Having a holiday and looking for something to eat, found pizza hut in Poole, amazing people and good food. Lady took my order was friendly .

Taste good.nice people can't complaint, service good an give you different options. Definitely will back again for get some food

Shocking behaviour by staff towards my young daughter - please keep your children away from Pizza Hut, Ashley Road, Parkstone, Poole.

Ordered pizza’s, sides and ice cream as part of a family celebration (in lockdown) and food was ok and delivery quick and friendly. However we ordered Ben & Jerry’s ice cream but were told on delivery that they had run out and were given a Magnum tub instead. When I questioned the delivery driver he said alot of other people were also impacted and management did not have time to call everyone to see if they wanted a substitute or refund on the item. I found this difficult to understand and a very poor response from management. Anyone with kids will know how important and different Ben & Jerry’s is compared to other brands and the reason i give a contact number when ordering is for situations like this - they could have easily contacted me and i could have gone out and got my own if needed. Disappointed kids and wife which could have easily been prevented but management obviously putting revenue above customer satisfaction, hoping no-one will complain. Poor management. Will never go to Pizza Hit again, will stick to Domino’s.

Ordered 7:50pm and is now 9:40pm absolutely unacceptable. Rang restaurant and said it had left 5mins before. Going to give it 10 mins more wish I hadn’t paid in advance.

Absolutely disgusting pizzas. Overcooked dried out bland pizzas...should never have been sent out. Rang to complain and staff didn’t care....Avoid avoid avoid

I just had an amazing pizza delivered well within time and piping hot brilliant. Two pizzas for £10. Wow. Had delivery once before that was amazing to. Did it all on line. They even give you a progress report so you can track your pizza every step of the way. Good going guys, keep it up.

Ordered takeaway from Pizza Hut Delivery and wasn’t disappointed. Great deals on offer online to choose from and a good selection on their menu. Only took half an hour from ordering to receiving the order by a friendly member of staff. The food itself was delicious, ordered a half and half large pizza (half BBQ and half Tomato base) and they got it right instead of doing what other companies have done and just done it in one base. The cheesy garlic bread was also great. Overall am very happy, will be visiting again, thanks.

I went here for my friends' birthday party. As there were a lot of us we ordered the sharing menus. The pizza was tasty and we enjoyed refillable drinks from the machine. The sharing menu was fantastic as it is a big pizza, 2 starters/side dishes and a dessert. The tables were cramped and very close together and as we were sat on the sofa/diner party table it was hard to get in and out and with the salad bar, drinks and visits to the toilet there was a lot of getting up, and every time we wanted to go somewhere half our table had to stand up. The staff were friendly. Overall the restaurant was very busy and cramped but the food was enjoyable and I would love to return.

The gluten free pizza was lovely even though I couldn't eat it all as filled up on the salad bar which some things were gluten free so glad I could have my potato salad but if you want desert that's gluten free don't bother as there is nothing apart from the horrible ice cream bar and it's cheap ice cream, sprinkles and watered down chocolate sauce I'll deffo come back for the pizza and salad bar but that's about it sadly the pizza isn't very big but big enough for one person

Decided to their delivery a try. Supreme Pizza was 'soggy' and the potato wedges were cooked but only just. Only redeeming part of the meal were the chicken wings (hence 2 star instead of 1). Will be sticking to Papa John's from now on.

Lovely food, staff were lovely and so helpful, would definitely go again, this was a birthday treat with 14 guests food all came together and they were a mix of adult and children's meals

I went here because it was the choice of friends. I just don't get it? So over-priced and very average food. My flat bread pizza was not hot and in a different restaurant later same week the flat bread pizza was better and much cheaper. £17 a head? Never again, sorry.

Vinimos aquí con nuestra hija y su amigo. Nos sentamos a los pocos minutos de llegar y una camarera simpática presentándose. Mi hija es vegetariano y se aburra de una simple pizza y no como macarrones con queso, que fue realmente bueno para que se han introducido más para los niños, dijo que lo envuelve. Orden y en el bar de ensaladas. Esto estaba bien equipada y limpia, el primer plato levanté no tienen algo de comida aún atrapados, pero esto sucede a veces cuando las cosas se limpian en un lavavajillas, los otros miré estaban limpios. Comida no tardaron mucho en llegar, probado tan bueno como pizza nunca lo hace (nada malo, pero ¿qué puedes escribir acerca de pizza). No tuvimos que esperar mucho tiempo después de preguntar por la factura.

Poole quay branch mid week in the evening around 10pm.After being seated we ordered wine and pizza.There was no mention of or any indication they were closing early however

A quick little stop in before the cinema, we booked ahead as we weren't sure how busy it would be but the service was still really quick.

The restaurant has been re-done and it looks great, the food has always been great to me and the staff are very friendly, love the new improvements to the menu, great to eat here before watching a film.

Ate here with my boyfriend's family, fairly good service, was surprised we could get a table straight away as it looked really busy. Staff were very friendly, food was very tasty - only rating three stars as I was brought the completely wrong pizza - a Hawaiian rather than a Heavenly Veg. I didn't mind as I do still like Hawaiian pizzas so didn't want to make a fuss, but if I were a vegetarian this would have been a problem.

I couldn't wait for Pizza Hut to reopen and when it did, I was not at all disappointed. The new decor is bright and fun and the layout of the restaurant is good. I was impressed with the starter I ordered (mozerella and bacon garlic bread) it was absolutely wonderful and very filling! My main course (meat feast pizza with stuffed crust) was really tasty, but as I was pretty full half way through I decided to take the rest home in a box. The waiting staff did a good job and were friendly. The only fault I would point out is that the salad bar needs to be re filled more often! Other than than I enjoyed my trip and would like to return.

Have been to a few different Pizza Hut restaurants and had no problems before, this was the first time I have been to this one over the weekend. Now I completely understand that it was a busy Sunday afternoon also the summer holidays so I wasn't expecting it to be quiet, however I do except for the standards of cleanliness to be kept. The ice cream factory was covered in ice cream and the floor was covered with food. I'm sure it doesn't take 2 minutes to wipe over the side and quickly sweep the floor. The time our food took was also a little to long especially as there were only 2 of us. Also when we were first seated the table constantly wobbled and my partners seat was positioned right in the walk way and was asked several times to mind his head by the staff bringing food to other tables and member of the public moving around.... I did notice a table out of the way became available so we asked to move which they did very quickly clear and move which was much better.

I will admit first of all i work in a resturant as part of a management team so i know what to expect & it wasnt brill yet not the worse.. the lady sat me and my partner at a table for 2.. said she would be bk in a few mins to take our order.. after 15 mins no sign of her so we called a girl over who came with a trainee to take our order.. food arrived shortly after.. hot and well cooked i had a bottle of peroni and she gave me a stella glass... that i can live with.. but atleast bring a clean glass.. so i didnt use it.. to sum up food was good but there bar training needs some work.. will visit again.. as i know pizza hut is a good name and always improveing its restuants..

If i could Mark it 0 i would. Pizza was warm and not cut properly, garlic bread was cold and chewy, wedges weren't cooked they were barely warm and hard in the middle. And service with a smile ha Nope he was a miserable bloke. Worse service I've ever had. I'd phone to complain but i wouldn't have wanted replacements and it would have been a waste of credit. Pizza Hut have lost me as a customer

Come here frequently a few times a month. Service is good and swift never had to wait long for a table. Previous experiences has seen a variance in how hot your food comes out sometimes hot sometimes piping hot. I prefer the piping hot. Unfortunately on my last trip I could taste plastic. I'd eaten half but I think the longer the pizza sat on the board the stronger the taste became and I realised I wasn't going mad. I find it really embarrassing when you have to call the waiting team over because they've forgotten to check you back.... which they had as I'd sat there for sometime. Eventually came over and I explained he waitress who dealt with the problem was polite and suggested she got her manager and explained they were new boards. The manager came over and offered me another pizza explaining they were new boards but had definitely been washed. All very friendly and apologetic but I was still hungry but refused as I had this horrible taste in my mouth. The pizza was refunded I left hungry. Kids left full up and happy and stuffed on ice cream factory that's the main thing. Had I of not been before I'd of rated a 3. But due to the manner in which it was handled and that I know it isn't the norm it's rated a 4. Thanks guys.... but don't forget your check backs some people out there won't say anything and will walk away unhappy and never return ! See you again.

Ordered for collection and rang up to ask how long it would take for food to be prepared. Arrived at the stated time and the lovely manager helped me carry the pizza, sides and drink to the car as I would not have managed on my own.Partner and son loved their pizza. I was happy as could order a gluten free base. Only thing that let the meal down was the fact that gluten free bases are notorious for tasting of cardboard and there simply wasn't enough sauce on top to make it easy to eat without drinking a lot. I won't grumble too much as at the end of the day I could eat pizza which was a lovely treat. But for future reference it may be something to take note on.

Held our son's birthday meal here after visiting the cinema. The pizzas were all great the kids had an excellent time, all the staff were friendly and efficient. We will be returning.

We went here after spending the day at a water park. There was only three other couples there but the service was so slow. The food was good but it took a while to complete our meal

Ordered online and the food was just awful. Pizza was hot but not cut properly, wedges were not cooked properly same were still hard in the middle and they were cold, garlic wasn't very warm at all, ordered normal Pepsi and they sent me diet and they forgot the dip I ordered to go with the wedges. First time I've ever had a really bad delivery from here. Not happy

Usually upon entering a Pizza Hut nowadays you know what you will find. A salad bar, lots of children and staff running around wildly. However, this Pizza Hut was very different with a new looking salad bar with food served in white dishes and an unlimited drinks dispenser which presented an easy way to get drinks unlike the usual asking a busy member of staff to give you the drink. The food itself (the pizza) was also delicious. In all we spent under £45 for 4 with pizza, salad and unlimited drinks and had a thoroughly good meal. On this visit the 241 voucher given will be used very quickly indeed.

just wanted to say thanks ever so much pizza hut, tower park.my husband went in with my 4 children 1 being allergiv to dairy and they made him his very own special pizza using his soya cheese :) and i joined my family as soon as i had finished work over thr rd and the got my food and drink straight away :D amazing service we love coming and are so glad we can continue to come as you will cater for my son.MANY THANKS!

We went to Pizza Hut for a family meal. Obviously we were aware it's not a great quality restaurant but even so! The place was dirty, staff were ignorant, apart from a couple who were pleasant, the rest were rude and ignored you! The food was dreadful. Would never go again.

There was no deep pan the Italian pizzas were over cooked but the salad cart was nice and fresh and the waitress was very nice and polite won't hurry back tho

I used to love to eat in pizza hut. These days I avoid this place. The food is rubbish. Every pizza taste the same and there isn't much toppings. It seems that they put as little as they can. Sometimes one slice doesn't have all of the toppings because they put few pieces on the whole pizza. Even when we asked for double toppings we couldn't see any difference. Bar salad is basic and not worth it.

We dined here the other week and found the staff were very nice and the pizzas were also nice, but they seemed to be lacking topping and more importantly cheese. I wonder if, in the effort to say a pizza has less calories, they put less on it?

We went to this restaurant @ around 4.30 pm all pizzas were very dry, two of us were not having anything which I told waitress at the beginning , they still charged us full price when I ask the waitress she replied very rudely that all of us were eating something and she saw that.two of us were bringing the foods for the kids, so we had to pay full price buffet for 6 of us however two adults did not eat any thing. Not a good experience and not going back

Whilst visiting Poole we fancied a easy dinner so decided to visit Tower Park and go to the Pizza Hut. The staff are friendly and sat us at a table quickly, the staff took our order and quickly brought us our drinks and salad bowls. The salad cart was clean and fully stocked, not long after out pizza arrived which was very tasty. The restaurant wasn't that busy so everything worked well.

Helpful friendly staff and much better quality of pizza than our local one. The thin Italian "vegetarian hot one" was delicious the food was hot, prompt and of high quality through-out. For a chain that is so hit-and-miss, this one does not dissappoint.

I decided to phone up and place an order for collection tonight at the Tower Park Pizza Hut. The man who answered the phone, did not say anything like hello Pizza Hut or anything all I got was him shouting down the phone, he kept saying can you hear me to which I replied yes and he still carried on shouting. I explained I was phoning through an order and all I got was a sigh from him. He then went to take my order but was not interested as I had to repeat 3 times and then he started having a conversation with someone else in the building not taking any notice of my order! By this time I got fed up and ended the call and then decided to contact the Ashley Road Pizza Hut and the young guy answered the phone was very polite. I would recommend using the Ashley Road Pizza Hut as at least they know how to deal with phone orders!!!

Tried to book a table for 7 teenagers and 2 adults for a birthday party, was told that they do not accept bookings at the weekend. Explained that it was a group booking so couldn't just risk turning up after taking the kids to splashdown, and couldnt they take the booking in this case. You would think it would make good business sense as we would be spending quite a lot of money, but no! Was told that we probably wouldn't get tables as it was a difficult time of day (5.30 pm) and maybe could turn up at lunch time when they first opened instead! Er no, we actually wanted to eat at tea time! Will go elsewhere, what a lack of customer service. Obviously didnt want our business.

Great location for eating when going to the cinema. Very friendly and efficient service. Fresh salads , hot tasty pizza and a good bottle of wine. We were seated in a quieter area by request and had a lovely relaxed meal out. Very good value as well. Left over pizza was boxed up for us.

Had a great lunch time buffet experience - think the fact that we were the first customers also helped, as the salad area was pristine and fully stocked. Pizzas were great, lovely bases and toppings - good value and helpful staff.

Service appears to be rather slow during the busier times . Food was nice though and a reasonable price . Cookie dough desert is definitely the best part about coming here !

my family and i were very disappointed when we visited pizza hut (castle lane bournemouth) on a saturday evening at 8-30 only to be told that they had sold out of pizza bases!! after assembling our daughters wheelchair and being seated before being told this we were less than happy! after complaining on line we were kindly given a £20 voucher which we used at tower park (poole). what a difference!!! the staff there were very polite and helpful. especially kim (our waitress) food was excellent, as was customer service. would recommend tower park. will definately be dining there again.

The service was excellent, the pizzas were good, not amazing, but still ok value for money, but I will not go there again because the tables are very close together, it's packed with literally screaming kids, and three times the lights went out almost completely so they could bring a birthday cake in. I understand it's meant to be a family restaraunt but it was more like a child only restaraunt. I like kids but I was really annoyed at the end of it.

Food was hot and fresh when it finally arrived due to the bank holiday monday and being short staffed!!!! Our waitress was very friendly and helpful and even gave us all a party of 6 free desserts and coffee

This Pizza Hut is right next to the cinema and is the ideal place to eat before or after a film. What did strike me on entering was the amount of children. Being Tower Park with all its facilities, it is also ideal for kids so be warned; if your looking for a quiet romantic meal then you need to go after 8pm and that's on the advice of the staff. Otherwise expect a crowd with lots of excited kids and balloons. That said, don't be put off. The service was excellent and the food was great.There are many different pizza sizes and variations to choose from, so just make sure that you know what you ordered is what you want, especially if you don't like garlic!!Remember, if you cannot eat all your pizza then they will happily box it up at the table so you can take it home and I am a big fan of take outs, especially having already paid for it!The free salad bar is a bonus, with loads to choose from. So fill up on the salad bar and take your remaining pizza home ;-)Will definately return again.

Being next to a cinema often makes this an easy choice to eat at, having been dissapointed in the past on several occasions we avoided going again for well over 12 months. Last night we were pleasantly surprised, the service by one particular waitress who was actually 8 months pregnant was first class, we both had different pizza a healthy option and one not so healthy with a stuffed crust and it was actually very good. The salad cart had a good selection and the starter we had to share was well prepared and good too. Your never going to get an exceptional meal at a Pizza Hut but it has it's place and overall this was a great customer experience and I would recommend it.

We enjoy pizza hut at tower park every time, it can get busy so book ahead, food is good and free salad is awesome, you can't beat ice cream factory, and the fudge cake is the best,all in all great value, the kids love it aswell.

The service was good and the restaurant was clean, but the food was awful. If you are going to call your business pizzahut, you need to do good pizza!

I have eaten here a few times and I know it can get busy. Normally even when busy service is still not bad. Hoever today early after noon when quiet Service was non existant. Firstly we had to wait to be seated in an almost empty restaurant. When we fianly did get seated we somehow managed to become invisable. This is a neat trick and I would love to know how 5 people one of which is a hungry and thirsty toddler is suddenly invisable. Despite several attepts to raise some service we got a rather stiff ignoring. Even when we left due to our child getting hysterical due to seeing food and drinks but not getting any himself we left. So all in all 25 to 30 minutes of my life I will not get back thank you Pizza Hut Poole it will be the last 30 minutes I will ever waste in you.

Went here a few years back and it was a good experience - but my recent experience tells me that the standard of food has fallen. The Pizza was of the quality I could get at Tesco.My kids were okay with it - but it was not good value for money.

We was made to feel welcome from the moment we walked in, excellent service and food and fantastic value we had garlic bread, wedges, 2 pizzas and 3 drinks all for £11.00 the deal before 5pm EXCELLENT!

We come here a lot, Pizza hut is cheap and cheerful. Unfortunately this Pizza Hut is lacking the Pizza Hut standard we would expect, firstly our online booking was declined as they were so full yet there were plenty of empty tables when we arrived and in the last few times we have been they have been out of Pan Pizza bases, so basically if you don't like Italian or Stuffed crust then tough!!Also most of the Pizza toppings they had ran out of and we weren't even asked if we would like anything instead, but even so we were charged the same price and the salad bar was pathetic, most of the options were chillies, chillies or chillies, so unless you're a big fan of chillies or from Mexico then the unlimited salad bar isn't that appealing.Cosidering there has recently been a Pizza Express opened opposite this Pizza Hut they aren't doing much to fight the competition and to be honest you'd think they would learn from their mistakes, one time is acceptable but 4 times within so many months is a little silly, they need to teach the person ordering the stock some maths it seems.Good value for money as we had vouchers but if we didn't then I think we would have taken the 30 steps to Pizza Express where I'm sure they would have had all of the ingredients to make the pizzas or at least been apologetic about the fact they didn't.
