Burger King in North Somerset

Poor, disappointing, wouldn’t return! Worst Burger King experience ever!! Dry burger bun so it literally disintegrated and had to attempt to eat a burger with a fork! Brown aged lettuce! Gloopy disgusting ‘loaded fries’ Don’t even provide napkins! Staff are not used to human interaction in any format!

Chronically over priced!! £16 for a burger meal?! Bun was dry and disintegrated! Lettuce brown!! Impossible to eat, ended up trying to eat it with a fork. And they don’t even provide napkins!!! Loaded fries £4.79 and covered in weird herb n cheese sauce, absolutely disgusting gloop! Staff not used to dealing with humans! See pics

Unfortunately had to stop here to rest and paid 12.99 for burger chios and drink, There was more cup than drink, If you can make it home without stopping here do it

Shockingly slow - and not just today, thus is a regular occurrence. Sort it out Burger King!!! 40 minutes wait on two separate occasions is not 'fast food'.

Cannot cope during peak times, 35+ minute wait for a single burger.

1 manager and the rest of the staff were new. Waited an hour for food. Without lily you would have had a riot lily 5 stats burger King 1

Order food (nearly £60 worth) an around 8pm for delivery took over an hour to even make lost/ had 3 drivers rescheduled tried calling the restaurant and never answered absolutely god awful service

Bad habit you have! Every time I stop to take a break using those 10 & vouchers, the staff at Burger and KFS pinch something, a pound, even two sometimes! Ugly and shameful practice!

Staff have no concept of time, more concerned about their latest gossip rather than bringing out orders which have been sat at the hot plate for 10mins - honestly if you want a dirty look for asking what you paid for then defo come here !! Bc you'll get a smirking blonde girl thinking she’s funny

Most stores are late for customers and are more late in preparing orders for the delivery drivers, and if they find that the delivery person will go without taking the order due to the delay, no one cares about that, but rather they are happy about it, while the restaurants close to them, on the contrary, are always fast and the orders are always ready, so the work must be monitored how. Walk there because it's a shame

A little slow if your in a rush

Incredibly slow and ridiculously expensive. Cheese burger normally 1.79 but here it’s 4.50! More than twice the price!

No staff so took ages. Only 5 orders ahead of us but took 15 mins.

They regularly turn off delivery through apps and cancel any pre orders because they can't be bothered to process them. Today was no exception.

Absolutely poor service no one comes out to say how the wait , they just stand out the back and look at the queue, no wonder everyone goes to KFC next door

Absolutely terrible Burger King restaurant and definitely not ‘Fast Food’. I ordered a Burger, Fries and a drink, which I thought would be a quick and simple meal to prepare especially for a fast food restaurant with Burger in its name, but clearly not. After a 50mins wait, 5 cancelled customer orders, 13 other customer orders being fulfilled before my order despite being ordered after, my order arrived and it wasn’t worth the wait. Save yourself the disappointing wait and go to KFC next door, they understand the meaning of ‘Fast Food’.

1 star until you bring back the Royale. Best burger they offer, you're crazy getting rid of it. Edit: Royale is back, the balance is restored, and all is right with the world.

I would give - stars if I could! I ordered a plant based meal, when I was given my order the staff said “plant based right?” And started giggling along with other staff.. I ate about half before noticing it was real meat, I then broke out in an allergic reaction..

Waited 30 minutes for 2 large fries which we never recieved.. tried to get a refund but there was a queue for refunds. Spoke to some other customers who had been waiting for a refund for 45 minutes!!

The slowest service ever, staff look lost wondering around aimlessly while the queue builds up. Took 40 min to get a burger. Avoid!

Took ages for order to be ready. Drinks had been prepared as soon as ordered so tea had been standing for 15 minutes with the tea bag in it. When order was ready I asked for a fresh tea and was asked if I wanted to check it! No! I asked for and got a fresh tea. Burgers were luke warm. Back to mcdonalds in future

Won't advice going here, buns on the burgers were basically stale and falling to pieces. They didn't seem to know what they were doing at all. Not very disability friendly either

We were served by Kim Marie, who was lovely. Very friendly and professional, thank you. Kim made us feel welcome, even at a motorway services. The meal was fast, with all the extra sauce and seasoning we needed. The plant King Burger was not as tasty as I expected. But that is down to the recipe, not the staff I think. Would definitely visit again when travelling. Thank you.

DON’T COME HERE! Unfriendly, unhelpful staff. Food was stone cold asked for a new one and it was still cold, no apologies or anything they didn’t even say a thing. Just terrible.

one of the better Burger kings in the U.K. I found the place spotless at 8 p.m. on Tuesday in October. Keep the standards up not like the Branch in Brislington in Bristol rubbish everywhere & the staff don't care shame as it was a good BURGER KING but now a mess.

Service here is slow, despite the small amount of orders they had in. They called our number on the screen then told us the order wasn’t ready (what’s the point in the system then?). We ordered a couple of veggie burger meals and a box of veggie nuggets and this took about 10 minutes to serve. My burger was cold on arrival yet the fries were hotter than the core of the sun. A guy who works for the services (rather than directly for Burger King) was standing at a nearby cleaning station staring off into space. I looked at the seating area and every table was filthy. I asked if he could clean a table for us, he reluctantly said “I’ll be over in a minute to clean”. One job and he’s that bad at it?

Terrible customer service, pick and choose what food you can buy. Their reason 'not enough staff' when trying to order double of something. Add the fact they have underage staff working. Go back to school !!!!

Extremely slow service. Only a handful of staff in kitchen on a busy sunday in august. Had to wait 10 mins to order and another 15 mins to receive food. Really disappointing service.

Absolutely awful. The staff had no enthusiasm at all and no urgency. The queue was long & took ages to get to the start. From ordering to getting the food it took 25 minutes. Where is ‘fast food’ in that?! Like i have seen in other reviews, you could cook a fresh meal in that time! I think they need to take a hard look at their staff & get more in as definitely understaffed. Will definitely not be returning to this Burger King - especially wouldn’t recommend if you want a quick stop.

45 minutes waiting for food......and still waiting!!!! lots of people waiting and averaging 1 served every 5-10 minutes, so slow!! KFC next door is flying through customers. Will definitely go KFC or elsewhere as this is ridiculous

Shocking customer service. Throwing the bags on the counter a d telling people what to do without a please or thank you. Costs nothing to be nice! Coke was warm, no ice! How hard is it to do this job?

Bought a burger and chicken fries, that was over priced for what it was and had to wait until all phone orders were made. Went to food court to eat and found the burger cold, my partner saw the staff and they said they put it into the microwave.........microwave? Thought the food was freshly cooked, given a replacement burger which was nearly the same. Be going elsewhere in future to buy something to eat......

Absolutely shocking. Literally 3 or 4 burgers on the menu available. No staff wanted to serve me they just stood around like lost little lambs so had to use the new order screens. Service was poor as was the half eaten burger that went in the bin. BURGER KING sort your act out

I like how it says you shut at 10pm but every time I come in at 20:30 your shut! Perhaps the staff should learn to do a full days work like the rest of us!!

A few times I've ordered of uber and every time they have got my order wrong, also they don't give dips even if you pay for them, the food isn't what I'd class as enjoyable, I'd rather give it to my dog. Not worth the money.

Stale bread, far too much salt in the fries and when I asked the staff if the XL has sauce, the guy just said "there's an allergens board there" . The board did not answer my question. Typical burger king tbh

They forgot to include my boyfriends onion rings. I asked for no mayo in my burger and it came with mayo but no tomato... after a really long wait the chips were cold, very disappointing 😞

Food was nice and we didn't have to wait long for our order. As to be expected, it was expensive as it's at the services. It wouldn't win a customer services competition that's for sure! The one staff member I came across could have done with completing a course in manners. No please or thank you, food thrown over the counter at me and a grunt when I asked him a question.

Did not eat here because guess what? Shows open till 10 pm and was closed at 9.15 pm. Very bad. Staff was just busy cleaning and collecting at the back. Not nice.

Jeden z gorszych Burger Kingow jakie odwiedziłem. Może dlatego nie było kolejki... Do rzeczy. Połowy menu nie ma, były tylko kanapki z kurczakiem co jest niedopuszczalne w takiej sieciowce. Druga sprawa w coli nie było ani grama lodu. Trzecia sprawa w zestawie brak słomki, sosow czy choćby porządnej serwetki. Kanapka bardzo mala. Jedyny plus to szybka obsługa. Jednym słowem słabo.

Closed at 2200 when states its open until 2300...... Don't worry about hgv drivers who need food will ya! We all knew this pandemic is aload of rubbish anyway!!

We ordered only two burgers today, one was missing half the contents it should have had and the other was in a stale bun. The customer service was not rude, but it was completely flat, the girls clearly didn't want to be there.

False advertising stoped at 22.50 and burger king is closed but advertised as being open until midnight

The girl who served us was rude and got are order wrong. She didn't like it when we corrected her on the fact we ordered coke not fanta. She didn't speak very good English but huffed when we tried to help.

On the way from Nottingham to Cornwall, deliberately took my break here and was REFUSED service at 9:50am - apparently they don't open till 10:00am, claiming "Sunday trading laws" despite EVERY other food outlet in the place being open and serving. Subway was a great substitute! [edit] just noticed they claim to be open from 9:00am on Sunday's! Wish I'd know that this morning!!

Just went here to get food after a long drive home website says open till 12 midnight just went in at 22.10 to get told it's all closed now thay really need to update the website

called in here on our way home for a quick snack of fries.. it took 13 minutes to serve us.. the staff were absolutely clueless in what they were doing.. there was a queue but nobody was getting their food order. while we were waiting we decided to order ice creams, the member of staff too my money and proceeded to throw the receiot at me grunting "we havent got any change" and then walked off! i will never use this Burger King again, shame on you Burger King for this shicking example of the service industry. Burgers delicious. However, I had specific dietary requirements (no mayonnaise due to egg allergy) that they mucked up on. Lucky I opened the burger before eating it. They then replaced it when I went up to complain. It was near the end of their shift but if I'd been touch-allergic it could have been nasty.

Two out of four stars, wanted to order a plain burger for my son, but the cashier told me that a children menu was my only option (I've orders this before to him).... And then I ordered chicken fries for me as a menu, got regular fries, and the guy was insistent that I ordered regular fries. 🤦‍♂️ Otherwise okay

None of the order screens were working, voucher codes couldn't be used, only two people working behind the till, more expensive than other Burger Kings, and they managed to get a very simple order wrong. We were also told that it was impossible to only order a small chips and a kids burger, we had to buy a bottled drink as well. Please, do not order anything from this place!

Awful service, spent 30 minutes stood in front of till waiting to be served,asked why not taking orders told working orders from automated machines asked to speak to manager he didn't come, eventually got served, will avoid in future.
