Prompt, polite service, had a crispy bacon & egg on a fresh breakfast roll. All of which was very nice. No queues this morning although seating was scarce.

Funny enough-traveled last week-everything waa great.Travelling this week-and its soo bad. Staff is not friendly, unorganised, asked to grill the sandwiche-and got that without any napkins 🤷‍♀️ asked for them-got one, with a very unhappy face of one of the staff...wow,its a big difference

Terrible experience, the First Lady who served us was nice. When I came back and asked to use my free drink collected on my loyalty card I was told that it cannot be used on a Christmas drink, when ordered another drink I was told to pay for the syrup which was an extra £0.65!! This is not how it works in other Soho coffee shops and really disappointed!!

£6.95 for a egg and bacon roll which was cold and bacon was mostly fat, never again, staff looked like they had been up all night.

Don’t except cash. SoHo Birmingham take cash. Disgusting that you will only take card. Cash is legal tender and people should have the choice of how to pay.

Very early breakfast at Bristol airport (04:00). Not much available for me as I eat a meat/dairy free diet. However I spotted a “bauble and squeak” sandwich - so had that with an oat milk capaccino. The sandwich was a big hit… the best plant based filling I’ve had in a long time. Very tasty/moist and well filled. However the bread was dry - at the end of its best before date. Tempted to buy another for the onward journey.

Probably the most enticing place in airport. Great selection of foods, savoury and sweet. Friendly customer service that made eye contact rather than staring at the till.

I was here at 0500am and the atmosphere was just so calm and nice, not like in another locals at the airport where people starts to get super drunk even before they wake up. The coffee was absolutely delicious and cheaper than Starbucks. Re food I just had some shortbread biscuits, but I really enjoyed it. Service was excellent, super kind and with a smile since early morning. Recommend it!

Plenty of choice and I personally love the pan au raisin. We also had a breakfast roll, a tea and mocha. My mocha was not as hot as I like but was tasty. We were served quickly by an upbeat, polite and friendly lady. Every thing was perfect.

Bought a chicken thai green curry here. Mostly rice with a few strands of chicken in it. They must be skimping on ingredients to keep costs down. Won't be returning, and do not recommend.

Apart of the fact that this place is only place at the airport with food that’s worth to eat the employees are always soooo lovely. I needed help to get milk for my baby and non of the shops had any and they helped in no time with smile on their faces thank you so much to all of you

I visited Soho at Bristol Airport on a Thursday a few weeks ago and was thoroughly disappointed by the experience. I ordered a Black Americano coffee and a toasted sandwich, and unfortunately, the coffee was one of the worst I’ve ever had. It was watery, tasteless, and lacked any of the boldness one would expect from an Americano. The state of cleanliness was equally concerning. The tables were visibly dirty, with only a few staff members on duty who seemed overwhelmed. I had to clean my own table as it was sticky and clearly hadn't been attended to. The floor was similarly neglected, littered with crumbs and just as sticky as the tables. Given the poor quality of both the food and the environment, I cannot recommend dining at Soho. It was a thoroughly unpleasant experience from start to finish.

I wish all service staff were as happy, friendly and helpful as the staff in Soho Bristol Airport. Every time I stop by for a coffee I get great service. Also when the airport is busy, the queues seem to go quickly too. 👍

All the sandwiches have some kind of mayo instead of butter. The croissant was underbaked. £4 for a flat white that was poor quality.

Great place to grab a latte and a muffin before your flight home. Price not too bad considering it's in an airport. The servers were polite, prompt and well presented.
