Overpriced, ridiculously crowded. Porridge was very watery and not worth the price.

Useless staff, dirty environment and selling stale food

Bought a wrap here earlier and literally tasted of paint thinner- sold itself as a veggie Bombay potato wrap and not only did one half have next to no filling the whole thing tasted wrong. Hadn’t got the energy to complain but avoid at all all costs .

I had the chocolate twist and mango and passion fruit smoothie which were quite nice and the smoothie tasted very natural. When we arrived maybe around 7:30am, the queues were quite chaotic and was a bit complicated but service was overall pretty good despite the busy atmosphere

Visit this place all the time while as work. the pastries are amazing and fresh, the hot breakfast in rolls are amazing. Defo visit this over any of the other shops.

£22 for 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees. Expensive for what it is. The coffee is a push button machine which I wish I knew, for £4.20 for a regular, I'd want batista. The bacon roll was OK, only 2 rashers, no butter or anything but luckily we were here at 4am so it was warm. Would try Soul & Grain next time as I saw they were cheaper, bigger sandwiches and batista coffee.

I was at SOHO last Monday (31st March). There was hardly any choice of food, empty shelves. Tables were dirty and wobbly. I would not recommend !

Great breakfast and client service.

Got a cheese toastie which probably could have done with another few minutes. It was very lightly toasted, still white, so not really a toastie. Then I got a cappuccino…. Opened the lid, no chocolate… therefore it’s a latte. A warm, not hot, latte. A few areas for improvement

Elmutazbillah was very friendly and efficient. Just what we needed after a poor experience at Bristol Airport fast track security. We wiukd recommend Soho at Bristol Airport.

No Danish pastries. Everything edible included chocolate. Pain au raisin sold out at 9.45am. Very expensive for c250mls coffee.

We really enjoyed coming here it was clean and tidy and the staff were amazing. There was a lady called Kim who went above and beyond to help us. I am travelling as a single mum with my 3 young daughters and really appreciated the extra help.

To many staff taking orders and not enough staff making the Coffe or sandwiches It sss like organised caos

The hot chocolate is very good. The stuffs are very friendly.

Avoid the porridge, it was grim. Drinks were ok though.

Ordered a bacon roll and hot chocolate, was expecting a wait for the bacon roll, it was handed to me within seconds. Quick service. The food and drink was good.

Had a large white coffee. No taste. Looks like they put a single shot of coffee. Just as well have the normal.

I wanted to pay cash and I was told it wouldn't be possible. I explained that I had cash but was overdrawn but was told that I either I paid by card or I couldn't have anything. Shame on you.

The strawberry and cream matcha was incredible, the best thing I've had today. The staff was so sweet and kind.

Service from the young guy was fantastic - bravo. Food labelling though is a real concern - Printed labels and faint, majority of display labelling is missing or incorrect placed so beware anyone with allergies/ intolerances (do better here Soho)!

sooooo expensive!! half filled cardboard cup of soup was £7 and not even good. totally not the fault of the staff as the were very fast but there’s huge up charge for sitting in, paying £1-2 more on an already expensive sandwich. shame the airport is filed with over priced shops. wouldn’t go again.

Everyone was working together as a team so I got my coffee and toasties quickly

Food below cost me £7.45 but probably cost less than £1 to buy the ingredients. Also had a carrot cake that was dry and too hard. One member of staff was nice and super friendly

Soho is great place to get a coffee and something to eat. The Staff are all pleasant and kind.

I always go here whenever I have to wait at the airport. Better selection of teas and pastries, usually much less queuing than Starbucks, and staff is always very kind.

Oat matcha latte… lovely! Good selection of toasties and sandwiches. Some small hot meals. A few vegetarian options. Not too bad prices… for an airport! Staff lovely and happy! Only negative was not enough gluten free options. Just a small flapjack/brownie. Apart from that all good.
