Big Naths catered our wedding and were superb. Everyone knows their food is incredible (vegan included!) but just as good is their customer service. Lots of communication to settle on a menu (including a home visit) and meticulous planning for allergies etc. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I went here for the first time today, after watching food reviewers on youtube raving about it. he has a stall on fistral street in bristol. I went for the dirty fries size reg ( £12.50 ) OMG!!!! The portion size was insane! I couldn't finish it all which was a shame, because the food was amazing! fries, brisket beef, mac and cheese and bbq and mustard sauces. If you've never been here, you have to try it! You won't be disappointed!!

I recently attended an incredible BBQ school in Bristol run by Nath and Kinsey from Big Nath BBQ, and I can’t recommend it enough! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. Nath and Kinsey are not only masters of their craft but also passionate teachers who are eager to share their wealth of knowledge. The quality of their products was outstanding—everything was fresh, flavorful, and sourced with care. They took us through a wide range of BBQ techniques, ensuring we had hands-on experience with various types of equipment, from classic Webers to high-end Pitt Boss smokers. The diversity of tools and methods we got to try helped us understand the nuances of BBQ, regardless of the setup you have at home. Overall, it was an unforgettable day filled with delicious food, great company, and a deep dive into the art of BBQ. If you’re looking to up your grilling game, this BBQ school is a must-attend!

BIG NATHS BBQ SCHOOL REVIEW! For my 40th birthday gift my wife booked me in to big Nath’s beginners day course. I was a bit apprehensive at first as I’m not one for group situations and didn’t know if my level of bbq expertise would suit. Upon arrival you are greated with a friendly smile, bacon sandwich and tea or coffee. There’s a short time to have a chat with each other and you quickly feel relaxed and eager to learn. Each person is given a station around a large table and big nath who delivers a fantastic course on all things smoking. He has 3 different smokers running and explains the difference between them very well. Questions are very much welcomed and boy did I ask my fair share of them! I now feel completely confident in smoking chicken, pork & beef and also know how to prep some easy but delicious sides. Would highly recommend not only the food but also the experience as a whole.

Big Nath's BBQ recently catered for a wedding here at Ashridge and we were very impressed! The team were great at communicating with us and very professional. Backwell Queue for 40mins to order waited 30mins for food. Not again. Food ok but not worth wait

Amazing food, definitely recommend, we went to the unit at Backwell quarry luckily early because they sold out very quickly, it's that good

We were so lucky to have Big Nath cater our wedding, the quality and value for money were just amazing. Nath and Kins are such beautiful people and love what they do. Everyone I spoke to about the food said it was the best wedding food ever. Our Veggie and Vegan guests were also well fed and truly happy with their options., this was something other bbq caterers struggled to provide on enquiring. Don't hesitate to contact them for your celebration, it doesn't have to be just a wedding and keep an eye on their socials for where they will be. We love their food so much we have been over to Bristol since to enjoy their tasty treats and can't wait to head over again soon. Myself and Alex rave about how perfect the food was for our day. Best wedding caterers we could have wished for! The food was beyond amazing from the canapés through to dessert. Every single dish was absolutely delicious. It was the best wedding food we’ve ever had and all our guests agreed. Portion sizes were so generous, there was no chance of anyone going hungry. Even our vegan/veggie guests were blown away. Can’t thank and recommend enough. Just brilliant. Thanks again guys….Can’t wait to have more of your food again soon!

LOVE Big Naths BBQ Eaten here many times and never disappoints, great portion sizes, beautifully cooked, friendly team. Highly recommend their BBQ sauce, goes with everything as a dip or marinade, wish I had a padlocked fridge to keep it to myself!

We hired Big Nath’s BBQ for the opening night of the first UK Tree Climbers’ Rendezvous. Kinsey and Nathan are really friendly, helpful and professional. Everything flowed smoothly. The food? Delicious. Lots of happy tree climbers! I’m looking forward to my next helping already.

Insipid, overly sweet, slightly underdone BBQ served cold in very moderate and not inexpensive portions. It was a Pop up at 'the wave'- it seems BBQ doesn't travel well, or the UK has no idea about BBQ. Disappointing.

Pulled chicken and omg their bbq sauce is to die for I ordered a bottle and its delicious I will definitely be ordering another bottle soon.

Never tried this food until today. Has to be high in the top ten of street food on the market. Full of flavor, succulent meat cooked to perfection. It’s a shame that I don’t live local because I would be a regular customer. On the downside of the last remark I would put on many pounds and need a bigger belt. You have to try this food. Fabulous fabulous fabulous.

Was really disappointed i paid £8.50 and got one small peice of brisket and less then a handful of fries, I never felt so cheated before, this definitely not value for money say compared to grillstock

I was very impressed with this food and drink. Outstanding tender smoky beef brisket, juicy pulled pork, creamy Mac n cheese, great slaw and fluffy golden corn bread. Best BBQ I’ve ever ordered and eaten at home. Thanks for making our evening so special. I am a huge fan!
