Big Naths catered our wedding and were superb. Everyone knows their food is incredible (vegan included!) but just as good is their customer service. Lots of communication to settle on a menu (including a home visit) and meticulous planning for allergies etc. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Raam, preet and janly served me well. Raam, what do I say fella, never seen a man so good with his hands! The way he caressed his wrap made my palms sweat and my mouth water! Brilliant job!

A great place to stay before flying from Bristol Friendly service, great food, clean rooms ,we have stayed here a few times and never disappointed.

I always place orders by telephone. Very good service and quality food nicely cooked. Parking at the shop available.

A 15 mins drive from junction 21 on M5, a recommendation out of The Extra Mile book, this is a road side stall selling local produce which also sells takeaway drinks and cakes with seating on picnic tables in the car park ie it does not have a proper cafe. Coffee was v tasty (in disposable cups) and we ate a lovely carrot cake muffin but it was not a relaxing place to sit near the main road and I don’t like my drinks out of a paper cup. I arrived to find food before picking someone up from the airport and arrived just as the kitchens were closing. This would have been a nightmare but without any cajoling the lovely team offered to stop open long enough to cook me a meal. As a bonus it was steak night. Everything was great. The staff fantastic and the atmosphere relaxed. Never again will I wait in a car park near the airport. This is a perfect location and solution.

We enjoyed our overnight stay with our dog. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food is excellent

Costumer service is diabolical. Visited this location last year and there was NO food, NO glasses etc and because of this I was offered a refund. 11 months down the line and I am still having to chase this- Barbara Fotheringham will respond every couple of emails apologising for ‘missing my email’ and its an ‘oversight on her part’ however I still do not have a penny or a replacement ticket (both of which were previously offered!). Its an absolute joke and I don’t know how a company can ask for so much money and deliver absolutely nothing in return.

The food was okay, not bad for airport food. Drinks and service were great. Drinks and meal delivered in good time and waiters would check in periodically without seeming intrusive. Friendly and warm atmosphere. Prices are a bit high but what you would expect for an airport bar.

We popped in for lunch, sadly the kitchen was being refurbished BUT, when we said oh dear, and could he recommend somewhere and also be able to park the car, he said, no problem, just leave the car here and made various alternative suggestions. We went round town, had some lunch and of course went back for a lovely gin at about 3:00. Great old fashioned service.

I could eat one of these every day Staff are friendly and helpful and good looking too Will definitely return next time I'm flying thru Bristol!!
