Brunel Bar & Kitchen in North Somerset

Me and my husband had a cook breakfast on the 6th of November. My egg was overdone all crispy round the edges. The waiter said I would like you egg So I told him I would like it he brought the plate back with the same air on and just cut around the edges I find it absolutely disgusting, not fit for purpose and so it’s expensive for disgusting food would never eat or drink in there ever again again, food was disgusting.???

Worst place I've ever eaten. The staff were miserable and unfriendly and the food was shocking. Spent 50quid on two meals and drinks and feel like I've been robbed. Avoid at all costs, it's dire

Had Belgium waffles with berries and my boyfriend had full English. Jesus !!!!! Worse breakfast we ever had, don’t even mind money spent as it was an experience hahahaha

Total shambles. No service, no information, messy, and the menu on display is not the food they serve. Do not bother giving your money to these idiots.

Well…lets just say its disappointing. I strongly suggest you walk over to burger king and get your moneys worth.

I'm gluten free and don't like cheese. Gluten free baps are disgusting. Asked to speak to the manager, they never came and had to catch my flight. Tasteless, eggs burnt on bottom and egg shell. I very rarely complain about anything, but seriously £17.68. Make your own mind up. Eat egg yolk and half burger. Worst place I have ever been in. Wetherspoons is 5* compared to this.

Poor service and no IPA. Staff not interested in service, I seemed to be an annoyance to them. Airport needs another new bar.

I ordered the Mexican Steak Salad- sounds delicious- sliced sirloin steak tossed with lettuce, onions, peppers, jalapeños, tortillas, guacamole and sour cream. It was so bland I could have ordered an iceberg lettuce and would have had the same flavours! Very disappointing.

Firstly they got our order wrong but as I'm a polite individual I just ate what they gave us. Mexican eggs... poached eggs were 2 hard boiled eggs (literally) the only saving grace was the 1kg of sriracha sauce they put on it to mask the taste of poo.

Stopped here for a cuppa before our flight. Got to the till and asked for a sweetener to be told they don’t do them and I’d have to have sugar. I asked if they do other sorts of milk which they do and gluten free people are catered for it’s just diabetics it seems! Come on it’s such an easy fix to provide sweeteners for those who can’t have sugar. I know it seems unimportant but a nice cuppa before a flight shouldn’t be too much to ask for when other groups are catered for.

Absolutely useless staff, a simple order of drinks and food for 2 people and they can’t even get that right! The place is not even half full, I dread to think what it’s like at peak season

Gotta say for airport food it wasn't bad. I found the staff on the day I visited really welcoming and helpful. Brekki turned up in quick time and I really couldn't knock it. The eggs were runny, the sausage contained more meat than rusk and the bacon was still flexible. So on the whole it was very satisfying. The only thing I might mention on a slight downer was the price, but I've paid more in other airports so pretty par for the course.

Slow and lazy service, an appalling and reheated breakfast (the speed of delivery should have been a clue), truly awful - enough said. Best avoided

Staff were friendly & helpful, thank you Valentina! Food was overpriced but the loaded chips were pretty tasty.

It’s a bit over priced, but not too bad, great service from Sam ,she was very good and helpful, a good pint can be bought there too,
