Starbucks Coffee in North Somerset

Ordered a drink clearly had a bottle of water in my hand and a sausage bap. I pay go collect my drink then the women chases me and says did you scam your water. To my reply was did you scan my water. We then proceed to the toll where she finally scans my water and tries to charge me £3.30 then asks manager to make it cheaper as when you get a drink there’s a deal. He refuses and says no that’s the price and I said I’m not paying that when I’ve already purchased a drink

Great place for a pre-flight coffee, especially if you need to sit down and do some work as there are plugs by most of the tables! Staff are always friendly.

They charge you for a cup. It's not an optional extra! Only take away cups offered. £4.90 for a coffee. I feel ripped off. Staff pleasant but happy to hide behind Starbucks corporate identity. Plenty of better options at Bristol airport.

Tried to buy a £4.55 coffee with a £10 note and was told that I couldn't have it because they didn't have any change and I'd have to pay by card. This is early afternoon on a Sunday... So peak travel time. I have just finished my holiday to the UK and did not want to have to transfer more money onto my travel card, but had some cash leftover. Disgraceful that someone hadn't done their job to ensure they had cash. A £5 note and a 50p piece was exactly 'a lot of change' (I was told they didn't have much change, when I said cash as my payment option). I don't even like Starbucks coffee (taste like brown water), so you can imagine how desperate I was for a coffee!!!!

10/10 croissant 10/10 coffee. Good service.

Lovely airport Starbucks. Very clean and spacious given the amount of foot traffic.

I’m diabetic and the lovely lady that served me (she had a green patterned shirt) was amazing. I explained that I wanted to know the ingredients in a chia drink. She took me to the side, she found the drink and allowed me to read the ingredients. This Chia drink did have added sugar and glucose, but she offered an alternative Chia tea bags, I didn’t know you had. I was delighted as she found the ingredients and it had no sugar. She was understanding, professional and kind. I felt safe to order this drink and it just made my day! Thank you for such a wonderful service! She was amazing ❤️. Is really hard being diabetic, insulin is a nightmare x
