Chopstix - Gordano Services (Welcome Break) in North Somerset

Just not very nice, rice tasted weird, we all felt a bit sick after eating here

Cold, burnt and nothing like what the menu shows.....If you want to put someone off delivery food this would be a great choice

Missed half of my order and the only flavour was salt in the rest. Not worth the money spent

Unfortunately, I had to be disappointed again in the service and the quantity and quality of the food. The pasta is overcooked. There are only a few grains of meat in the box. A few years ago, you could get a decent dose. Now it's almost nothing. It was one of my favorite places.

The food was delivered within 10 minutes of ordering so big props to Deliveroo driver. Unfortunately the food itself was beyond poor. Cold and yet somehow soggy. Tried calling multiple times to the store but no answer every time. Avoid this place.

Overcooked soggy noodles. Starchy and made me feel sick.

Cold and over cooked noodles, mushy potatoes. I suppose it's all down to how long the food sits while being kept heated.

Got delivery. Half the correct order missing no sauce. Wrong drink. Food was cold and tasted awful. Spring rolls were only edible part of the meal. Never pick up the phone so had to contact Deliveroo.

The server was really rude to me for no reason whatsoever, completely blanked me the whole time and didn’t say a word to me at all. Very chatty with the family in front, asking if they wanted drinks, extras, or a bag but then completely blanked me and then when I told him what I’d like politely he didn’t say a word, didn’t even ask me if I wanted a drink/extras or tell me my total, really disappointed as I still tried to be friendly. Food on the other hand was nice, but it did ruin the whole experience.

Food there used to be much better, now it's tasteless. Clearly they save money on ingredients and put cheaper one. That's really a shame cause I liked their katsu

Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the amount of portions! We get more for our money elsewhere.

You never expect too much from a motorway services, BUT, today we had a lunch at chopstix in the gordano services and honestly, it was a complete revelation. Medium size box, two toppings and under 9 quid. Our server was an utterly charming gentleman, who not only gave us a superb portion size, but was so polite and friendly too.

Very rude from the manager I waited for 15 for them to open at 12 was then told 10 minutes we had to wait very rudely that they will not be serving me as they were to busy when I was the only in the que, very lazy comes to mind
