Frankie & Benny's in North Somerset

I returned to Frankie and Benny's while catching a flight with family. The staff where warm and welcoming and helped us choose something off the menu that was in keeping with the dietary requirements that we have. the staff had good knowledge of the menu and where able to accommodate adjustments well. the food was delish and the service was great will be back again.

Avoid like the plague absolute disgrace, worst setyand food id had in a long time, milkshakes warm and just milk in a glass, place is a joke, nothing good about it all all total rip off

While we watched our breakfasts sit under the heaters for best part of 15 minutes and the drinks on the bar for similar time we and others were told we couldn't go and get them. The staff ambled about working incredibly indefinitely, failing to clear tables or show any interest in getting the job done.

Awful! Except for one very helpful slim waitress who seemed to be the only one of 4 floor staff to serve anyone. She was polite and attentive despite being really busy while her colleagues ignored customers. Food was dreadful- cold, tasteless and overpriced.

Must be the worst Frankie & Bennys I’ve been in, and the most expensive. Half the menu wasn’t available. And what was available wasn’t very good. 2 adults and 2 kids meals, £60.

Visited on a very quiet Wednesday morning. Picked a halloumi wrap thinking it would be made fresh. Partner had a vegetarian breakfast. Coffee was fine but I haven’t recieved such terrible food for a long while. Couldn’t eat the wrap it was so bad, mentioned to waiter it looked like it had been under a heat lamp for days (the lettuce was hot!) he explained it goes in some dry oven. He was lovely and offered to swap for anything else but by this point I wouldn’t trust them to make anything decent. Basically pointless food might as well have ate some cardboard. Appreciated the service trying to make it right.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Lovely tasting food as well.. like the meals for £5 burgers hot dog or pizza or pasta.

Appalling . Waitress and manager standing at bar talking, while we all queued.. Manager extremely rude when asked to do something to assist. Other diners left, clearly without having been served. His explanation: we are extremely short-staffed.

One word. Terrible. Food dreadful, staff very rude, restaurant extremely cold. I won't be going there again. Worst restaurant that I ever been to.

Tuvimos dos bolsas de tocino. Los rollos estaban secos e insípidos. Bacon cocido, frío y duro. Pagando £ 25 por dos rollos de tocino y dos cafés al menos esperaba que la comida fuera sabrosa y de buena calidad.

He pedido que la cuchara vaya con mi té y la niña blanca de pelo largo y gafas agarró el cuenco de la cuchara con la mano y me lo pasó por encima. Obviamente no he usado esa cuchara que el servicio es asqueroso. No sé qué es lo que no están entrenados adecuadamente re: higiene de manos y manejo. Realmente decepcionado!

Si pudiera darle a esto ninguna estrella lo haría, estaba sentado y el personal era amable y tomó nuestra orden. Cuando la comida salió después de una larga espera, claramente había quedado debajo de una parrilla / placa caliente, ya que toda la parte superior de la comida se quemó y se secó. Después de pedir comida fresca el segundo lote salió un poco mejor, era comestible pero no agradable. Mi pequeño tenía el macarron y queso no había queso y la pasta sabía como si estuviera cocida en agua sucia de brócoli. Literalmente, nunca he comido tan mal y no los estándares que esperas de Frankie y Bennys.

Gestión terrible Al llegar al restaurante del aeropuerto rechazó asientos, a pesar de que era 3 / 4 empleados vacíos caminando por ahí sin hacer nada. La gerencia necesita hablar bien, así no es como un restaurante debe ser dirigido.

¡Le daría cero si pudiera! Esperaba a sentarse en un restaurante casi vacío. Pedido a través de la aplicación como camarera dijo que sus máquinas no funcionaban. Dijo 20 minutos de espera para la comida, pero esperamos casi una hora. Vimos a la gente entrar, comer y salir. Cuando preguntamos la llegada de la comida, nos dijeron: "vendrá cuando esté listo, y no está listo ahora. " Eventualmente, cuando llegó, apenas podía comer ensalada ya que estaba inundada, ahogándome en el aderezo. Los crutones eran masticables, como pastel. La comida de los niños estaba en un plato tan caliente que me quemé la mano. En general, fue un error muy caro, cinco comidas ordenadas y menos de la mitad comido. ¡Tuvimos que ir a los herreros y comprar bocadillos!

Food and service was very good, our server Charlotte was very helpful and polite, a nice meal and a good start to our holiday.

Only order by app and that didn’t work for us or the others around. Breakfast was ‘old’ toast was good and the tea. But a gruesome experience

To begin with, very confusing layout; there was a sign saying "please wait here to be seated", well we waited and eventually walked over to the other seating area where the waitress said we could sit anywhere. We proceeded to order our food, via the app. We were fortunate (however, now I wish that we weren't so fortunate) that the app/QR code was working. My partner and I both ordered the pancakes (his with bacon), food came out pretty quickly. However, my pancakes were served with a side of squirty cream (not mentioned on the menu - otherwise I would have asked for this to not be served) which had pretty much melted. The pancakes...hmm. You know the donuts you get at the fair that smell amazing but taste like utter ##!%. That's what these pancakes tasted like, pure oil! To sum up, our plates were not left empty and on our next trip to Bristol Airport we will be avoiding at all costs. We will pay a little bit more for a better quality breakfast.

Can only order online, airport WiFi and/or ordering system very slow and failed multiple times, after 10min of trying to order finally got through payment section for it to load for another 5min to finally fail. We left and went to burger king instead. From burger king we could see another 4 couples do the same and give up

We went there for a quick lunch before our flight. The waitress there asked me if l am familiar with only ordering because there were no many tables for table ordering. As we were familiar with that we went to the online ordering section. The online ordering was not working despite our multiple attempts. We asked for assistance and they told us to move around to find tables that the QR quote was working. I asked for the manager and a lady came that told me that she understood my frustration but unfortunately she could not moved us to the table ordering section as there were no tables available. So we left! A really very bad service!

Queued 20mins to get in, once seated waited over 15mins and In the end had to call someone over and they then advised I had to order via app, if they had told me this when seating us I would of ordered sooner. We then ordered food and waited in the end our gate got called so had to let them know we couldn’t stay as everything took too long or wasn’t explained, waitress refunded the meal and gave me the receipt stating refund had happened, she explained it would show as pending but then money wouldn’t be taken. It showed as pending then it got taken, I then expected refund again this has never happened even though I have proof of refund. Will now need to go to bank to try and claim nearly £100 back. It’s like they know I can’t pop in and visit to resolve situation and they can con you and your hands are tied. Shocking and unacceptable. AVOID AVOID AVOID

We decided to have breakfast here before our flight to Paris, the App doesn’t work so don’t bother just go ask one of the staff to come take your order at the table it’s much easier and quicker, food was delicious and came quickly and hot! We had pancakes, sausage muffin, and a sausage/bacon and egg muffin, was really expensive for the 3 meals but to be expected at an airport where they hike up the prices on all food! Our server was a really bubbly and happy young lady who was really professional and accommodating.

Had chicken Caesar salad and it was awful. Chicken was like cardboard and croutons stale. They obviously don't give a s**t as will always have a regular footfall...

Terrible service. Order a Diet Coke which was flat. No staff available to let them know, they literally put the drinks/food down and make a quick escape!!! When I eventually managed to track one down they did change it but no apology. Food arrived and was like warm at the best. I would stay well clear unless you want to pay a fortune for sub standard food

Absolutely terrible restaurant. Hardly anyone here but service shockingly slow, tables not cleared. Still waiting for 2 meals out of 5 15 mins after first ones delivered. No one appears to be in charge. I would recommend that you give this place a wide berth

This is the worst breakfast I have ever been served. Gluten free smashed avocado and poached eggs on toast. Hideous presentation. Eggs cold and watery. Tasted awful. Tables and menus dirty. Manager lazy and unprofessional. So quiet in the airport and yet the tables are all dirty! So disappointed and will never eat in this chain ever again

Rated 2 star sorry but thought the male staff member who come to meet us on entrance I found was very abrupt we arrived before 11am to get a breakfast before we boarded our plane, when asked if we could get a breakfast, no we are not serving breakfast it’s finished, to be told breakfast finishes at 10:50am why advertise till midday and close the servings at 10:50am No wonder why the place was empty he wants to learn how to speak to customers in the right manor, how about take a seat and I will speak to the chef ? It's got to be the worst breakfast ever,£9.50 for gluten free scrambled eggs on dry toast that was lukewarm sent it back and got exactly the same back and the staff couldn't care less.as you can imagine their's not much choice for coeliac's.

Incompetent staff who got our order wrong 3 times. Waited 30 minutes to be served after asking several times. Rude waiter and bland food. Avoid like the plague. Over priced frozen food.

The waiter was really helpless and zero polite or smiley, even rude when I asked him twice. He doesn't know how to apply a staff discount and he was absolutely useless and mean with us

Worst breakfast ever. Missing eggs, missing black pudding, some reheated, shrunken left over chips, etc.. and burgers by the way are absolutely tasteless as well.

I chose this restaurant as I wanted to work quietly before a flight after a funeral. After I ordered and paid for my meal, the waitress pushed the card machine in my face, asking for a tip before I paid for the meal. I was then asked by the "meet and greet" guy my opinion on tips. He complained that it wasn't fair that he didn't get any tips etc... This is so unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. However, the food was great.

We had to eat before our flight as EasyJet was delayed (again!) and so chose F&B due to the table service, menu and availability of somewhere to sit. Disappointed with the service and disappointed with the food quality. it really is not good will have to avoid this chain in future. Beef Lasagne - (singed to a crisp) Halloumi Wrap - (bagged lettuce in a wrap) really, it was "spot the halloumi" - only a couple of specs in the entire wrap - my estimate would be one-eighth of a small fish finger per wrap.

Terrible food and service I ordered scrambled eggs on toast and didn’t think you could get that wrong but I was mistaken. The toast was burnt, stone cold and dry with no butter offered and the egg was like rubber and also stone cold. The rest of the family’s meals were equally as bad and the service was appalling too. Lots of staff milling around but no one to serve us and the waiter who took our plates so so quiet we couldn’t hear a word he said. I wish this restaurant would close it is just so horrible there

After unsuccessfully ordering via the QR code, I asked a member of staff if I could check if my order had gone through. I was told to go and ask the other staff as they were "standing around doing nothing". I don't expect much from an airport restaurant but this seemed unnecessarily rude. My order hadn't gone through so I could leave.

Staff were a mixed bunch, the one who took our order was friendly and helpful, the others were not. I ordered a banana and chocolate waffle, which when it eventually came, was stone cold and had just 7 thin slices of banana, a tiny pot of chocolate sauce and a small squirt of canned cream with it. Asked for a warm replacement with more banana - took absolutely ages to arrive, and although the replacement was warm, there were just 7 and a half thin slices of banana! Was dry and horrible, and very expensive considering the lack of toppings! My daughter had to wait for ages for her breakfast, as the server had missed off her order. Plenty of staff working, but everything was incredibly slow and seemed disorganised. Heard other customers commenting the same. My husband and I enjoyed our coffees, but none of our food was great - the coffees were the only part of our breakfast that was a success. Not a great start to our holiday, but thankfully everything got better after we left this cafe!

Came here for a quick bite to eat before a flight, and didn't want to leave! Amber's hospitality is second to none, a real credit to your business and to her profession. Looking forward to flying from here again.

A perfect start to the day - this restaurant is tucked behind next to the escape lounge so not as busy as other restaurants. Service was exceptional - big thumbs up to Sebastian and his colleague - very polite and very attentive Food hit the spot too - it was what was expected and what was needed to start the mini break.
