that I should have told him. I said you dont assume , You should have asked me. He was so rude and then said "Ive got to do it again now" very childishly. Terrible customer service and the corned beef slice was cold horrible. The only plus is he was wearing a hairnet for his long hair.

Fantastic friendly staff doing a fantastic job at these hard times. Always smiling in the click and collect section. Massive fan and come from Dorchester to shop here. Cheers guys keep the work up. Its noticed massively xx

Came here after not visiting for a year, last time the service was slow and today was no better. Takes the fast out of fast food. Wouldn't recommend.

Insanely rude staff. Asked for some sauce on my chips and got told I should have asked during ordering my food and had no intention of giving me any. Only after I commented back at him, did he give me some mayo, but immaturely gave me the most minimal amount and walked off.
