A classic Wagamama near the university in Bristol. The standard (excellent) menu and experience. The service was excellent and we had a lovely time.

Rude staff, got told they don't do vegan burgers when it clearly shows they do so drive off

Why is closed? If you put on internet that is open midday until 22:00. And why in the millennium square your restaurant is closed for ever?

I moved to Bristol 7 years ago, and YoYo was my favourite late night takeaway, It was perfect. Just had it again for the first time in ages and it felt old, from the bread to the salad. The meat I can't say a single good thing about. I'm very disappointed in how far you've fallen

Nice little Costa at willow brook shopping centre. We encountered a rather anxious and slightly intimidating customer in the cafe the staff went out of the way to make sure we were ok. They apologised, checked in with us and gave us complimentary cakes. AMAZING customer service thank you ‘Kate’.

Debajo de patatas fritas realmente me cabrea lo difícil que es cocinar la patata? y no hay suficiente curry en la salsa para llamar a eso salsa de curry pescado estaba bien, pero rebozar un poco a dulce y empapado.

This is the first time using the Hong Kong Chef, we have travelled to other areas based on reviews. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. All dishes ordered were delicious. Special Chow mein, special fried rice, salt and pepper chicken, best sweet and sour chicken balls ever, chips (fantastic, like a chip shop) satay pork. Will 100% be going back.

Contratamos The Court Room para la fiesta de jubilación de nuestro amigo y no nos decepcionó. Fue un gran espacio y el gerente Alex fue muy servicial y comunicativo antes del evento. Cuando llegamos fuimos capaces de decorar la habitación a nuestras propias especificaciones, que era genial - nuestro amigo estaba tan conmovido por esto! Mención especial va a Isobel en el bar que fue especialmente útil esta noche - ella nos ayudó a hacer la música correcta y fue tan amable y cortés en todo momento. Sus colegas en la barra también eran geniales! Este es un pub que he pasado tantas veces por alto, pero es una verdadera joya y debería ser una visita obligada para cualquier visitante de Bristol o de paso.

Fuimos recibidos por una señora detrás del mostrador que dijo que estaría con nosotros en breve y luego procedió a alfarero detrás del mostrador con un portapapeles. Así que nos sentamos en la ventana esperando ser notificados cuando ella estuviera lista para servirnos. Poco después otra señora entró y subió al mostrador y procedió a pedir una bebida caliente que se cumplió inmediatamente. Encontramos esto muy grosero considerando que nos habían hecho esperar así que nos fuimos insatisfechos.

I went with my young son and wife during the run up to Christmas where I had booked a week off work to get my Christmas shopping done. It was a good day out overall, but sadly my attempt at some respite in this Costa was thwarted by one abhorrently rude member of staff. It started when I ordered our drinks at the till. Mine and my wife's drinks were fine, but when I asked about the free 'babycchino' for my son, the woman on the till- Anna- told me they had run out of the small cups for the kids drinks and that they'd have to charge us for a whole regular size cup of milk if we wanted one! After stating the obvious that Anna could simply put a small amount of milk in a regular cup, she huffed, poured out the drinks and abruptly handed me the tray. When we sat down, the tables were messy and sticky. Granted it was busy and the run up to Christmas, but basic hygiene is not a duty that should be shirked. After finishing I needed to use the restroom, so I went to the right of the tills and queued for use of the loo. When I got in there I could hardly breathe. The smell was awful. I went straight out to the tills and spoke to Anna again to tell her that the their toilets needed attention. I got the same huffy attitude from Anna who told me that they were nothing to do with her as the toilets were managed by Primark. She didn't even contact her Primark colleagues or a manager to let them know that someone had smeared excrement on the floor in there. Truly a shocking experience.

It's not good for anybody who has dodgy knees no handrails and steep stairs way up in the gods we couldn't go much higher never again!!
