Ground Up Cafe in Poole

Disclaimer. I have never been to this museum. I've been to Poole many times in the past but not for a few decades. So why am I posting a review? See the attached image which appeared on Reddit today and I'm doing my best to distribute the awesome wholesomeness this museum promotes. When I do go to Poole next, this museum will be my first port of call.

Visited for Sunday lunch recently and what can I say the food was excellent as was the service. Very welcoming, great atmosphere and what we all liked was that we did not feel rushed. We will be going back and think of booking for my 60th later on in the year.

Staff are ever so welcoming on arrival. Great prices on drinks & food. Customer service was excellent, served by Tom who was brilliant!

We have ordered three drinks (1 Fanta and 2 Zombie zero),the drinks haven’t arrived until we finished our meals, and the staff finally told us the fanta is not available and the zombie zero can’t serve also. Therefore we decided to get refund, and i check my bank account today, they only refunded the fanta to us! I now request the restaurant needs to refund the zombie zero to us too!

Great exsperance great pub home from home great atmostfear great people great barstarf and landlady you make very wellcome and joins in with her punters make feel like family lot going on in there as well qwiz night and live music and karaoke once month fantastic pub all rouned great people
