Goldenbridge in Weymouth and Portland

Good delivery, didn't wait long to be delivered. A lovely meal, throughly enjoyed it. Made it a good Saturday night. Delicious.

We were drinking across the road at the spa pub and decided we would love a Chinese to take home but they on ordering discovered they only accept cash or cheque. Who carries cash or cheque with them in this day and age. I only have my phone nowadays like many other people and pay on card pay from my phone. They missed out on a big sale with me as there was 15 of us about to order with card. We went elsewhere where they accepted card or phone card payments and will not return. I would expect a MASSIVE amount of people have done the same. They really need to keep up with the times if they want to be a successful business.

Ordered take-outs for grandchildren and ourselves at 6.22pm and was told that wait could be up to one hour, which was acceptable. After an hour and half, nothing had arrived. Numerous attempts to contact then failed and eventually got through after another fifteen minutes to be told "were busy" and food would take another hour!!! Told them this was totally unacceptable and we wanted food within 15 minutes, which after much further discussion arrived. It was obvious that our order had got forgotten. There was no apology or discount on the food order. Will never use them again and suggest that everyone thinks very carefully about ordering from here.

They offer delivery what a joke twice tried and after nearly two hours gave up and cancelled plenty of other takeaways deliver very quickly so don’t bother with this waste of time

Had a chow main meal tonight and it was discussing the meat was dry and very small, the shrimp ( well that what l think they were ) we’re discussing and dry, l really believe they were just scrapes left over. I will never buy from this takeaway ever again.

Ordered a meal to be delivered at our caravan at Weymouth bay. Came in good time and I collected from reception. Good value food and large portions. Pork chow mein and peking ribs both really good. Seaweed could have been crispier but that's just my preference. would recommend to anyone else on the site wanting a takeaway.

Been using this takeaway for a long time I'm biased I guess but never had a bad meal from them. Always polite and order is usually delivered within the time stated.

Ordered duck in Cantonese sauce but it tasted like a bad sweet and sour sauce with lots of cabbage , seemed a funny colour , my husband had beef with spring onion and ginger which was average , wouldn't use it again if we came on holiday here
