Tesco Cafe in Poole

It's cheap and clean but the food isn't great. Staff at the counter were efficient but waiting staff were terrible. Food sat under hot lights for ages before being brought over. Fine if your desperate but I wasn't impressed.

Waited for 20mins for cheese toasties plus you have the full 8 X A/C on it hot out yes .., but we have elderly lady with us and it too bloody to sit

I love the caffee I am using this place for 3 years and I am still happy to eat and drink here 🫠 Love it 🥰

The quality of the food very poor waited 25 minutes for toasted crumpets (I was only the 3rd customer) But I think wasn't toasted but microwaved This is for us the straw that broke the camals back So will now never go back

Half the order was missing - and what did arrive was cold and not very nice.

Latte no secured, so spilt onto all the food. Therefore not enjoyable and had to be put in the bin

We found a piece of hair in our food, told a member of staff about it. He didn’t apologise or said anything, just took our half eaten food away. For the next 10 mins, no one spoke to us. Then a new plate of food arrived at our table. By now, I have no appetite and was surprise as we didn’t ask for a new plate of food (no one spoke to us or gave us any options). I found the duty manager and spoke to her on the side as I didn’t want to make a scene about it. She was not interested and asked “where is the hair then?”. Luckily, it was left on our table. She saw it then walked off without saying anything. No apology. This is the most shocking customer service ever. If you don’t want to be there, go and get a new job.

Tesco Cafe in Tower Park, Poole. Such friendly and helpful staff. The Manager carla was so kind. And the kitchen person marilyn/lyn was very helpful & brought our food out which was so fresh & breakfast bap was yummy. Definitely going back. The service was fast & cleanliness amazing. A good team.

Had the chutney missing but it was all lovely as always…

Ordered breakfast for 4 people and only 2 people's turned up! Couldn't get hold of anyone to see if they could deliver the rest of the order so my only options were pay delivery again by placing another order or to leave half of my guests without food! I understand these things happen but it's not the first time and just an extra second checking the orders going out would be very worth while!!!

Full cup of coffee emptied in drivers bag so my food was swimming in coffee and was inedible....yuk

I asked for a fish finger wrap and in the notes said no salad or tartar sauce and when delivered had both, I am allergic to gherkins which are in tartar sauce therefore wasted my money as I could not eat it. NOT HAPPY

Staff is very nice and nice environment. Ordered a Katsu Chicken - tastes okay but the portion is very pointless. The bowl is just as big as my palm and won’t be bothered ordering this dish again.

Cold food and items missing, fish fingers tasted like they had been hanging around cooked for a long time

Egg was like rubber and very over cooked. Black pudding was still pinky red and I had to finish cooking it myself! The rest of the food was..ok.

Ordered a breakfast roll with an iced coffee. Packaged together so the breakfast roll was stone cold and the iced coffee had no ice! Not impressed for £14!

Lovely, every time. The food is always well cooked, delivery is fast and really hassle free. Kids meals are awesome value!

I’ve had several great breakfasts from this cafe. Sadly, this wasn’t one of them. Of both the breakfasts, the whole meals were undercooked (apart from the meat). The toast was mildly-warmed bread, hash browns had zero colour on them and tasted just barely done, mushroom had been showed the grill, and then taken off again. On the flip side, the egg was so rubbery that I could have bounced it with ease. Plus, my other half hates mushrooms and they gave him one without it being in his order. This made the anaemic ‘toast’ soggy with undercooked mushroom juice, which he couldn’t eat. It was a real disappointment. Plus, they’ve changed the menu and no longer offer fillies bread. Not sure if there’s been a change of management, but they need to start checking the food before it goes out the door! Not worth the increase in price, will not be ordering from there again.

The food was cold when arrived, the portion sizes are tiny! For the amount of money you pay. My sons meal had 4 chips. I ordered extra sweet potato fries and I only had about 6 in the bag! Paid for extras on the breakfast and they weren’t even put on the breakfast! For £1.10 and don’t receive them! Food in the cafe is normally lovely. Very disappointment today!

Food was a little soggy and cold

Food was tasty but I paid for extra bacon and did not get it. Only 1 piece in the bap.... Also they charged us for orange juice but they didn't deliver them. Pretty bad service!!

finally a shop wont messed up my order despite I was not asking for anything fancy from all my previous orders. just like some of the review saids good food just dont make anything optional or asking extra favours

Pretty sure since the price of the breakfast has gone up to £5.50 the sausage has gotten smaller. Used to be the same size as in the photo used in the menu. It is clearly smaller then that now. Is it still worth getting it? I would still say yes for 3 reasons. It is still pretty cheap compared to other places in the area, they do use good sausages where as other places use the real cheap ones that probably never seen a pig, and are the only place I have seen that offer fried bread. My only wish is for them to add mushrooms as default, or at least have that as a option instead of the roasted tomato.

Hot, delicious, and fast. Only issues is that they forgot my bacon, and my partner’s sausage. Still a tasty brekkie!

Going to honest It is good food. I dealt with these people before and I they will delete reviews so unsure if they will allow this. The food is good but do not order extras as you will probably won't get them. I ordered extra Hash Brown's and bacon. Yeah that didn't happen. The food is good just don't order extra because you will not get it.

Top stuff, will fefinately order again!

Spent £18 here and left feeling very very hungry. Potion Sizes are so small and even though some items are very cheap (I.e Breakfast), most of the coffee, deserts and drinks are overpriced. Plus with the £2.50! delivery fee for nearly a mile from me makes this meal hard to swallow. If portions were decent I’d be giving a much higher rating.

Love this cafe! A really nice change in comparison to other in store cafes/restaurants and actually feels like a cafe which is nice. I love the food the one I have a lot of the time is the all day breakfast and they are really great because I can take away and add what I like which is amazing as a lot of places don't do swaps. The food is always cooked to perfection in my opinion, never had a 'snotty egg' there. Always enjoy it and amazing prices! Can't wait for it to reopen for eating in!

I've been going to this cafe for a few years now,I have found all the staff friendly & helpful. I've had a few lattes in my time and there's is the best. Oh and the manageress is exceptionally pretty! 😍

Good service, staff. Only had tea & biscuits there so far. Convenient for before or after shopping. Room for one's trolley too.

Terrible cold food staff very rude

Sat nearly 40 minutes for a simple breakdast of while watching the chaos around me. Staff could just not cope and we clearly out if their depth. People at tables around me waited even longer. Coffee was good, hence the 1 star.

Waited 20 minutes to be served and a following 10 minutes to get food. The coffee was lovely, though a little on the cold side however the taste was delicious. When the food did arrive it was beautifully presented.

Burnnt sausages cold beans and bacon wasn't cooked right
