Subway in North Somerset

Been waiting hours on a just eat order and the restaurant repeatedly do not answer the phone and won’t let me cancel the ordwr

Ordered food, all made and when it come to pay their card machine wouldn’t work. Several attempts and 10 minutes later we was told we couldn’t have the food due to their payment machine but was welcome to sit and eat it and if payment machine isn’t working the food would be free. Explained that we couldn’t sit and eat as the food was for others waiting at home. Manager decided to throw the food in the bin. Awful experience with 0 logic used.

Disgusting, stale, and sloppy! Could not eat, went straight in the bin.

Nice place to get a bite to eat. The menu seems to be changed from the last time I was at a Subway. The sandwich I got was the usual Subway standard, but I couldn't complain it tasted nice. The server was polite, prompt, and well presented.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to , we live by here and have It time to time with the hope it will improve but sadly not . It just gets worse . Today was the last one as it’s that bad . Service is rubbish, sandwiches rubbish with very little filling and always get told they have tan out of quite a lot of things . Unfortunately it’s one of few places for takeaway in the area . Staff are useless and couldn’t care less

This is the second time I’ve ordered a collection for Subway Langford and the second time it’s been an absolute disaster. I thought I’d try it again to give them a second chance as it just might have been an off day. But absolutely terrible is an understatement. Each time I’ve had missing items, leaking items and just terribly made sandwiches. Avoid at all costs!

"Run out o bread" ... I was told at 2 pm on Saturday! Good Luck running a sandwich restaurant without bread... Never to see you again, as you honestly couldn't care less.

Went there at 710am today only to be told that they didn’t have any bread ready and it would take 2 hours! Quite unbelievable even in this day and age!

The Wedges were not crispy like advitised. Much crisps improvement needed

Good service, clean and tidy with nice friendly staff.

Very good service from the staff and sandwiches all well made. Notice though they were also suffering from shortages of some products.

Handy stop, service was glacial, its attached to a useful shop.

Decent Subway however, the real star of this outlet is the guy making the food. A young lad who was really charming and chatty and gave me (tourist) lots of useful info on the local area. This is a huge difference compared to other food outlets whereby you're lucky to get a grunt or a groan. Keep hold of him Subway.

Please advise staff on how to correctly wear face coverings. Wearing a mask which doesn't cover the nose is not safe, and especially when said staff is preparing your footlong sub. It should not need a customer to ask a staff member to correctly wear their mask. The store was running out of sandwich options, and customers were being allowed to come into store without facemasks on. All in all, not happy with todays visit.

A good Subway. I found the staff very friendly, and all the food looked nice and fresh!

I honestly wouldn't bother again. Staff are more interested in socialising with each other than serving customers. I've never seen anybody make it look that difficult to make a sandwich.

Heating was broken, the place was freezing. 1 star instead of zero as staff were friendly and hobestly felt sorry for them having to work in a really cold store.

I am not happy with a Beef Nachos. A spoonful of beef put on the top of melted cheese and then put upside down in the box. Not worth the price! I will return as like Subway a lot however definitely will not order this again.

The manager is really good, nice and friendly and is on the ball. The staff are always friendly. If you have a Signature card, you can get a hot drink and a cookie or do-nut for 60p... Bargin. They do salads of the day, hot & cold food, also hot & cold drinks. They have an outside seating area, this has a glass screen around it, as it is next to a busy A38. A typical Subway but with friendlier staff. I go here a bit too often, I've always found the staff incredibly friendly and helpful. This would be a 5-star review, but there is too often a fair sized queue at busier times.
