Always the place to start a holiday! Nice range, and a decent amount of seating

Strawberry matcha latte is my favorite drink here. It’s already like a tradition buy here matcha before holiday

Today the airport was quiet. I bought myself a large hot chocolate with cream extra hot, that's how I like it. I sat in the Starbucks seating area with my book and killed an hour until my plane, I may or may not have revisited the till to buy a little sweat treat. That's the way I like to travel through departures.

Attentive staff. Quick service. Plenty of places to charge devices at table.

Sweet and friendly staff, super patient and kept the seating areas as clean as they could with the amount of people coming and going. Nice spot for grabbing a coffee and waiting for my flight.

Could you even imagine going anywhere else for your pre-flight coffee? Daft! This Starbucks is a delight.

Service and atmosphere was through the roof omg, but the price I had to pay for a mediocre coffee was also through the roof. Your man on the sweep was super friendly and deserves a promotion.

I enjoyed a nice Creme Brulé cold brew, which was served super quick from the hard-working baristas and had a lovely member of staff named Daniele checking in asking and really added to the experience.

At starbucks departure ground floor Bristol Airport 5 members of staff all miserable I asked why I been charged extra 5p for cup on top of cost of coffee got ignored by 3 staff one acted like she could understand and then other basic flung coffees at us

Atmosphere was great due to Danielle going around to all customers and engaging pleasantly. As for the prices they’re a bit steep as it’s a franchise it’s more than a normal Starbucks, which is a shame. More staff like the man Danielle 👏 🇮🇹🍝

Lovely staff, the best Creme Brulee Frappuccino I've had so far in a starbucks yet. Misspelt my name but it was funny so I forgive them. Danielle was a very friendly and polite worker in particular, made me feel very welcome. More plugs than most airport Starbuckses.

After passing Bristol Airport, I sat down and rested. This restaurant is pretty good. I can see that my friend will be very careful and understand some precautions when he comes here for the first time.

This was my BEST experience ever in Starbucks. Staff was lovely kind friendly, always with smile on their face. Ham and cheese toast is amazing. Caramel latte is sweet on it's own, no need to add sugar. New desert was amazing as well. Overall, great experience. So good I needed to write them a review.

I am appalled by my service that was given today in this Starbucks. As a partner myself, I felt so terrible for the staff that was working there, they all looked scared to talk or do anything wrong. The manager heard that I asked about if they had a partner discount and he asked me how much our store makes, proceeding to tell me they make 20k+ a day and to try working in their store. Telling me try how hard that is, even though I simply asked if they had partner discount. I have more than one job so I found it very insulting that he was almost trying to intimidate me with who has got it worse, strange behaviour. The team leader was very blunt with absolutely no customer service what so ever. I did however receive great service from Tori, who had a lovely smile on her face and was chatty, who made it a bit better.

Always my go to at Bristol Aiport! Great service, lots of charging areas away from the hectic airport seating. Naturally very expensive, which is the only reason the star is dropped.

Only reason for markdown is the price of a coffee! Caramel macchiato was £6.05, which I thought was a lot! Service from the person clearing was lovely, staff member that served me at the till was not as warm.
