Thank you!!! after a long night battling my demons and some my say my angles you have truly lifted my mood, after that costa i feel exhilarated and ready to fight any harm that comes my way! your impeccable customer service really incapsulated the love in which i feel from a costa!! if it wasn’t for you guys i may of killed myslef 😊😊!! the mango and passion fruit fruit cooler was impeccable! i have had some in the past which have been sloppy and funky but your perfext crafting made my lovley brew of fruits expload in my mouth!!! i love it when things explode it my mouth and when they have flavours! the beef chilli and cheese sandwich really gave me such a experience! i felt like i was dining at the ritz! (or rizz 😂😂) it was perfect with flavour and it stayed a good consistent heat the whole way through! i really appreciate guys keep up the good work!!

Just tried to buy a coffee with a broken hip, Was hoping that common sense would prevail and it would be delivered to my table. No it wasn’t when people in the queue behind me started to get served I got up again even though I in a lot of pain and went to search my drink.What really got my goat is when challenged the woman making the drinks didn’t even acknowledge me.So in the end I raised my voice I front of everyone and got me refund. Is this how to treat patients in a hospital, despicable behaviour no empathy sympathy or compassion from a coffee shop in a hospital I’m sure they will come back with some lies !.In rafters the young lady in their even made and carried it

Edit: went in today begrudgingly to get a cup of tea while visiting someone in hospital. £6.50 for a cup of tea 😱 not going in ever again!! Is a smile extra?? Staff look so miserable. A blonde girl had a face like thunder, looked quite aggressive to be honest. I had a toastie, she said d'ya want it toasted! Yes please. She looked fed up, someone handed her another sandwich to toast which she threw at another colleague, (it dropped on the floor) saying why do I have to do it. She then asked if it was takeaway, I said no, to eat in. She asked if I wanted a plate. I said only if it's not too much trouble!! Terrible service, not impressed at all

Selection of sandwiches/toasties very poor, I came in to get a chicken and bacon toastie, orange juice and a frappe with cream, No toastie No orange juice And no cream for the frappe More staff then customers and still looked unprofessional in there approach to customer service

Absolutely disgusting and unhygienic no cleanliness about the place and Sotre manager was very rude to me when I complained about the cleaning and that my drink didn’t taste right and I see that my vegan tosty was served and cut using meat knife and tongs and also witnessed workers using there bare hands tinhandle food, no hand washing between jobs witnessed I would not recommend this place one bit!!! One image was what I could see looking in from the standing outside office door while waiting for my drink and food on display for all customers to see

Dreadful service, staff look bored, they're rude. Literally the worst cafe service I've ever had. I've read someone else witnessed a member of staff throwing a sandwich to another member of staff saying toast this. I also had the same experience but the girl dropped the sandwich on the floor! She said why have I got to do it! There were 3 of them and noone said anything to her. She should have been pulled up on it. They all looked totally unbothered and extremely unprofessional.

terrible. staff are for the most part miserable and apparently incapable of a smile. 2nd the opening time clearly state that it should close at 18:00. yet at 17:30 on a Monday it's already completed gated off. I was then told that they often close at 16:30. unacceptable when it's the only option to get something edible and not out of an extortionate and awful vending machine. shape up costa. the amount it costs us for a regular cuppachino is ridiculous enough to atleast open to your designated and signage related opening hours.

What a dreadful place to get lunch. Got to a hospital appointment early so attempted to get a little lunch. No choice for those who prefer not to be eat meat. Extortionate prices for everything. Worst toastie ever. 4 staff on who were not co-ordinated at all. No specific person on till. Person serving me had no customer service skills and came across as rude. Another customer and I were astounded when one staff member threw a baguette to another person the length of the servery and said toast this. Tables not cleared and lack of seating space. When a lad did come and clear tables they were not even wiped! Bearing in mind this Costa is inside a hospital where there are many vulnerable patients. Awful place and will not use again. Weston hospital I’m sure you do better for your patients than this disorganised franchise.

Staff looks very unhappy, while you in queue you will have this impression of „ ignorance”. You are lucky if you aren’t told that is only „ takeaway”. I would rather get coffee in restaurant, I won’t spend my penny here.

Zero customer service , totally ignored while waiting to place an order 10 mins and i had to asked to be served, slowest coffee barista in the world , 15mins for a flat white and the place was empty , not the first time in over 5 visits in the last month, had the same experience even with 3 staff on duty.

Three staff on. Heidi was to busy complaining about a leak in a machine going on about break legs and necks to be serving. She had to be asked to serve. The leak was being attended to by the younger gent with a mop and bucket and with 5 people in line she decided to potter about trying to help him with paper towel rather than serving. When she was asked to serve She also complained she could not hear me due to the coffee machine being loud after not hearing my order. She also was asking other staff about switching to takeaway only at 245pm even though they were still open for another 3 and a bit hours. No efforts made to clear tables by any staff during our visit. Honestly a let down of a customer service experience.

Easily the worst branch of any Costa encountered worldwide. The covering manager Lisa has zero customer service skills. How she is capable of holding down a job, let alone holding any kind of management position in this franchised branch is beyond me. She showed zero concern towards a valid complaint, merely shredding her shoulders like Harry Enfield’s Kevin the teenager! With this branch being hospital based nothing I say will result in any change to their custom or future sales. I write this to simply address my disgust at such poor customer service from Lisa. Shame on you, you should be disgusted in yourself

Having spilt the contents of a medium latte which was very hot for a change, all over me and my appointment letters I desperately needed a napkin, not having any at the condiments station I approached a staff member and softly asked if I could possibly have some more napkins. However, because I failed to say please whilst the coffee was burning my skin I was responded to with a "sorry?" I repeated my request which was followed by a response of "a please would be nice, we get a lot of abuse in here" I swiftly responded with a "sorry" to apologise as I am generally a very polite person but in the moment of being burnt I momentarily slipped up. I was in no way asking rudely. I felt this was a little uncalled for as my skin was burning, I was covered in coffee and desperately needed something to clear it up. I will return again at some point but please everyone just remember your manners 🤦♀️

Barista was polite, attentive and following a good “social distancing” regime. Asked for a small cappuccino, got a large I think. Certainly not small. Worst thing? The flavour! Bitter as hell with burnt aftertaste. I know Costa coffee can taste good but I’m thinking of avoiding from now on. Keep getting bad ones and it isn’t cheap.

Staff on the bar were lovely but please avoid the food. Ordered what we thought would be a restaurant meal and we got food in a takeaway box plonked in front of us with no one telling us were cutlery etc was. Chips were stone cold and disgusting. You pay restaurant prices and get yesterday's left overs.

Disappointed as they only had one savoury and one cake option for vegans. Also I was left hungry after a very mean portion of lunch so had to buy a cake to fill up! The cake tasted synthetic. Overpriced. I won't be eating there again. Having said all this the staff were very friendly.

Mmmmm not sure about this one. Firstly it’s the cleanest Spoons I’ve been in. Nice space to sit in but there’s a few too many tables, this results in a maze that you have to negotiate to get around the place. The downside was my breakfast and tea. The teacup was greasy so a layer of oil sat on top of my morning cuppa. New cup just the same. Breakfast arrives and everything is looking ok. Oh dear, it’s only just warm. Really couldn’t be bothered to complain to one of the 12 year old waiting staff as the oily tea was almost too much for them to comprehend little alone the concept of the recommended temperature for cooked food. Would go back and give it another go. Hopefully next time the chief will cook to order instead of having everything ready under a heat lamp.
