Clean welcoming restaurant with attentive friendly staff. The salad bar has plenty of choice and nicely laid out. The food, half a rotisserie chicken was excellent. Well cooked and tasty.

Awesome friendly staff good food and amazing views. Would deffo recommend to friends and family we will be returning to this harvester.

We visited Spyglass Weymouth 27th February 2024, we walked into be welcomed with a big smile as usual from Lee, welcoming his loyal customers. We were booked in for 5pm and Lee took us to our table. We were served very quickly by Lee and he always asks us how we are, and asks us what we have been up to. The restaurant started to get pretty busy and poor Lee bless him was running around doing everything, because there were no other staff to be seen apart from the lady behind the bar. You could hear the bell ring from the kitchen to take out the food. Poor Lee was running around like an headless chicken. This guy needs a raise in his pay please Mitchells and Butlers.

The breakfasts we ordered, there were 7 of us, were absolutely delicious! Service was spot on. Clean premises, friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere! Just one little thing, bottomless coffee/tea would be great 😊😊. We have eaten here in the evenings too, and, compared to a couple of years ago, the Harvester has improved exceptionally and to a high standard. Thank you 😊 x

Was surprised to find that at a Harvester I could find amazing food and such great service. My server was Lee who not only took care to make sure I felt like I was personally being served but recommended options that suited perfectly. Very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely come again. Bud also was amazing.

We went for lunch and had a really great time. The food was so good, especially the Pork Belly and the burgers. It was really busy but they still made time for us and we had a good laugh with our waitress. We will definitely be back again soon.

Sometimes you visit a place and they have staff that feel like friends rather than someone that’s sole purpose is to make you and your money part company. Many times now I’ve been made to feel like a returning friend when coming here. Thank you, Lee, you’re a star.

I would give it zero stars if I could. Rude argumentative staff. Placed an order for collection but was accused of trying to steal food - was asked to show my bank statement to prove that the money had been taken from the account. Ticket was then "found" and was told I would have to wait 30 mins past collection time. Requested a refund as not able to wait - you would have thought I had asked for the crown jewels! Not able to refund - the system won't let them. Told I had to request a refund through the app - there is no facility for this. Bloke then reluctantly managed to find a way to refund me through the till. How is stating that I don't have time to wait longer for the food rude? I didn't log back into anything, and as for blaming my mobile phone provider it was the pubs WiFi that I was using! Disgraceful attitude can be seen on other reviews too - blaming the customer for being argumentative - not just me who had a problem here clearly. The refund was never received - having spoken to my bank the transaction was cancelled after I left.

Fab breakfast, perfectly poached eggs! Attentive friendly Foh, couldn't fault it, we had 2 classic breakfast bacon and sausage bap, unlimited brews and a soft drink for my son, under 30 quid!

I was heading for a half term caravan break with my daughter and grandchildren (20 months & 6). I decided to break for lunch at this Harvester. I tried without success to book a table in advance via their website. When we arrived though I was warmly welcomed and a suitable table was found. The free salad bar was a great way to keep the kids happy until their meals arrived (we enjoyed it too). We are a 'challenging party - I am a vegetarian, my daughter is a gluten free vegetarian, my granddaughter is a fussy 6 year old, my grandson is easier and eats anything! We all found something that we wanted on the menu and our food (& drink)was served all together in good time. Harvester was offering a 'kids eat for £1' half term deal so our meal was great value. The staff were friendly and professional - a very pleasant experience and a good start to our holiday - thank you.

Came here on Friday 20th October while staying at waterside on holiday. I had chicken with cheese and bacon on top and it was cooked perfectly. Me and my grandad had Pepsi to drink from the refill machine while we were all waiting we went to the salad bar.
