5IVE GRILL in Poole

Fries were cold and looked like was fried hours before delivered to us, burger was wrapped in a smelly paper that we could barely eat the, even taking off of the paper, the smell was on the burger already.

Walked in to this place ordered a beef wrap, sweet fries , Diet Coke total £11 The beef wrap got 2 tiny pieces of beef (see the photo below) . 4 staff behind the counter and it took them half an hour to make it . The is is the worst takeaway in the area . This place is rip off, STAY AWAY

Such high prices for such small amount of food, fries were soggy, wrap was full of tortilla no meat. Food was also cold, no pride taken in making the food. Only positive was the attitude of the staff. Wouldn’t come here again though, don’t think these reviews are real, they’re very deceiving.

Quality chicken wrap and chips are great. Nice guys in there and really good service.

Two out of the four meals we ordered were lovely so no complaints there. However, we ordered through Uber eats and they only class the spices as mild, med etc. The chicken we ordered mild was too spicy and we later realised via the website that mild = bhuna so this is why. Please consider updating Uber eats to reflect this. Also, the sirloin steak that was ordered was extremely tough and inedible. Food also arrived 25mins late.

I had the lamb chops with sweet potatoes fries with my 2 friends . The lamb chops was juicy and succulent it reminded me of American smoke house. I’m gonna try the gourmet burger next visit.

Ordered from here for the first time and did not disappoint, fresh and very tasty and good value for money!

The concept is great and I guess this is a new venture. Good menu, nice looking store, and a reasonable selection of food. Conversely took over 30mins to prepare…

I would highly recommend 5ive grill to anyone , they were very welcoming with amazing service. I was recommended the vegan burger with sweet potatoes fries and wow by far the best burger I’ve ever had! The flavours were outstanding and the sauce’s are banging. They have so many options on there menu for everyone so I’m looking forward to trying more from here.

It says on Uber eats I'm the most loyal customer 🤣 says it all. Only been open a few weeks and lost count how many I've had. Every dish I've had has been amazing, nothing like it yet. I've tried so many different takeaway's and now found the best. Thank you 👏🙌

Ordered from here a few times and the food has always been amazing!! If you’re looking for halal grilled chicken, meats and seafood this place is highly recommended.

I went to five grill today for lunch with my fiancé, was absolutely amazing experience, guys in there are so friendly and welcoming. Was such a nice environment to eat in. So hygienic and clean best place I have been to hands down. The food was so fresh and clean definitely would recommend to friends and family. Such a good experience will see you soon guys 😀😀

Gourmet burgers always sound enticing but usually disappoint, but not from 5ive grill. I can honestly say it's one of the finest burgers I've ever had. Good quality beef, just the right balance of added extras and a non soggy toasted bun. And the cherry on the cake is you can actually eat it with your hands without dribbling it down yourself.

The food is incredible! It’s hard to find a local spot that can deliver flavours like these guys. Well done!

I never leave reviews, but its a new local spot and its probably the best grilled meat i've ever had. Tastes incredible, very fresh and clean too. Prices are very fair as well, will be the spot I go to now if I decide to order in. Highly recommend.

The best grilled food I’ve tasted in the Bournemouth area. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for some healthy, but most importantly, delicious food to use as fuel for the long day ahead. Prices are extremely fair and would rate it 6/5 stars if I could.

Food was late, order was wrong but….the food is that epic that I no longer care 😂 Best takeaway I’ve ever had. Delicious, like incredible, and I will definitely order again, it was worth the wait.
