ABC Delicious 😋 pricey but so worth it

After a long day decided to buy some pizzas, we were received with a smile even was late. Lovely food and get for us the best deal.

I’ve traveled far and wide, tasted cuisines from across the globe, but nothing compares to the sheer satisfaction of Charlie’s Naga Chicken. It’s culinary perfection in every bite. I’ve come across a few negative reviews online, and frankly, I find them baffling. In all the times we’ve ordered from Charlie’s Chicken, not once have we been disappointed. The food is always prepared with care, bursting with flavour, and served with exceptional quality. This isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a place that understands food on a deeper level. For anyone who hasn’t experienced Charlie’s Chicken yet, I urge you to check out their menu on their website and treat yourself. Trust me, once you try it, especially the Naga Chicken, you’ll wonder how you ever lived without it. Five stars simply don’t do it justice—it’s a culinary gem that deserves every bit of praise. It's cheap and clean but the food isn't great. Staff at the counter were efficient but waiting staff were terrible. Food sat under hot lights for ages before being brought over. Fine if your desperate but I wasn't impressed.

Still serving cold food.. Cold food, dining area blocked with chairs as already cleaned before 8pm but closing at 10pm.

Food is always amazing. But the facilities were awful and the service sub-par. Tables not cleaned, drinks spilled on the floor. If it wasn't for the great food I would have been put off visiting for a while

Never busy which makes a quick drive thu pitstop a breeze

Food was cold and the ice cream I ordered was missing. Driver said he had been driving around the block for 10 mins. For some reason the map seems to send the drivers to the back of our house!

Went on a Thursday, around 5pm. Despite not online booking, and the restaurant having reduced capacity due to the virus, happy to squeeze us in. Quick, friendly service, drinks arrived really quickly, and food shortly afterwards. Quality was good - food tasty, hot and well presented. Portions seemed generous. We really enjoyed the four main courses we ordered, ribs, meatballs, prawn pasta and chicken carbonara Would visit again.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely appalling service with a great deal of organisation regarding serving the walk in customers. Their focus is upon the deliveroo drivers! ..which were in abundance walking in and out..leading to frustrating walk in customers! We ordered 1 x family sized bucket, and 45 minutes later, we were still waiting, so had observed the chaotic way the staff were dealing with the orders. We were told not once, but twice our order was being done, only to be informed 5 minutes later it wasn't ready. After 45 minutes, we wanted our money back, and eat elsewhere. Getting a refund was a further 15 minutes! Seriously wish we had read the reviews before popping in. Whilst they focus on the deliveroo -I would avoid this place at all costs!

I have an allergy and spoke to the very young girl about it who said can’t guarantee cross contamination ! I accepted this but then she went to the kitchen and made faces to the chefs and then came back and told my husband don’t worry I have told the kitchen !! Very upsetting situation and treatment !!
