Costa Coffee in Poole

Coffee was good, but rest of order was missing just eat refused to refund 2 items so last time ordering through them

Parking a pissy problem now, not a great place to chill and relax for a while anymore

It's really hilarious reading the reviews😂😂😂 Tell me, how are you going to take your entitled self to a car park and assume that you can park there indefinitely, then cry about getting a ticket??? Are you stupid?😂😂😂 You expect people to spoon-feed you information like how long you can park? Open your eyes and read the signs😂😂😂 Nothing but good experiences here. Coffee tastes great, staff are friendly, a CLEAR screen to extend parking and a VERY CLEAR explanation from the lovely staff on the parking restrictions, to ensure I don't get a ticket😂 I come here a few times every now and again and every time, it's a good experience. Would highly recommend!

Not as picture no cream on drinks. Asked for light whip but nothing. These are 5 pounds each. You should get what you ordered. And no straws.

A friend and I met here and both parked in the customer car park and had coffee and a long chat. We were there for just over 2 hours and both got a £60 parking fine each. Staff said nothing about time limit and signage was nonexistent. AVOID. Update: went in store and later complained to Costa directly. My fine was reduced to £20 but there was no acknowledgment that staff should be directing patrons to use the semi-hidden terminal like Harvester do or any other business with a parking terminal in the store. It wasn’t there before so how are we magically meant to notice a terminal buried amongst the other visual clutter? I’ll be going elsewhere in future.

Safety Drive, Poole. Food and drink is just like any other Costa, but if you stay for more than 90 minutes, you’ll be hit with a £60 car parking charge.

Went in for lunch with family , today we get a parking fine for using there car park , so not only do we pay for food and drink these highway robbers want £60 to park the car AVOID

Absolutely rubbish went for coffee and end up with 60£ penalty for car parking. Manager say it’s new thing warning signs are not on place yet, nothing what we can do!!!! Will never go again

Have been coming here since it opened, often for informal meetings with colleagues, or catching up with friends from Bournemouth. At the start of 2024 they introduced 'Parking Eye' - apparently as a deterrent for 'boy racers' using the car park at night. None of the staff mentioned this, and as a result my friend and I have both had a £100 parking ticket, for outstaying the 90 minutes we are apparently allowed to sit and buy coffee for. This is a coffee shop out of town on a dual carriageway, so there really isn't any need to operate a system like this, especially during daylight opening hours. Been going there most weeks since it opened so didn't notice the new cameras and there are no reminders at the tills to prompt you. Went in to talk to the Manager who had a page full of people's parking fines to ask for them to be rescinded. Can't imagine this has done their business any good. I won't be going back for sure unless this fine is fully revoked. Pretty shabby stuff Costa.

What a rude store. I stood waiting to be acknowledged. Had her back to me the whole time. Fingers on the stupid ear Pieces they wear. Not even I’ll be with you shortly. This is my stop off costa before I head to b’mth. Never again.

Regular customer. Friendly staff. Very busy at times. Easy, dedicated parking which is why I go to this outlet, also handy for fuel fill ups at garage next door.

Coffee was like warm and to frothy

First time using this chain. Just finished a job, and needed a break. Had a cappuccino and a snack, which was great. Nice and clean, quick service, and polite staff, which was most welcome. Free parking was a bonus. I'll be back, cheers to the ladies on duty on my visit 😁

Spilt coffee all over my car was left waiting for a call no call

Drive through closed. Went into store which was Cash only. Only had £10 cash on me which was enough to pay for a cake and breakfast roll but staff refused to let me use any of my 6 free drinks due. Walked out in disgust, how can you refuse free drinks when Your problem is cash only payment? I didn't need to pay for our two free drinks?

Great location for easy access, recent facelift sees nicer furniture, would have been 5 stars but even with nearly an hour to go they weren't able to toast anything as the oven was cooling down! Shame, if you're open til 7 then you should be able to choose to buy all options in the cafe? Plus with the sandwiches being very expensive then you probably lost profit on that too. The guys serving are friendly though, it was just this niggle that lost a star! 🤷

This is my favourite Costa. Good selection of food, lots of free parking and usually nice and quiet. Lovely staff also 😍 Even my 87 year old dad likes it and he doesn’t go to coffee shops! He has a latte and a giant custard cream and is very happy !

I would have given no stars but isn’t an option, I come to costa constantly I have the app so I order through drive thru, click and collect and on the app and use the machines, now I regularly go this Costa along side the Upton Costa (which are brilliant) and I have two drinks I always get and despite two altercations before it was resolved but on this particular occasion it wasn’t. So I had asked for a drink that I KNOW is made as I get it every time I go to Costa now the male employee on shift on 9th of March @ 1pm/1:15pm I had asked for this particular drink and the male responded saying I was wrong that they couldn’t make this drink and that the sauce wouldn’t melt unless hot, and that they don’t do this drink, but as I stated they do, now I explained that it was possible politely and then he just proceeded to say that he simply didn’t know how to make it but without even seeing if another employee could make it or an apology for the inconvenience due to him working in Costa and no being able to make a drink. Absolutely appalling customer service.

We ordered online to collect and it said it was open but when we got there it closed early and we have paid for it all ready and I nocked on door and the staff just dint care at all about helping

Floors filthy, not just a few hours of customers. Only opened a few weeks not good. Every table has crumbs on it. Photos show tho you can’t see hairs everywhere.

Worst costa I have been in for service and cleaniness I know its new but the staff don't have a clue what they are doing. Ordered some food mine was done and left on the side for 8 mins which then went cold. Ordered an americano which came in a latte glass as they had no mugs which was odd as there were only 6 people in the place. About 11 tables all with dirty cups etc on not being cleared so had to clear our own table and wipe down.staff making drinks were spilling the dri ks all over the place . This place needs a proper manager to sort it out
