Just moved to Weston, found our favourite take away with our first try! Absolutely delicious food, great delivery times, fair prices. Unbelievably tasty. To top it off, we just sorted through a load of books destined for the charity shop and I really hope Liam enjoys at least a few of them! Enjoy :)

Fantastic takeaway, on a Xmas break here looked at reviews and where spot on great food service and even some suprise free spring rolls and a calendar. Well worth 5 stars .

Just got some slring rolls for my wife. She bit into them and was disgusted to see they are 100% beansprouts nothing else it was not quality food. Very dissapointed

First time I’ve ordered from here and it was fantastic!! Best Chinese I’ve had in ages!! 1/4 of Duck was really crispy but loads of meat… Chicken & Chilli was so fresh… and the Prawn crackers were lovely and warm!! And they were great portions as well 5🌟🤩

Had a takeaway from here, ordered the meal for one. Great value, fresh tasty dishes - the chilli beef was the best I’d had. Had never visited this takeaway before and will definitely be going back!

The pork was very chunky, tough and gristly and the veg fried rice burnt

Always great food. Food is always fresh and taste yummy. We ordered last night and we were running late the driver waited for around 10 minutes. She was very friendly and was happy to wait until we got home. A big thank you to her for that! Will be ordering again!

Best Chinese in Weston super Mare!

My”45 minute” delivery took 5 minutes so obviously a slow night for the restaurant, but what I’m cooking to go with it takes 35 minutes. That said, it’s been a LONG time since I last ordered from here, I’ll find out in approximately 30 minutes if it’s still as good.

Must admit never had a problem before but took 1 hour 40 mins and was told 50 mins it was warm when arrived the confirmation was wrong when we received it and it was tasteless. No apologies when phoned up to find out where it was. Traffic should be factored in when ordering and not used as an excuse we live on the main road it wasnt any busier than normal. Plus when phoned up told it would be another 20 minutes so was it out for delivery or not even ready.....

Amazing! I asked them for extra ginger in one dish no chillie in anther which they did for me. Obviously it shows they cook to order.

We are not from the area and we really fancied a Chinese takeaway. Looked at a couple of places and this had the best reviews. The food was reasonably priced, staff friendly and very importantly the food was delicious, tasty and hot. Definitely recommend if in the Weston-super-Mare area.

Myself and my husband tried here for a takeaway for a change, we usually use a different one not too far away, but most recently we have been left disappointed ( either with it cold, tasteless or a bone in the chicken balls) . We had crispy beef, satay skewers, egg fried rice, spring rolls and plain noodles. We usually keep our plates warm in the oven whilst my husband collects it, but tonight as I was lifting the food out of the bag the containers were piping hot, everything was so fresh, and tasted really good. Also I must add my husband mentioned the customer service was really good. Thank you crystal house!

Quite disappointed - fried rice was hard, ribs in bbq sauce doesn’t taste of anything. Siumai is okay.

I had a chinese from this place a while back that gave me a bad stomach etc,however,at the time i opted to not say anything as there was always the slight chance it was not their food that caused it,so i chose to just not use them again,until last night,my usual chinese was closed so being the memory of the last chinese from crystal had faded,i ordered from crystal spare ribs and chicken chow mein...and geuss where im typing this review from!,yes,this morning i again have a terrible stomach causing me to spend my morning running to and from the toilet,i have all the symptoms of mild food poisoning,and this time there is no doubt where it came from....so whatever crystal are doing or not doing with their food,theyre doing it consistently,this time i will not let the memory slip

If you like home made spring rolls, rather than manufactured, this is the place to go. Good quality food, lovely service and food is prepared quickly. Brilliant!

I wish I post pictures of dishes but no, too late, everything was hoovered in seconds. Big portions, really really nice taste, excellent value for money. What is more important, the place closes at half ten. So if you are camping and stuck on M4 M5 traveling in, came on site too late, this is the place to go. Recommended absolutely!

After doing a bit a googling for a good Chinese takeaway in weston super mare whilst staying at the travelodge hotel.....decided upon Crystal House......delivery was spot on and the food was ultimately beautiful Nobody can beat the takeaway we use back home in the west Midlands......but Crystal House definitely come a close 2nd Thank you very much .....when ever we are back will definitely use you again ❤❤❤

Ordered recommendation from a friend, definitely won't be the last! All the dishes ordered were lovely,... No yukky grisly meat in Black bean & beef dish, fresh veg, noodles were not greasy either. Satay scewers were amazing. My new takeaway.

Had our second delivery tonight 27th June , have to say for the 2nd time food was fantastic, we have been using another place just up road from here for over ten years that has recently gone gone down hill . Will definitely be our Chinese place to order from now on, food really tasty, portions really good, polite on the phone, delivery service really good , and a lot cheaper than previous place . Very quick to address an issue I'm very impressed at there customer service, unfortunately due to them being closed I have not had a chance to try the food yet, if the food is as good as the customer service then I will be extremely impressed, I look forward to sampling there cooking and will update as and when.
