Amazing food, good portions and a fair price. Visiting from London but don’t know of any that can beat it. Lovely family business, just wish it was back home!!

I'm not from the area but this place has to be one of the best Chinese takeaways I've ever had!! Would recommend highly, just read some reviews of 1 star and thought they must've eaten somewhere else 😂

Paid £40 for 4 items and delivery charge (overpriced much?!) Food said delivered on just eat but we hadn’t received any food. Called the number to an automated response saying they aren’t open Mondays and bank holidays which would make sense except today is Friday. Had to go down there to find out what happened all for them to say the driver rang our bell and called my mobile but there was no answer. What a lie! All they said was they held it there and hoped we would come to collect it. No compensation, food was cold by the time we actually ate it. Do not recommend What a joke.

Pity the food wasn’t as good as the service , lovely girl taking the orders , but the food was very disappointing and not cheap (£10 more expensive than where I come from) Grisly chicken Beef was very chewy And frozen chip

Would not ever go back here again, food tasted like it was frozen and re heated. Crispy duck wasn’t crispy and crispy beef just tasted like water had no flavour whatsoever. Pork was overcooked and tough and the best part of £40 in the bin. The food arrived so quickly that I don’t believe it was cooked fresh to order. Very unsatisfying.

Me and my partner love the selection that is available from the Vegan menu, we have never had so much choice and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Waited well over an hour for my food to arrive. Was meant to arrive at 18:15. Asked for an update, was delayed until 18:50. I'm writing this at 19:30 and it's still not arrived.. Ridiculous.

My favourite takeaway by a mile- amazing choice for vegetarians and food is always tasty. Only criticism is the delivery is awful and usually the food arrives fairly cold

This is a warning to others. Food hygiene isn't safe. Food isn't cooked or prepared correctly. Cases of food poisoning on a number of occasions Dorset Council has been notified and enforcement is due to happen.

Incredible Dietary variations. Plenty to choose from. Everything was great. Really enjoyed the Thai Red Curry. Delicious.

The food is OK, don't bother with delivery we waited 1 hour and 45 mins twice now and still ended up waking around to get it .they tell lies and absolutely no care whatsoever and we used to be customers for last 6 years but never again.

Brilliant food, food is quick despite being cooked freshly every time. They have a gluten free menu which for us with intolerances is a good send 🍜

Quick delivery online. Great menu. Tasteless food. Soggy chowmein. Unfortunately one of the worse Chinese foods we have eaten. Ordered for 8 people, everything was tasteless. Chef definitely could do with learning a few new tricks .

Clean and with helpful serving staff. I think maybe we just chose the wrong meals ad they weren't to our tastes.

Salt and pepper chips ( what salt ) if you were able to get a fully cooked chip

On holiday from London and fancied a Chinese. It was awful, I can honestly say it’s the worst Chinese takeaway I’ve ever had and I’ve had a few in my time. Meats were soggy and processed, chow mien had a weird tang and after taste rice was bland and all stuck together in clumps with a weird sauce and vegetables on top. Mostly under cooked onion. Battered chicken balls were under cooked batter all squidgy inside. Sweet and sour sauce had a weird taste like vinegar. Was going to leave a leaflet in the holiday home for the next guest but putting it in the bin.

Very friendly staff who seem to love making the food. They have fresh food cooked separately for different intolerances and dietary requirements. Their vegan options are great.

Just had one of the best sweet and sour pork and prawn Hong Kong style ever. For a small takeaway it was perfectly cooked.shame they don't deliver to South London

Standard if food has gone down. No.longer authentic Chinese flavours, most dishes smothered in soy sauce.

By far the best Chinese I've ever had! Full of Flavour. Absolutely delicious. Tender meat and perfect, quality, depth of flavour sauces. I'd almost given up on trying Chinese takeaways after being constantly disappointed with bland, watery, flavourless rubbish from most other places. Rainbow has surprised and delighted us with the best meal we've had in a long time.

The staff were really helpful when it came to my food allergies, ordering take away can be stressful at times but they made sure my food was safe for me to eat, and it was! It was also a really tasty meal and not too oily so very happy with the that. ( I had the King Prawn Chow Mein) I pre-ordered my food and it arrived right on time. Overall, I highly recommend Rainbow and will definitely order from there again. Thank you to the staff for your help!

Terrible food. Bland and cool despite buying at counter.

Nice food, don’t order delivery though. Every time it’s been late. Every time it’s ‘not the managers fault’. Spend your money elsewhere if your not collecting. 6 orders over the last year with them. Manager kept trying to hang up and states it’s gone so it’s not her fault. Take some responsibility my money’s ending up in your pocket at the end of the day.

OMG! Disgusting. The beef in the curry didnt taste like beef and was chewy and fatty. Chips were like 3 day old re fried. The egg fried rice was old and tasted garlicy as hell. The sweet and sour sauce tasted old too. Basically the whole mean tasted like it was cooked at the beginning of the week and heated up in the microwave. It was so grosse myself and my son didnt even manage half and felt unwell straight away... dont waste your money people

Order arrived over an hour late despite being told by Just Eat and the Restaurant that it was on route on two separate occasions. Arrived cold. Was disgusting even when reheated in the microwave. Will never waste money here again.

The staff lie about how the website was down and that's why our food was late even those we called up one of the staff didnt even have a clue and lied saying it was on it way when clearly they had to cook it so the food was late, manager has no control to sort out problems and we had wait nearly 2 hours for food. Absolutly disgusting the manager should be sacked and the owner sasa should be looking into how his business is being run

Wow! Fresh and delicious! Best chinese I've ever had. Crispy batter, no MSG, fresh veg and tender chicken with real flavour. We had lemon chicken and sweet and sour chicken hong Kong style with egg fried rice and spring rolls. I'll never feel guilty about eating Chinese if it's from here because I can taste its fresh good quality - thank you

Fantastic lunch. I popped in for the first time today and were immediately impressed with how friendly and helpful the lady serving us was. The House Special Fried Noodles, that both my wife and I ordered, came out promptly and hot, clearly cooked from scratch and with love. Absolutely delicious and a very generous portion topped with an egg. I would absolutely recommend The Rainbow and both my wife and I will be returning for lunch next week, Fantastic

Have used Rainbow pretty much fortnightly for the last year- I moved house in that time from Upton and was delighted to know that they still deliver to Corfe Mullen. Tomorrow we move to Christchurch so won't be able to use them anymore but they have never disappointed me with their speed of service or their quality of food.

Just enjoyed a takeaway. Everything was perfect, from ordering to delivery, to the quality of the food - which was exceptional and terrific value for money. Thanks for a great experience.

Food is boring to be honest. When I want a "take away" i don't want to be reassured that there's no msg in it.....I WANT IT TO TASTE LIKE A TAKE AWAY. Chicken balls were over cooked and the other dishes just lacked that zing you want from take away food.

Used to be a good quality take away. Most recently not so much. Ordered the quarter crispy duck but portion was so small I ran out of duck after the 4th pancake when advertised as 6. Also what was provided was pretty tasteless. Also forgot the prawn crackers. Ordered near £40 worth of food but was overall disappointed with the quality and portion size we received. Sadly won't be going back any time soon!

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID After collecting my order from in store I returned home to find I had been given a regular Singapore chow mein when I ordered a vegetarian Singapore chow mein. They then delivered the correct order and after 40 mins of waiting for one dish, they asked for the incorrect order back (God only knows what they are going to do with it. Hopefully not give it to someone else!) they made it with rice noodles instead of egg noodles which isn't great but I can put up with it, I was then half way through my 'vegetarian' chow mein when I found chicken in it! Absolutely disgusted with there service and more so with there food preparation standards.

Just had a takeaway from here and it was garbage the chicken balls were under cooked and when we complained we were told it is meant to be like that. Moral of the story is if you want to lose weight or have a holiday at the hospital order from rainbow Chinese.

Completely poor service..waited over a hour for delivery, when the food appeared it was warm & the chicken balls were PINK!! Rang the takeaway back to be told the chicken is suppose to be like that!?! Hence to say we had another portion sent out & low and behold PINK!!! No impressed at all with any service from this takeaway! Only place for menu's for this establishment is the bin!!!

Order from here. Chicken balls were pink. Rung up to tell them that they were pink and they delivered more chicken balls and low and behold they where pink. Disgusting

Food was very lovely, not greasy. Portions were of a good size for the money paid. Service was good and friendly. Will definately order from them again.
