I wanted to pay cash and I was told it wouldn't be possible. I explained that I had cash but was overdrawn but was told that I either I paid by card or I couldn't have anything. Shame on you.

The strawberry and cream matcha was incredible, the best thing I've had today. The staff was so sweet and kind.

Service from the young guy was fantastic - bravo. Food labelling though is a real concern - Printed labels and faint, majority of display labelling is missing or incorrect placed so beware anyone with allergies/ intolerances (do better here Soho)!

sooooo expensive!! half filled cardboard cup of soup was £7 and not even good. totally not the fault of the staff as the were very fast but there’s huge up charge for sitting in, paying £1-2 more on an already expensive sandwich. shame the airport is filed with over priced shops. wouldn’t go again.

Food below cost me £7.45 but probably cost less than £1 to buy the ingredients. Also had a carrot cake that was dry and too hard. One member of staff was nice and super friendly

why the freak did i just spend £10.45 on a wrap, crisps, and apple juice. nothing special about any of it mind you, exact same as a £3.60 tesco meal deal except they know they can milk me dry because im at an airport and got shit else to do but eat. madnessss. food is fine and everything is just fine whatever, but £10.45…

Ordered 2 caramel lattes for my grandparents , 1 who is 96 and said it was “the best coffee he’s ever had or drank in his life, and make sure to leave a good review”!

I always go here whenever I have to wait at the airport. Better selection of teas and pastries, usually much less queuing than Starbucks, and staff is always very kind.

Oat matcha latte… lovely! Good selection of toasties and sandwiches. Some small hot meals. A few vegetarian options. Not too bad prices… for an airport! Staff lovely and happy! Only negative was not enough gluten free options. Just a small flapjack/brownie. Apart from that all good.

Just grabbed a drink, ladies on counter lovely - all packed up ready to go but still made my hot drink. I told them not to worry as they’d cleaned up but they were adamant it wasn’t an issue and made it anyway

The staff were very understanding of my husband’s senior moment in Bristol Airport.

Dreary low energy vibes for a premium price, pastry was too stale to eat so had to get it exchanged - the solution by the staff was to microwave the freshest looking one and serve as a soggy replacement. Not necessarily the staff’s fault but also not the answer to stale goods, just go to Starbucks downstairs.

I have always liked Soho. I think it has good food and a good service. I am reviewing at the Bristol Airport at the moment and I was asked for a review. I am sad to say that it was disappointing to discover that the cafe went cashless recently. Since then I prefer to have breakfast elsewhere while before I used to have it here every single time I flew from Bristol. There reason why I am here is because in other places the coffee is generally much worse than here and this morning I couldn't do without. I would be happy to come back once it takes cash back again
