Horrible place the security guard racially profiled someone infront of me last Friday, Bristol is full of nice places do yourself a favor and go somewhere else
Went in at around 10 today, guy serving clearly hasn't had actual training as he was making my order entirely incorrectly and arguing back that it was correct (clearly was not). Does the place also have to look so dingy, its like eating in a petrol station at midnight
I keep meaning to post a review, I decided now was the right time. Since McDonald's as a brand decided to change how each store operates. Electronic ordering has now created large queues and longer waiting time for customers. Hengrive branch constantly get orders wrong. The amount of times they have missed paid items from our food orders is amazing. You then have to park up and go back into the branch and join the queues while waiting for .missing items. During this time your other food goes cold. We have had occasions when we have not noticed until we returned home, which is worse, because the treat night becomes a pain. Overall it used to be a pleasure from this branch, but it's becoming more common to have mistakes. Even something simple like asking for a triple Patti burger and receiving a double. Asking for Brown sauce and getting tomato sauce.
Went in for a kebab, paid £12 and by the time I got back to my hotel, 150m round the corner, only to find that all the meat was cold, barely warm.. meat was low quality and tasted like crap. Even if it was hot, I still dont think it was worth it. Complete waste of money...
Really special Bristol waterside setting for our impromptu romantic meal experience. Relaxed and attentive staff along with the light and tasty food made for a lovely comfortable and memorable atmosphere.
