I'm somewhat puzzled how trading standards don't laugh at the difference in pictures between what is advertised and what is actually recieved, its quite shocking.

Food was fastest KFC I've ever had. Staff were friendly and helpful.

They are too slow. Waited 30 min for just 1 wrap.

Useless staff missing items off the order. Placed first order, one chicken wrap missing so ordered that and added a bbq dip, wrap came, no dip. Insisted I pay 50p do rot despite it having been missed. One of the. Worst KFCs I've been to.

Brilliant, served by Shalia very efficient and helpful. Food lovely. Prices are beginning to get to high. Bring back proper fries.

Kfc was lovely and fresh but did wait 15mins for some hot wings.

Tonight I’ve spent around £46 .. the food was awful, the chicken is too greasy and the mini fillets burgers are burnt.. totally worthless

My wife just spent £28 on 2 chicken fillets 1 chicken tower & 4 original chicken pieces to say there small waste of money..

Was doing take away so atmosphere wasn’t needed but value for money is. Got one boneless banquet box meal which 1.5 years ago £8.50 these aren’t worth the £9.99 price tag and customer service. Just felt I was getting in the way of a clean up operation as it was a quiet time around 4pm. KFC is not what it was as when we had it dry and unappealing.

Childern a meal large same as small - waste of money never had complete order chips were left off never going back no customer service at all worst kfc I have been in .

Food was hot and quickly prepared. I did take my 6 and 8 year old daughters to the toilets and the loos stank of old wee. It was really off putting and made us not want to eat our food. They should really clean the toilets! They cornered off the seating area far too early too.

Had lunch here. Ordered on self-serve machine. A bit of wait for food, but when ready, was served fresh and warm. The restaurant was clean and tidy.

Not first bad experience with kfc! Went there at 8 pm tonight wanted to eat in with my daughter, order for eat in,but the workers there at 8 pm blocked the tables ,so you can't eat in,started to drag around chairs! So if the restaurant closes at 9 pm,why they start to pack up at 8 pm? I mean,one hour, people feel bad to stay and eat in! Really kfc?? Why? And the food full of left over oil? A good KFC, well-maintained and clean. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly and efficient.

I don't know what it is, but KFC isn't as good as I remember it from my younger days. I think they've changed the zinger recipe and size of the wraps and burgers, and for this, I'm holding back on giving it a 5 star rating.

I recently visited KFC at Poole Tower Park, and I must say, the experience was delightful! The food was exceptional, especially the chicken – perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The service was prompt, and the staff was friendly. A great place for a satisfying meal!

Quick service good food clean and tidy

Ordered through Just Eat - £45 order. Arrived with 1 full box meal missing, pop corn chicken missing out of a boneless banquet. Absolute joke. If your going to charge extortionate prices at least make sure the food is in the bag your sending out the door.

Good for getting something quick. There were stools in the way of the seating area and the collection point but the staff moved the tray over so I didn't have to move the stools out of the way, they were polite about it and apologised. Food was ok, but I remember when they used to give out the boxes for meals rather than chucking everything on a tray together.

The place was empty when I arrived but the service was extremely quick and friendly and the food was extremely fresh.

Terrible! It seems they really struggle to send out full orders from this place, if you order just eat don't be surprised if items are missing and the staff really do not care... Last time, lesson learned.

Food was average height with fries not being hot. Tables not very clean. Just average KFC.

We hadn't been in a while and were shocked to find the prices had gone up. We had a 10 piece Family Feast and were again shocked to find we were given 6 legs and 4 small pieces of chicken. We definitely won't be going back as not value for money.

What a disgusting excuse of workers, messed both mine and my friends orders when confronted they couldn’t understand us (lack of English) half his food was stringy , it was 10 minutes before closing and they were trying to rush us to eat our food , what a disgrace used to be good total waste of a restaurant now.

Please bare in mind they close at 21.00 we ordered our food at 20.36 and then needed to use the rest room to be told that it has been cleaned and no longer able to use the toilet.. Pretty poor to close toilets off before closing time. at least allow one toilet to be in operation for those customers that require it. Rant over..

Be aware, the prices at this KFC are more than others! We had Mighty Buckets for One, which at our usual KFC are £8.99, here they are £9.79.

Wanted the 20 hot wings for £5.99 deal as advertised on their door,was rudely told they couldn't do them because the cook was on a break 🤔 unless we wanted to wait 30mins + as they wasn't expecting an influx of customers (2 customers dining in) and it was 11.30am.. Toilet facilities were dirty.

Lovely kfc really enjoyed it tasty & hot! Nice restaurant, excellent staff especially the young lady behind the counter who very helpful and diligent to someone who can be a bit slow. These guys definitely ain't payed enough for the job they do dealing with the public.

It's a takeaway so the atmosphere is busy and typical take away style However the prompt service from ordering to box and bag is excellent. Can't stand the chips ..please bring back 🍟 French Fries 🍟

Probably one of the worse kfcs you could go to in the area… bought a 12 piece boneless meal, and the chicken was some of the worse chicken I have ever ate, it was slimy, and chewy, I would not recommend! Also another occasion, I went and bought a wrap of the day and a chocolate chip cookie, and the employee instead of getting a chocolate chip cookie out from the back, he gave me a white chip one thinking I wouldn’t notice, and therefore I had to get it replaced by the manager. Also the manager took the cookie from the bag i was given, and placed it back into the display unit, which i thought was a bit unprofessional and unhygienic.

Not only was our order very late but we saw them make mistakes on almost every order. Also close half the seating so nowhere to stand when waiting for order without getting in someones way. Difficult to get to the screens due to people waiting yet its wasnt particularly busy. A woman I could only assume was duty manager has no people skills. Shouting at staff and customers. Needs to learn some manners.

One of the better KFC outlets in my opinion.

I got a delivery for me and my partner, mine was fine but my partners boneless banquet for one. . (And I'm not kidding) had no chicken! I called the restaurant to let them know and the man very angrily told me to complain through the app. I let the man know I was going to go through the app to request a refund but I wanted him to know he was sending out boxes of chicken WITHOUT CHICKEN! I don't know if he thought it was a prank or if he simply didn't care but he mumbled some frustrations and hung up on me. Kfc with no c... not really much point.

Rubbish purchased a fillet burger meal the chips were missing, asked the server if chips came as part of the meal and she snapped at me telling me it's what I ordered, terrible service

Presumed my fillet burger meal would include fries.... apparently not when I asked, quick rude female staff who served me was very abrupt. Won't return here, and over twenty pounds for supposed meals with no fries, basically two burgers, two drinks and I added one corn on cob and gravy.

Allowed a kid of about 8/9 to sit on the counter top while waiting for his takeaway and not one staff member in 5 mins either told the Dad it’s a no or asked the boy to get down……. Your serving food and I’m sure you’ve all do food hygiene tests!!!

My friends and I came to eat at KFC in tower park on Sunday 21st August. A female manager called Niseed. Got my friends order wrong. When she politely went up to ask for a new rice box with no sauce. Niseed snatched it and proceeded to tell her that it was her fault the order was wrong and that she had to eat it, or the food would go to waste? Understandably my friend was in shock as it said on the receipt no sauce, it was not her fault at all. Niseed continued to argue with my friend until she finally made a new one but made it very clear the one made before with the mistake was ‘going to waste’. Overall a rude and unprofessional women with clearly no manners or customer service skills. Niseed then proceeded to make the next customer orders incorrectly. Horrible experience will not be coming again.

Food was excellent and the staff are lovely.

Food was fine. It was just slow, it took over 20mins for order to be ready and others were getting frustrated with the slow speed.

The food was nice and very hot, as it should be. It was very crowded tho but staff very polite.

I do not like this the staff are slow and the staff was rude and I did not understand what they were saying and the staff did not know what I was KFC word employ English people understand the English language

Hi I order 1 bargain bucket 14pc But when I checked was only 10 is really bad what doing the staff there.My opinion is to be check everything before you left from there because is happening all the time

We Stopped here to eat in, prior going to the cinema . Unfortunately we choose the wrong place at the wrong time from what we sore. So why 1 star. On arrival we choose a Friday evening and on entering kfc we notice large queue and most of the tables which were free had amble of food left by customers and sources empty packets left which really is the customer job to clean after them selfs.with the bins provided. But Due to Minimum Staffing ! On a Busy Night ! we had to wait 20mimutes to get staff attention to clean a table . Once ordered the amount of takeaways seemed to slow down instore orders so we waited and waited. Finally got our order the bucket meal for two. It was by far the worst KFC meal we have ever had . Chips tasted different and looked awful so we binned them and what was the point queueing while rest would go cold although later on we had bad stomach pains.. We will certainly give KFC a miss for along time after the above. Felt sorry for staff really how can you run a busy takeaway and eat in service with minimum staffing although cleaness really should be part of the restaurant priorities even if customers are to lazy to leave food on the tables . . As the saying goes First impressions are important!

Pretty clean, but none of the staff seem happy to work there at all. Make it seem like every order or small request, e.g please could we have some ketchup and mayo, seem like a huge ordeal, reminds me of Kevin from Kevin and Perry.

Very busy at end of the day, but was very quick getting our order.

I love KFC's food, it's great, only I have autism and it was crowded, it was loud and was rather annoying. We requested for us to sit a little further away despite the area being blocked off and it was granted. One woman working there seemed to have a serious problem woth it and got overly annoyed, ruined my day even more and just caused us trouble. But a big thank you to all of the other staff which defended us. Didn't catch thw woman's nape but, stripped shirt and the taller of the two.

me and 2 friends went to eat after going to splashdown, the food was nice and didn't take too long to be served, the only issue is that the place was nearly empty, there were people still eating at tables and it was only around 8:15pm on a Monday 21st feb 2022 we still had 45 minutes till the place was supposed to close, yet me and 2 friends were asked to eat it as takeout. We are 3 teen girls who were forced to eat some food on the steps of Cineworld at night time while we waited 30 minutes to be picked up, we felt unsafe as drunk people walked past and it was overall embarrassing to have to do that.

Grandkids enjoyed their food as usual, fast service and not very busy.

Disgusting behaviour from a member of staff towards my partner he tried to order food with cash and he got told to use the machine as there was too many order from delivery companies sorry but that is no way to talk to my partner who would of been a paying customer but no lost money and us as a customer NOT HAPPY !!!!!

Ordered ahead via the app, and checked in from the car park before walking in...and still had to wait over half an hour for the food. It wasn't even that busy, maybe 3 or 4 people ahead in the queue, but just eat drivers were coming and going, getting served ahead of those waiting. If I hadn't ordered before going in I wouldn't have bothered

Never had a good experience here. Last time it was dry chicken and immediate trip to the toilet. The serving staff use their hands to pull their mask down to talk to the kitchen, the same hand that handles the food, the obvious hand to mouth to your food route for infection. Disgusting.

Meh.. scrimp on the napkins and sauce plus the salt. But it's KFC you bet what u pay for.

Store was small so the queue is difficult to form & maintain due to the floor plan. Staff were friendly though admittedly rather slow; many were waiting upwards of 15 minutes for their food. It's a high volume location so would expect more reliable staff to keep up with demand.

Wait was a little longer than I wanted and table clearing was very slow!!

Very slow service, waited 25 mins for a takeaway. Staff were rude, and clearly didn't want to be there. Wouldn't rush to go back. 😩

I always buy too much. On this visit, I was offered dips/sauces but never got any! But at least this time I got the offer. Never usually do! I will boost rating to 5 stars when I get the dips/sauces with my order. :-)

Lovely chicken, no grease and crispiest skin, delicious. Very clean and good service.

Went there around 9pm and just found it to be possibly the slowest KFC I have ever been to. Took ages to get through the small amount of orders there were. When you have beans in an order you expect a spoon to be in the bag...nope! Some of the seating was torn so the wipe clean layer was gone and what was underneath was just a stained looking mess. The food was ok although the wrap was a little over toasted and bordering on burnt in places. Not one I would rush back to.
