What a pub. The staff are incredible (owners I don't know how much you are paying them but you should give them a pay rise). Such friendly and helpful staff. A very impressive looking pub. The game crisps are great. The garden is good with cushions and blankets provided, a few chairs with arms would be appreciated by me as it helps those with difficulties. The seating just in the entrance was very good. Handy for the bus. We will be back. Don't suppose you can demolish the houses at the back? It would provide a great view.

This was, without a doubt, the worst travel experience I have ever had. I rarely take the time to review airlines or airports, but this experience was so appalling, I feel compelled to warn others. First, I purchased my ticket through KIWI.com, which completely misrepresented the true costs. They deceived me about additional charges, and the lack of transparency left me feeling duped and frustrated. Never again will I use their services. At the airport, the staff were shockingly unhelpful and inefficient. Not only did they provide incorrect and misleading information, but they also hit me with unexpected, unnecessary charges at check-in. When I tried to get clarity, they were dismissive and condescending, as though I was the one at fault for their incompetence. As if that wasn’t enough, the disorganization reached a new low when they announced at the very last minute that the gate was closing, throwing everyone into chaos. People were literally sprinting through the terminal in panic, only to arrive and face yet another massive queue. It was nothing short of humiliating and stressful. The airline itself, RyanAir, was no better—cutting corners at every step, treating passengers like cattle, and prioritizing profit over basic customer care. And Bristol Airport? A logistical nightmare, poorly run and utterly incapable of handling its passengers with any level of efficiency or respect. I will *never* book through KIWI.com again. I will *never* fly RyanAir again. And I will go out of my way to avoid Bristol Airport for the rest of my life. This was a disgraceful, infuriating experience from start to finish. Save yourself the stress and avoid all three at all costs!

My local bakers, so called in to get a pasty and some cakes. Service was appalling. Kept working at the oven and setting out goods without a word of 'sorry to keep you waiting' or. better still, showing a bit of customer service by stopping and serving me. Service when it came was unsmiling, and the pasty was lukewarm at best, though to give it its due, it was tasty (chicken). Most of the stuff it sells is fine - I like their cakes and pastries - it's just the service that lets it down. (This wasn't just this time. Being the local bakers my daughter and I have used it several times in the recent past and the experience has always been the same or similar).

Me and my husband had a cook breakfast on the 6th of November. My egg was overdone all crispy round the edges. The waiter said I would like you egg So I told him I would like it he brought the plate back with the same air on and just cut around the edges I find it absolutely disgusting, not fit for purpose and so it’s expensive for disgusting food would never eat or drink in there ever again again, food was disgusting.???

Solo vengo aquí, ya que no estaba lleno de gente y lugar tranquilo para que pueda revisar mis correos electrónicos. Desafortunadamente, estaba muy decepcionado con los huevos revueltos hechos de huevos en polvo en microondas. Joven camarero dijo que solo usan huevos en polvo. También había unas moscas diminutas por toda mi comida. El servicio fue muy bueno, la gente que trabaja aquí es muy educado y servicial. Sobre mi pregunta acerca de las moscas me han respondido: “estas moscas están en todas partes, nada podemos hacer ya que vienen de los sistemas de aire acondicionado del aeropuerto”. Quiero agradecer al gerente de cabina por dar un 20% de descuento en mi factura total. Es muy amable.

I returned to Frankie and Benny's while catching a flight with family. The staff where warm and welcoming and helped us choose something off the menu that was in keeping with the dietary requirements that we have. the staff had good knowledge of the menu and where able to accommodate adjustments well. the food was delish and the service was great will be back again.
