Tortilla Bristol Airport in North Somerset

I visited the Bristol Airport store today and was thoroughly disappointed. I tried to use a Priority Pass entitlement and was told that the machine wasn’t working. I explained that a manual entry is possible and the team refused to even try. I spoke to the Team Leader who said that he wasn’t authorised to even make an attempt. I suggested that we at least try and was told that they would not do so. This franchise advertises Priority Pass entitlement but made no attempt to satisfy a request against that entitlement.

Absolutely exceptional service, especially with a smile. Definitely coming back and definitely recommend!

I was served by Raam at 4am today. He was very lovely and attentive. He filled my breakfast burrito very full which felt like good value for money! He also asked about allergies and my dietary requirements (I am vegetarian) which was good. We were the first customers and he made us feel special! Good service and food to start my holiday! I've given Tortilla at Bristol Airport many chances over the years, and what started out as nice has become terrible and the last time. A lot of the reviews here are mentioning the staff by name, which already makes it seem suspicious. My most recent Burrito was cold inside, and the pork had massive pieces of fat, and was hard and compacted together. It didn't seem fresh at all, or even edible. On a previous visit, I collected a Too Good To Go bag, which had a breakfast roll with scrambled eggs inside. Buried in with the eggs was a piece of soft plastic resembling food packaging that the eggs may have come out of. Whilst the staff usually seem nice enough, this alone is not enough to make me consider eating here again. I would strongly recommend that people avoid until Tortilla improves the quality and consistency of their food.

Food is pretty good. They are often out of some ingredients in the afternoon and they really push the guacamole. I have to say no thank you multiple times.

The “large” burrito was perhaps 2/3 of the size of the large burrito I normally receive at non-airport locations. No black beans available. Tortilla app, and therefore offers, does/do not apply - this was only made clear after selection meaning I incurred unwanted cost. This is despite it being a branded ‘Tortilla’ location. I am told this is due to this location being “franchised”. This defeats the purpose of branding (i.e., creating a perception of a standardised service in the mind of its customers). Your internal commercial arrangements are of no concern to your customers. Fee for onions and peppers on the chicken burrito was £2.50 - an absurdly large fee for something so inexpensive.

Unfortunately, a new till system was installed overnight and was giving some teething problems. Roam and Prince were very nice and apologised, we were served promptly and the burrito was good.

Taste was good but Small bowls and not offered the usual free items. Was refused veg instead of beans, even though I'm intolerant. Expensive for the amount of food you get. Not as good as usual tortilla branches.

The guy that was working BY Himself on Feb 19th 2025 around 12pm. Did amazing handling the line. He was very kind and said sorry for the wait. Which honestly he shouldn't have been by himself. Poor guy but handled it amazing.

Every time I go on holiday I always go to tortilla and it never disappoints! My servers today were Alice and Raam and they were so nice and friendly.

Raam and Allie sorted me out with some scran at stupid o clock in the morning. Of all the vendors in the terminal, I just find this place offers the best value for money that would fill you up for the day. Fast friendly service and nice and secluded, such that you won't get disturbed by the Benidorm lot necking their 3rd pint before 7AM.
