We were searching for breakfast and decided on a burrito. We made the write choice. Not only was the food delicious, it was made fantastically and stayed together while I devoured it. The morning staff, Raam and Alice, made our experience.

Staff were brilliant. I informed the server that I was coeliac and she washed her hands and changed her gloves straight away. She then served me instead of passing it across so that there was no risk of cross contamination from any of the other servers

Raam, preet and janly served me well. Raam, what do I say fella, never seen a man so good with his hands! The way he caressed his wrap made my palms sweat and my mouth water! Brilliant job!

Don’t bother ordering the burrito or coming after 5pm! Was hungry while waiting for our flight home and decided to try Tortilla as there isn’t a branch where in from. I decided to wait until after 5pm because the website shows that after 5, there is a different range of sides to choose from other than just tortilla chips. Well, it was pointless. Not only did they not have the additional sides but they were running out of fillings as well. I was told no chicken and the guy behind me was told the only meat they had left was chorizo! Not to mention they charge extra for guacamole in the burrito, which is a classic ingredient anyway. On top of that the wrap was sloppy, soggy, watery and dripping everywhere. Because it was so wet it started falling apart and I had the displeasure of trying to eat it in the airport as nosy and bored onlookers watched on as they waited for their flights. Not fun or enjoyable at all and certainly not worth £10 (and that’s without a drink or any sides!)
