Great place to grab a latte and a muffin before your flight home. Price not too bad considering it's in an airport. The servers were polite, prompt and well presented.

The girl on the till was nice, my double espresso wasn't a double I told them but they pretend not hearing,my 6.95 breakfast roll was without hasbrown, the egg white was raw . So pretty expensive definitely the not a third time here.

I’ve had many airport flat white idk why this one was so bad. Like just tastes bad and watery. I’ve never felt compelled to write a review about a bad coffee before. Service was rough they lost my order but it’s an airport fair enough. Just what is this coffee ??? For 4.05 i would have just not this is like worse than what they give you on the plane. Edit: was so bad I binned it and got another flat white at Starbucks and having now had a sip yeah whatever I had must have just been dishwasher water.

Welcomed with a miserable face. All 3 servers didn't smile or say hello/ good morning. Treated myself to an almond and the boz croissant at, wait for it, £3.70! Looked inviting but tasteless and mealy pastry,shame really as I was hoping to start my French holiday early. Flat white says it all, not strong at all. Sorry guys, after a soggy pieminster last week too, you won't get a third visit soon.

Very lovely place to spend time

The breakfast bap was as dry as sawdust. No butter just dried egg, bacon and hard sausage. The staff didn’t even smile or say thank you. They looked miserable. This is the second time I have been disappointed with soho. Won’t be eating or drinking there again.

1 YEAR LATER and they are still pulling this SCAM! Only 2.5 sausages in a TRIPLE sausage sandwich!! Only 2.5 sausages in my TRIPLE sausage bap. Seems to be a cost saving measure as they made me a specific sandwich. Coffee tastes weak but scolding. Captive market antics.

Paid £8.10 for two small, plastic cups of 'so-called' coffee. I have tasted dishwater that was better. I would have complained but was waiting for my flight to be called and there was a huge queue at the outlet. Contacted the company when I returned to the UK. Got a pathetic reply from the operations manager who simply stated that the machines needed 'calibrating'! Thanks a bundle that really,helps me!

Didn't like the scam on the counter. Went to tap my card to pay only to find out there were two machines ones just taking 50p for a tip. Felt like I had been tricked into giving a tip, signs should be more obvious. Be careful when paying!

When I’m on the Bristol airport I always like to stop by at Soho coffee shop. They have really nice sandwiches and pastry. And staff is really helpful and with smile.

Visited this site ones, nice supervisor and good coffee.

The queue was short and moved along quickly. I had a £5 quinoa salad with lots of veggies which I thought was a great deal considering that it was well made, featured lots of nutrients and was extremely tasty. The drinks are definitely over-priced. I highly recommend going downstairs to Boots to get a bottle of water or some crisps.

Very disappointing. The coffee is burnt and tasted bad. The employees seem to be tired and resentful. I asked for a macchiato and he began explaining what a macchiato was to me disrespectfully 😳

Worst breakfast in the airport, I have the breakfast roll, comes with sausage bacon hashbrown and a egg, the roll was stale as well as the hashbrown, the sausages and bacon seemed dry and overcooked and the egg, well that looks like it's been in the hot hold for a few days, really appalling food, the two stars are for the coffee, caramel latte, not to hot and nicely made, too bad I cannot say the same for the food, not worth the £7 they claim it is. Much better options available in the other stores.

Confused service flow with no logical place to wait for the drinks. The coffee is automatic bean to cup which means the milk is not fully frothed with the coffee being flat and tasteless.

The thin, middle-aged lady with glasses is very moody. No smile, no greeting back, no goodbye. He talks to customers as if we were in the army. Never!

Overpriced for what it is but what you expect at an airport. Even after clearly stating I was taking the food away and not eating in the staff still charged the eating in price. I advise you check this before paying so you don’t get caught out as they don’t ask your preference first.

The tea looks like it was swept off the floor of the factory. Awful taste. The salad are very small and skimpy on ingredients. Not impressed. The staff were good. The only redeeming feature but then this airport is a rip off charging £5 to drop someone off!!

Queued for ages to get an overpriced coffee.. to be told it was CASHLESS only.. Sorry, not for me.. I want the freedom to choose how I pay, not to be told how I will pay.. Many sheeples paying by phone, watch etc..

Staff not helpful. Asked to add whipped cream to hot chocolate for my daughter and staff was hesitant and then said it will be extra 75p!!! They took a long time to do it and then served cold drinks with weirdly coloured whipped cream. The coffe is not good neither.

Staff lovely and helpful Coffee espresso was okay Tuna and onion sandwich was delicious I wanted to pay in cash and was told it was card payment only. Would have been nice to have a choice of cash or card 😕 Also the lady behind me wanted to pay in cash, she was told she couldn't so she went somewhere else.

Staff are lovely and helpful. Fast service. If it says coffee in the name you'd hope it would taste like coffee. Do not order the Americano if you like coffee just go straight to espresso 👍 the food is below mediocre but it was close to edible.

I visited with my wife and daughter the coffee shop to buy some snacks for my daughter as our flight was delayed and she wasn't felling very well. Unfortunately, the staff treated me and family in very unprofessional way. They just kept watching us like we are some sort of thiefs. Our flight was delayed so my daughter was not feeling well, so we tried to calm her down and the staff kept whispering between eachother and staring at us. When we wanted to pay for my daughter food, they treated us in an unfriendly manner. Unfortunately, they just wanted us to pay and leave the shop as soon as possible. We did not feel welcomed at all in the place.

Ich habe einen Kaffee Americano bestellt. Bekommen habe ich einen Kaffee mit Milch. Bei meiner Reklamation wurde mir gesagt, dass ich "ohne Milch" hätte bestellen müssen. Normalerweise ist ein Kaffee Americano nicht mit Milch. Habe den Kaffee zurückgegeben. Hätte erwartet, dass ich einen neuen Kaffee bekomme (ohne Milch). Hätte diesen jedoch bezahlen müssen. Somit habe ich meinen Kaffee bei "Brigg & Stow" getrunken.

Food is awful. Quality, there is no Quality. Just overpriced dreadful food. No vegan/dairy free options.

Experience was so brilliant. All staff are so friendly. They approached me with nice smile. And food was absolutely nice. I would absolutely recommend to visit SOHO Coffee.

As you'd expect an airport departure coffeeshop to be. Busy and messy. Coffee was fine. 3.60 for a standard size latte. Lots of sandwiches and toasts available

Pretty decent coffee and bacon and egg roll but anyone else who's been here will know what I mean when I say sort the chairs out. The noise the feet make with customers moving them around is horrendous, not what I needed at 6:00 and enough to make me not want to come back in a hurry.

Completely forgot about my food,didn’t give me a receipt and ended up waiting 10 minutes because the guy forgot to literally heat a toastie up. Very disappointing customer service and considering you’re in an airport and you’re catching a flight , they should be a bit more considerate than this. Food wasn’t too great either.

Me and hunny had a double toastie (cus one is never enough) and coffee dose here. Service was super swift and with a smile. My mocha and toasties were delicious, and we managed to find a nice little nook to sleep in. They even offered us tomato ketchup and salt & pepper AND they filled our bottles up. The temperature was a tad high so some air con could be gert lush but overall, loved it x

Food on first inspection looks amazing but with a hefty cost (but you expect that at the airport) in reality the £4+ triple bacon roll was soggy and stale and my 10 year old daughter refused to eat it. £20 for two tiny soggy breakfast rolls, croissant, chocolate thing, orange juice and water. I would avoid.

I whas choosing my food and 2 girl, whas on hurry to replace the shelves exactly where I looking to buy my meal. They even don’t ask nothing, just stay to replace everything without giving me the chance to found what I want. Rude

I had a great experience at the cafe thanks to Ahmed's exceptional service. He greeted me with a smile and patiently answered all my questions about the menu. He was very knowledgeable about the different drinks and helped me choose one that suited my taste. Ahmed went above and beyond to make sure my order was prepared exactly the way I wanted it. He was also very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my visit. I was impressed with his strong work ethic and positive attitude. I would definitely recommend this cafe to others, and I hope to see Ahmed there again next time I visit!”

bartenders were extremely disrespectful, they were shouting at everyone and mocking me with hand signs. Cannot tolerate that.

It is an ok place. Decent range of food and drink. Freshly made smoothies that our kids liked. R Decent coffee and tea. Reasonably priced for an airport. Vegan options if that is important for you.

I visit Soho 4 times a month at Bristol Airport. The coffee is good every time. Good taste and aroma. Nice and friendly service. The opening hours are incorrect, I've never seen it open after 9pm, although the owner says it's open until midnight.

When I leave from Bristol I always stop at this café, because coffee is good, they have a good variety of tasty food and last but certainly not least, personnel at the tills are lovely and always friendly people 😊❤️

I had the pleasure of visiting Soho in the Bristol Airport this afternoon and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to offer suggestions or recommendations. The coffee itself was absolutely delicious. I particularly enjoyed their oat latte which had a perfect balance of flavors. The caramel shortcake I tried was fresh and decadent, the perfect complement to my coffee. The shop also had a great selection of sandwiches and salads for lunch, which looked and smelled amazing. Overall, I highly recommend Soho to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu!

[Bristol Airport] Staff & service were great but the quality of coffee is poor. It's just an airport coffee place, I know, expectations were low accordingly, but I would look elsewhere.

Delightful staff; upbeat atmosphere; good food & not expensive for airport prices! Really sweet lady sent me the Playlist (wirhin minutes!) of me asking about the music playing in the background ... great experience albeit only a transient one: we'll chose Soho next time though for sure. Thank you.

Absolutely awful the guy on the tills was showing as much life as queen liz (RIP HM) £18 for a coffee and a Bhaji rap thing that smelt like ghandis flip flop will never be going here again !!!

I dont know how this coffee shop have less than 2 stars but as a frequent flyer in bristol airport i always go to soho for food and coffee people are mouning about the price but its the airport and soho is the cheapest coffee shop in bristol airport i forgot to mention the staff are great! Especially the asian manager shes very helpful and polite!

For the airport café it is very good, I had a mushroom sourdough toasty and it was delicious!

If I could put 0 stars I could. £20 on 3 bacon rolls and 4 bottles of warm water. For the price, it was pathetic. £5 for a roll - most expensive I have ever seen so I had high hopes and well... it was bad. Dried out bacon, dried roll not even a little bit of butter and seemed as if it had been microwaved. Wouldn't feed this to a dog so only eat here if you have no other option. Bring your own food if you fly from here. On the positive side, the staff were happy. I'd rather go hungry than waste my money.

Teriyaki duck slaw khobez was rubbish. No flavour ..no sauce. Chewy wrap. Avoid

Staff very helpful 😊 We took our big breakfast rolls onto the plane at 7am and ate them after take-off. They were still warm - good quality sausages, nicely cooked egg and no stringy rind in the bacon. Small amounts of packaging. Well done. Yes a bit pricey - but its an airport, and whats being sold here is way better than anything you will get on the plane.

If you’ve got the gall to charge £3 for a croissant, do please make sure it’s a good croissant. Not the soggy, gloopy nonsense currently on offer.

The bread was totally stale. Shockingly so. The service was a shambles. I was too tired to face the prospect of complaining which, looking at the reviews, is the only reason they are still operating. Lesson learned: check reviews before buying, even at the airport!

Probably one of the worst cups of coffee I've ever had watery junk no available sugar or milk,If you want any extra had to almost force the guy to give me 2 small sachets of sugar. Hot chocolate (laughable) for my wife and daughter was tempid at best for what your paying I would of expected better. Avoid at all costs first and last soho coffee I will ever have

Visited to purchase sandwiches to eat before and during my flight. Bought a classic cheddar & spring onion, and a tuna, red onion and rocket sandwich in brown bread priced at £3.65 & £3.70. a generous amount of tasty fillings in each. Enjoyed them :)

A nice chicken katsu wrap and excellent service. My large cappuccino was done before I finished paying for my order! In terms of food service on airports, this has been my best experience so far.
