Quite pricey and limited vegan breakfast options , but the mango overnight oats was very nice and service was quick in the morning, with lots of seating! Daniel was also quick to clean the table and collect the rubbish, super smiley too!

Lovely atmosphere early in the morning

Before a long flight at 6am, the staff were incredibly helpful and polite, made a pretty good coffee! Atmosphere and staff lovely.

Amazing service from Daniel, super friendly and cleaned the table as I was heading to it, smiling as he was working and cleaning around the tables, makes coming to the airport worth it he was super sweet, deffo come again, the drink was excellent aswell xx

Ordered a drink clearly had a bottle of water in my hand and a sausage bap. I pay go collect my drink then the women chases me and says did you scam your water. To my reply was did you scan my water. We then proceed to the toll where she finally scans my water and tries to charge me £3.30 then asks manager to make it cheaper as when you get a drink there’s a deal. He refuses and says no that’s the price and I said I’m not paying that when I’ve already purchased a drink

We had our drinks within 3 minutes of ordering. Staff are super friendly customer service skills were fab! Drinks also very much enjoyed! Faster and friendly service than the one in my local town!

Daniel came to clear the table and we had a nice talk about where I’m flying and my trip. It really brightened up my day and made me smile. The world needs more people like Daniel! Not all hero’s wear capes!

Great place for a pre-flight coffee, especially if you need to sit down and do some work as there are plugs by most of the tables! Staff are always friendly.

Great service and employee came to speak with us and to take our cups away.

They charge you for a cup. It's not an optional extra! Only take away cups offered. £4.90 for a coffee. I feel ripped off. Staff pleasant but happy to hide behind Starbucks corporate identity. Plenty of better options at Bristol airport.

Tried to buy a £4.55 coffee with a £10 note and was told that I couldn't have it because they didn't have any change and I'd have to pay by card. This is early afternoon on a Sunday... So peak travel time. I have just finished my holiday to the UK and did not want to have to transfer more money onto my travel card, but had some cash leftover. Disgraceful that someone hadn't done their job to ensure they had cash. A £5 note and a 50p piece was exactly 'a lot of change' (I was told they didn't have much change, when I said cash as my payment option). I don't even like Starbucks coffee (taste like brown water), so you can imagine how desperate I was for a coffee!!!!
