Sorry to say the burrito I had was awful. Dry chicken with slightly over guacamole with not a hint of flavour. I couldn’t finish it. People seem nice.

Reema at Tortilla is such an amazing team member! Her serving skills are on another level—she’s super quick, always paying attention, and makes sure every customer leaves happy. She’s got such a positive vibe, always welcoming with a big smile on her face. Her friendly energy just made me feel comfortable right away. And honestly, she’s so humble—always ready to help out, whether it's a customer or a coworker, and she constantly goes the extra mile for everyone.

Burrito serves up some of the best burritos in town! The portions are generous, and the flavor combinations are fantastic. I tried the spicy chipotle chicken burrito, which was perfectly seasoned and loaded with fresh ingredients. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is casual and inviting. A great spot for a quick and satisfying meal!

I have used too good to go many times in the past here and have enjoyed much great food but 4 months ago I purchased a too good to go. Made my way to the counter to find everything had been cleared away clean and they didn't have any even though they were advertising. Today is the first time I've tried it again for the breakfast and wish I hadn't. In the past you are given an option of meat or veg, and asked if you have any food allergies. On this occasion not. I paid £3.19 for what was meant to be £12.60 of food. The one bowl and a bag of nuts was given which I don't think would have come to the value of £12.60 unless they are a very expensive bag of peanuts which also seemed random to give for a breakfast. I had to throw half the food out in the end. I am not a fan of mushrooms and the bowl was 1/3 mushrooms and have a small allergy yoto peanuts which wont kill me but i avoid. Shame they couldn't have kept to the breakfast baps where you used to get 3x Baps for the same price and a choice of mushroom or bacon. After many breakfast buys here. I think this will now he my last.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Raam, Lee-Ann and Alice served us. Highly recommend. Food is exquisite. Great value for money. If you’re hungry and want some fresh food… go to Tortilla! You won’t regret it. They do breakfast bowls, burritos, salad bowls etc. spicy & not spicy, mild. Whatever you want!! And they cooked me my own crispy bacon which I’m ever so grateful for! :) 5 stars. No complaints!!

Always reliably good food. Fair play to them that they don't jack up the prices for an airport location. OK seating at what was a very busy (grubby, poor) airport. Can never get into the escape longue with my loungekey card. Tortilla is a much better option anyway.
