Pizza Hut Restaurants in Poole

Ordered Pizza Hut delivery last night and I cannot speak highly enough of James. We had a problem with our order. Not pizza huts fault it was Ubers and we had to wait over an hour including at one point an uber driver stealing our food. James’s however answered the phone quickly and immediately began to help making sure not only that our food was remade fresh and that the next driver delivered asap, he gave us extras to make up for it and even phoned again to make sure it had arrived. I genuinely believe that James took customer service to a whole level above what’s expected and he deserves full credit for it. I hope that James is aware of how much we appreciated what he did.

James the manager was absolutely amazing extremely professional and also helpful with the children although he was run off his feet he made sure that we felt comfortable and valued they were very busy and didn’t have much staff but he went above and beyond for us and I am very grateful the food was fantastic fresh hot absolutely delicious!! Good sized portions I would highly recommend this Pizza Hut and will be returning on my next visit from London. :)

Soon as we walked through the door we were made to feel welcome by AbbieS. Jose was also very friendly and polite who told us he has just started with Pizzahut. The food was lovely the kids loved the ice cream factory all in all such a great night !

Although a lot of building work currently being done outside please don't let that put you off. Inside was spotlessly clean amd vibrant with all the traditional pizza hut decor. Shown a table straight away and the manager took our order instead of a fiddly bar code which we so much prefer. A personal touch. Food was hot and served quickly. It was lovely. Nothing to fault here. We return to our holiday lodgings happy and full!

Paid for stuffed crust and did not receive what we paid for. Food was ice cold and had gone hard - poor from Pizza Hut. Almost inedible

couldn’t seat me as a family of 5 due to low stock, but accepted 2 family’s of 4 as i was walking out, pretty ridiculous.

I went for a date with my boyfriend. We had a great time. The food was delicious, the customer service was great, and the salad bar was astonishingly scrumptious. We were thrilled with our experience. Will definitely be going back.💕🤷‍♀️💋🍕🍷🤪

It never got delivered! I had to collect myself after phoning Pizza Hut to be told the order was a little late, so the driver left and didn’t return. Awful experience, ruined an evening and cold food. Waste of a Christmas gift voucher to me.

Total chaos. No one knew who ordered what

Went for my daughters birthday, didn’t book ahead but the member of staff- think he was the manager popped us in a booth to save us a wait for a larger table, which was plenty big enough for 2 adults and 3 kids. Food was great, didn’t have to wait on anything, pizza and pasta was all really nice. Staff were all attentive and took the time to chat to my daughter and ask how her birthday was. Thankyou to all!

Don’t waste your time or money. Went for the buffet for my 9 year old nieces birthday party. Buffet was poorly maintained and had barely any choice. My niece and her friends struggled to find much they could eat. As part of the buffet it included the ice cream. We weren't provided the bowls for this so had to use the salad bar ones. The machine wasn’t working properly so we made sure the girls got what they could. Also when booking the table we asked if they could bring out the birthday cake to the table. We had to ask them 3 times to bring it out as it was getting later and later and the girls were due to be picked up by their parents. Their excuse was they couldn’t open the cardboard cake box! Overall a terrible experience and we won’t be returning

Worst pizza I’ve ever had from here. For some reason they didn’t put any sauce on , so it was just cheesy bread. Waste of £30

Great experience recently with my family. Very welcomed to the restaurant from the staff.

Eye watering prices with each pizza costing around £19, that's without any extras like stuffed crust. You would pay the same if not less at a proper italian restaurant. Pizza was 9 inches with low quality ingredients. We paid in total £41 for two. Male ass would have more flavour than that Garlic bread which suspiciously looked and tasted like those from Asda. In fact, the comparison would be doing Asda garlic bread a disservice. No idea where the onion was in those onion rings, all you could taste was Breadcrumbs. My Goat cheese pizza should have been called the Onion pizza as that was the dominant ingredient. The worst value for money I've ever seen, it's no wonder this chain is being nationally liquidated. Absolutely disgutint prices for such low qualify food. Avoid at all cost

Not been to Pizza Hut for quite a while as didn't have a great meal at our last visit (not this restaurant though) however the family all wanted it tonight so off we went. Well we were welcomed by a very smiley Renee who took us to our table and explained we could order via the QR code on the table or we could place our order with her. We said we would give the code a go and see how we got on.....she returned a few minutes later to check we were getting on OK and we were! Food ordered and within a few minutes of paying our drinks arrived....off to the salad bar we went and after we had polished that off our pizzas arrived 😀 they were piping hot and we throughly enjoyed every bite. Well done Tower park team....we will definitely be back for another visit! Special thanks to Renee and Dan for their excellent service 👏 😀

This was an awesome night, I was particularly difficult as we couldn't book a table and had to wait for a table, but Renee, the manager for that night, was very professional and got us a table quickly there was a wait for hot food but all you can eat salad filled that gap, James who took our order was awesome he helped us get the best deal for us all as we were a party of seven, even though they were really busy at the time we were constantly checked on and drinks we're served to table promptly. Some of the pub restaurants could learn a lesson in table service from this pizza hut absolutely Excellent big shout to James & Renee, you're awesome at your job and awesome people

We had a delicious buffet lunch at Tower Park Pizza Hut - made even more enjoyable by our friendly and attentive waitress Renee. Nothing was too much trouble and it was all done with a smile. She really went the extra mile and that was very much appreciated 😊

Came here with my family on October 1st 2024 to celebrate my eldest daughter's birthday 🥳 we were served & expertly looked after by Dan, he was a delight & made our evening most enjoyable, the pizza's were some of the best l have tasted in a very long while & our naughty desserts were delicious 😋 all in all a lovely dining experience, thanks very much to everyone for delighting us 🤗

Lovely waitress called Rene that went above above and beyond for myself and the young lady I care for. And went out of her way to ensure we got the children eat free discount that we weren’t aware of for the lunchtime buffet.

Ordering from the table was good. Very easy to navigate on the selection we purchased. (buffet) Salad selection was good and the area was kept tidy. Some of the pizzas were Fred up on the buffet Biggest disappointment was the toilets (men’s) in need of a bit of TLC and a cloth.

Come to dinner with my partner and 6year old, was sat to the table and wasn't offered colouring in for my child. Was told to order through the app, after 1 hour of waiting i had to go find a waiter which found all to be sat behind the bar chatting. Asked if my order had been forgotten about. 15mins later the food finally arrived. We then had go find out when desert was coming. Full dinning time was 2.5hours and the restaurant was half empty so not like they was rushed off their feet. Shocking service and if your hungry go eat else where to save waiting hours

This place has everything. All the favourite flavours of pizza all you can eat with some nice thin bases and the famous salad bar. What you really need to try is their specials such and the new melts. The best on the menu by far, that's what I'll be coming back for.

Had a lovely family meal here. It was really busy when we arrived but luckily we had booked on line so we didn't have to wait too long to be seated. I would recommend booking over the summer. The service was slow but our waitress was so pleasant that we didn't mind. We had one or two special requests and didn't have to ask more than once. Although it's a chain I always enjoy the pizzas and it's always good value.

We took our granddaughters there a couple of days ago, the staff were so family and accommodating, the food was piping hot and served very quickly considering how busy they were. The young manager/supervisor not sure which, was so polite and attentive. Definitely be back soon

Good pizza, jut service abit slow,

We have always ordered from Pizza Hut as we find their Pizzas extremely delicious and well made with generous toppings. however on this occasion we decided to try their melts. An absolute mistake they arrived cold, extremely hard to the point of being inedible. we scraped out what measley filling there was and threw the hard as iron wrap away. will never have them again and as a suggestion they ought to scrap them from their menu. Gravely disappointed this time.

The food was ok however I felt that the brand was let down by the staff at the restaurant. When we arrived we were told that the bar code is on the table and you need to order via the app. Certainly miss a bit of interaction with staff members. When the food arrived I asked if they had any sauces or oil but the waitress looked quite confused by my request. In the end we had to search other tables for tomato sauce. I felt the restaurant was quite dirty and not particularly clean compared to other similar style restaurants.

This Pizza 🍕 Hut has always been great. I took my children and grandchild. So we got the lunchtime buffet. £10 for children and £16 for adults [without drink and ice cream]. One margarita pizza is £13.45 to bbq at £18.50, and the buffet is a good deal. I added pictures to show you. He has a free salad bar, which generally looks fresh today. Today's pizza for the first time is pretty disappointing. When we got there 12.10pm. There wasn't much choice on the hot plate. Pretty much were all deep base, and only a couple came out thin crust. The couple hot pasta, which was lovely. No cheesey garlic bread today, again very disappointing, as my favourite. Kids love it, probably just one of those days. My daughter managed to book online, but in the past, I haven't been able to book online. Ice cream factory was excellent, but again, not many toppings or sauce as before. Saturday staff was excellent and came over a couple of times, asking if everything was okay.

Rubbish, would not reccomend! The prices where expensive for what you actually got, and the staff where incredibly rude. We had a wait of 45 minutes until we had to get the manager to get someone to actually even take our order. The staff where unbothered and didn't bring the right drinks, then when we went to the bar to ask for an extra glass the worker was rude and appeared annoyed at us. We didn't get salad bowls. Had to ask for cutlery at the bar, the worker then proceeded to get annoyed and tell me cutlery is at the table which it wasn't. The actual food was OK, but slightly overpriced for the actual size of the pizzas. Staff didn't clear the table and they didnt give us dessert bowls for the ice cream, so we had to use our salad bowls. At the end the manager gave us the wrong receipt. I am not trying to be a Karen, just trying to warn you of a possible intresting experience! Wouldn't reccomend, much rather of gone to nandos or pizza express!

Food good...staff excellent but OMG...the flies!. Constantly waving them away when eating toilet was full of them. Environmental Health should have a look...if they constantly land on food, salad bar...not good...health issue.

My recent visit to Pizza Hut Tower Park was quite disappointing. The restaurant was plagued by flies, both in the dining area and the toilets, which were also not clean. Additionally, tables were left unclean for far too long, making the overall dining experience very unpleasant.

Visited tonight absolutely disgusting whole place was covered in flys, filthy toilets disgusting service uncooked frozen chips none of our food was edible. Tables were left covered in dirty dishes for too long encouraging flys to linger. Ice cream factory was covered in flys. Staff couldn't care less and manager well no words needed.

Great food, service and atmosphere! Had a lovely eat in experience with friends after a few hours at splashdown so we were starving! We've missed pizza hut so much as our local one has closed down!💔

I didn’t expect the base of the stuffed crust to be so thin! There are 2 tables too close to the bathroom door and I’m not a fan of the whole order on your phone thing. But order a deep dish and a both and you’ll have great experience for the most part!

Took the family for fathers day cost around 50 pound for the 3 of us to get the unlimited buffet. The selection of pizza wasn't great and often there wasn't enough for everyone loved the salad bar decided to put jalapeños on most of my slices was regretful the next day.

Had an amazing time down this weekend lovely food and atmosphere and absolutely outstanding service we were served by james and he was absolutely lovely we had a nice chat with him and he was extremely helpful and made sure we were getting along alright . I am more than happy with the experience I had and that all the staff deserve gratitude for there service

He had missed our turning gone the hole length of the dual carriage way and then had to return most the way back to get back to us and then when I ask him I got oh I was paying attention to it and the food was all mashed up as he had the pizza boxes side ways and also was not warm at all

Disaster. Place was so dirty, especially the toilets. Then lied to by staff saying it's cooking when it clearly wasn't. 1.5 hours later joined the multiple people asking for refunds. Save some cash and go to Dominos.

We had the most amazing waitress, Abbie was really sweet and funny. She always made sure we were happy with our food, great experience. Really enjoyed, thank you Abbie.

We have just had my sons 7th birthday at the Pizza Hut in tower park. Dan was on shift, he had already been really helpful with e booking process and he went above and beyond during the party to ensure that we all had a good time and it went smoothly. We are so grateful to Dan and would definitely book here again based on this experience. Thank you Dan!

The Worst Service I've Had In A Long Time. We went here to get dinner as a party of 10. When we arrived we were greeted at the door buy a guy who told us we would have to wait as they needed to clean tables etc. We waited for about 10 minutes before a young ish girl appeared and just stood silently near us. After a minute I asked her if she was there for us, she just nodded. We all focused our attention on her and she walked off without saying a word. We followed her into the restaurant which, bearing in mind our 10 minute wait, has approx 35 tables and of which 2 were occupied. Why did we have to wait so long? Anyway we sit down and the waitress has already left, again without saying a word. So we all sit and start to look at menus before realising there are no children's menus. We get the attention of the waitress who then mopes her way over and kinda slides/throws the menus on table and then walks of again. Not a single word or even a smile. Our tables are covered in salt and sticky stuff and crisps all over the floor so we ask for the table to be wiped over (which was supposedly the reason for our wait). We then start placing orders (through a QR code) which immediately asks for a tip 🤣 I've no idea what for 🤷🏽‍♂️. Anyway we get up to around £230 and then decided to leave. As one of our party was waiting for his young child to come out of the toilet one of the staff asked what he was doing. He told them we were going to leave and he replied "ok whatever, see ya then" . After all of this we did have an interaction with the store manger who was polite and engaging but the rest of the staff we encountered clearly couldn't be arsed to make any effort at all, I'm surprised they even managed to make it in to work at all. What happend to making an effort to be polite, service with a smile. Or "here are the children's menus, if you need anything else just let me know. Enjoy your meals" that kind of stuff. Then you earn your tips, for good service! Unfortunately they lost a £250 table yesterday which might not seem much but all because they couldn't be bothered to put a little effort in.

Do not go. The pizza made me and 4 other friends I'll for 2 days. It was my 2nd time going and even the 1st time I still got sick but I thought maybe it was just a one off but considering the fact 4 of my friends ate the same pizza and all fell I'll it's clearly not, also this isn't too relatable to the restaurant but the sprinkles for the ice cream got dumped into ice cream and a child scooped it back up and put it into its container with the ice cream still on it,the plates were dirty and I just don't feel like it was very hygienic

My order took forever to arrive and was all stone cold and barely edible when it did come. The drink from my meal deal was missing, so all in all not a great experience.

Great food, nice choice of salad bar which comes as part of most meals. Staff were friendly and liked to check if we were happy with our food etc. Not too much interaction with the staff as mostly order through an app on your phone (QR code), but service was speedy, and we didn't have to wait to be seated. It felt good to go back after many years, bringing back all those memories as a kid. We ordered two flat breads, which felt like a healthier alternative to pizza and shared them to have the best of both. We also had a side of mozzarella sticks, but it only came with 5 - not worth £7! We would go again, but perhaps not order the sides as not good value for money.

I wanted to write a new review because I had a nightmare of a “delivery” gone wrong with Just-Eat and their advice for it was to leave a negative review which I did. But I felt awful about it because it wasn't actually anything the restaurant did wrong, and the manager was absolutely lovely when I called. He was super friendly and accommodating, he was kind and thoughtful in a difficult situation, and I just appreciated the heck outta him. So this is to make up for the fact I had to leave negativity out there in the world and hopefully anyone who saw that will maybe see this and know it wasn’t directed at them. This place is golden.

Sunday lunchtime buffet with the family, no booking and seating very quickly. Front of house team fast and attentive, but standard of food wasn't great. Buffet hotplate went empty for prolonged periods of time and very minimal selection, often duplicated. The thin crust offerings were often dripping in oil which is a shame as personally prefer thin crust over thick. For the amount paid, the food was the let down today.

Attend mistakes and refund all the meal. Good service. Bad pudding.

Can no longer speak to a member of staff if you want anything, you have to do it yourself using a QR code. What happened to customer service?

My family and I popped into here for a lunch, the level of service from everyone was fantastic. Dan the manager was really friendly and very helpful he went above and beyond you could tell he was passionate about his job.

So overpriced. Nothing particularly aweful about the food but just way way overpriced. You can eat better for much less elsewhere. Took a very long time to get seated despite it not being very busy. The toilets were filthy. The buffet took too long to get restocked. Icecream factory was a hit with the kids. My £17 pizza was a huge disappointment. Staff were nice. Ugly views out if the window.

Would of given Atmosphere 5 but music was a bit too loud

Not impressed when I went to check out I originally had £11 discount, but when I put my card details in it was only £6 discount. So cost me more money than it was meant to be. Not impressed.

Service absolutely terrible. Over 35 minute wait for mains, over 40 minite wait for dessert despite ordering at same time as mains. Dessert order still came out wrong and had to wait another 10 minutes to be corrected. Dirty floor covered in food dropped but not cleaned up. Obviously understaffed and seriously lacking in management who could deal with the busy periods, would not recommend to anyone.

Very poor quality and service considering the cost !!!

Gone downhill the last year. So slow. Understaffed. Food was awful. Was ill from it.... tables were dirty not cleaned. My glass had mould on it on the inside which unfortunately wasn't noticed until half way through. The toilets were appalling. The floor was absolutely disgusting. There's a lack of management or older / experienced staff. Will not be returning. They weren't even at capacity. A max of 8 tables were used and it was still horrific. Very expensive for a less than 1 star experience

Good selection of food catered for my wife's needs as she has food issues pleasant time

The staff were lovely and the manager was upset that we'd had so many problems and sorted it out so thank you for that. There were dirty plates mixed in with the clean ones and the cutlery wasn't very clean, food waste and used napkins under our table. We ordered a vegetarian pizza and a thin chicken pizza was placed on the table, this was the 2nd attempt as the actual order was for a deep pan! More staff are needed as the manager was cooking pizzas, (not sure how many others were in the kitchen) and there were only 2 staff serving. Disappointed as it was our granddaughters 10th birthday.

The establishment is in need of a face lift, which I can partly excuse considering the financial position of the Pizza Hut group in the UK. What I can’t really excuse is the overall cleanliness of everything else. Went to the salad bar and had to rummage through 6 bowls before I found one without food residue on it. Everything is dusty! The lampshade above the booth we sat was just covered in dust. Not something you want to look at when eating your meal. Ordered through the app as instructed and waited. The food came before the drinks, all while the manager was just standing at the end of the bar fiddling about on his tablet. So had to ask for the drinks to be brought when the food came. The food is really not great, I’ve had better oven pizzas. And the prices are astronomical for what you get. We had the pizza and sides, and piled all the dishes and crockery onto the pizza board to make it easier for a server to take it away. Multiple staff members, including the manager, and nobody bothered to clear the dishes away. We ordered deserts all together on the app at the start, but had to ask for them 3 times throughout a 25min period before they finally came. They were dropped off at the table, with the spoon inside the chocolate sauce, which I did find quite funny considering everything else. Now I worked in a few restaurants in my younger years, and know how busy it can get. But the manager was either just standing at the bar on his tablet, or walking around doing a whole lot of nothing. Walked past our table multiple times, but not once got anyone to clear our table. Just generally a tired, dirty, poorly run establishment, would not go back.

Food was great, however I ordered at 5:30pm with an ETA of 6:30, then 6:50, then 7:30. Food arrived at 7:10pm. I get it was NYE but 1hr 40 from order to delivery seems excessive.

Got order wrong driver doesn't care

If I could give them no stars I would. It is the most disgusting Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. Bear in mind it’s Christmas Eve and I thought it would be nice to go out with my family. The waitress was nice and friendly. I sat down and went to the toilet, walked in and there was urine all over the floor and a terrible smell. Then you go to the salad bar, picked up a bowl and it was absolutely filthy, salad is brown. I refused to have any. To then get a fork out for my daughter and it was all filthy. I complained to the waitress she said she would get the manager. In the meantime I went to other tables to get cutlery and they were also disgusting. The manager came out to me and said what’s the problem, I explained and his response was well no one else has complained today. Considering there was no one in there!!! He was extremely rude to my face and just said I’m not arguing with you. Wasn’t apologetic so I got up and last!

Order did not go through so I have to wait another 20 minutes to collect. After getting home realised my drink was missing!

It was my second time in Pizza Hut and I think it was also my last time. Their pizza is awful and has no taste.Staff is great and very helpful but food not so much.No wonder it was the only place in the whole Tower park where we didn't have to wait for the table.In Pizza express and Nandos there was a 40 min waiting queue.I wish we waited those 40 min.
