I moved to Bristol 7 years ago, and YoYo was my favourite late night takeaway, It was perfect. Just had it again for the first time in ages and it felt old, from the bread to the salad. The meat I can't say a single good thing about. I'm very disappointed in how far you've fallen

Disgusting food. Got a doner kebab (regretfully) it looked like the meat had been sat there since god knows when. They cut the meat undercooked and began finishing it off on the griddle which made the meat hard and nasty. But the biggest sin they committed… they used Fg siracha sauce as their chilli sauce!!!! I had a severe toothache going on at the same time otherwise I would have fought over this sort of rubbish. Portion size for a large was horrendous. Would not recommend this place. Amateurs. Haven’t got a clue about the food game.

Ordered via Uber Eats. First up I paid £5.95 for a portion of curly fries, what proceeded to come for nearly 6 pounds of my hard earned English money was about 5 curly chips mixed in with normal chips, smallest portion in the world and reminded me of leftovers from the freezer being chucked together. Excellent. Next up. 6 crispy chicken chunks for an eye watering £7.95 turned out to be 6 fake mcdonalds looking chicken nuggets from somewhere like farm foods or Iceland. Vile. I then ordered devil's chocolate- described as a delicious gooey brownie.... what proceeded to turn up was a bar of dairy milk that had been chucked in with the hot food and was completely MELTED and needed chucking in the bin. Paid £3.95 for that privilege. Cheese sauce. £2.95, can't comment on the sauce itself as the only way I recieved it was smashed all over the order. Absolute joke. The burger was abismal and for the £32.88 I paid the whole order, this was a farce.

Despite the branding inside and outside this doesn't appear to be Yoyo Burger anymore. This was my go-to on uber eats for years, the burgers were miles better than your average late night burger and only a little more expensive. Went in person once and it was just as good. Decided to pick up today, and the place has apparently rebranded as Clifton Burgers. The screens the usual menu was displayed on last time were off, I was handed a new menu with no mention of yoyo burger, different items, and noticeably cheaper prices. When I asked if this was still yoyo burger I was given an A4 black and white copy of the old menu, and it felt like they weren't expecting to be making any of these. In the end the burgers were noticeably worse in quality but I was still charged old menu prices. Sketchy.

Food is incredible and the two Thai ladies who work late at night are just so lovely. Unfortunately, the man running the store late at night sometimes is plain rude. The store is listed as 3AM closing time and when I went at 1AM, he said “Can’t you see we’re closed?” to which I said “The closing time is 3” and he said “I don’t care what it says” Shame you guys have been open so long to be let down by someone who couldn’t care less about their job.

Used to love this place but honestly as of late the service is not there anymore. Specifically the man working late is so hostile and impolite for no reason. The shop has claimed that bad reviews come from drunk clubgoers who cause problems but that really isn’t the case, and regardless of intoxication it is never acceptable to treat customers with such rudeness. With early trading hours as a business you’re signing up to having all sorts of customers at all sorts of times. Why hire people who can’t provide bare minimum customer service? If you don’t want clubgoing customers, close your store earlier. If you don’t want bad reviews, replace the man who works late!!! Awful, don’t come here if you’d like to be treated with respect.

I was wondering why this place has bad reviews as I ordered online and the food was nice although I didnt get a burger.The chicken bites, fries, spring rolls and cheese bites are all very good. Judging by the reviews the burgers might not be as good and the staff are rude. But in terms of my experience as a takeaway it was nice and if I could I would give it a 4.5/5.

I ordered the Yoyo Veggie burger. As I paid extra for speedy delivery on Uber Eats I was pleased they followed through. Unfortunately, the burger was a disappointment. I have been vegan for 2 years and have found bean burgers are the worst kind of burgers. The Yoyo Veggie burger is a bean burger that is bland and has a poor texture which falls apart as you eat it. The curly fries were tasty but could have been more seasoned. I won’t order from here again.

I have been here a few times in the past but not for at least 2-3 years and the food was very nice. However I went in January and the lady serving me got my order completely wrong and forgot my curly fries. When she give me the back to correct my order she threw it at me and started shouting when I complained. She was then talking to her friend who was the same nationality in a different language and going mad. I would honestly stay away from this place as the staff service is horrible. A shame as it use to be alright.

I have really bad OCD, so you can imagine how hard it was to put 1 star. Not that they deserve it. Wait, so technically I'd be giving them 0 stars. Is 0 an even number? Yeah, in my honest opinion, the only thing "Yoyo" after my umm, food? was my stomach. To be fair though, to be fair, the Coca-Cola (can), oh 10/10 all the way. Oh, and the chocalate cake was okay, I mean I have to say something nice or people won't take me seriously. Hardest part about desert was keeping it down after the other stuff. Overall, extremely overpriced. Very disappointed! Goodnight.

Great food, excellent service. Big thank you to tall guy who took our order tonight with big smile . We ordered expecting normal fastfood, like you can find nearly everywhere. We've got something really special. Great meat, real cheese in burger and perfect falafel wrap. I can recommend this place to everyone! Price is not too high, so you can eat very good for low cost.

I had to call them 1h aftee the order to check the status, they said it will be delivered soon. after abount an other 40 minutes before I wanted to call them to cancel the order I loomed aoutside only to find my order left next to my. the delivery guy didn't even knock or ring the bell. I ordered from this restaurant via Deliveroo, all well and good okay prices, however, I experienced many issues. Firstly, the delivery fee is £5+, what is this about? YOYO deliver the food themselves, why is this so expensive. Whatever, I payed, was told the wait would be 40 mins, which was understandable, it was late. 40 minutes later, I received a call from the driver, but didn't notice this and when I did we tried to call back and immediately went downstairs, outside our building waiting. I called the restaurant confused, because the driver would not answer, and they proceeded to pass the phone around like musical chairs not giving me answers, telling me I had the wrong place? I called back, asked what was happening, they told me the food was on the way, okay great. I waited, then received a call saying that my food had already been delivered, however, it was just left outside the building, then before I could ask a question, I was hung up on. After not finding my food anywhere outside my building, I called back, to be told the driver was heading back to them with my food, because I failed to answer the one call I received, at this point I was frustrated and hungry, and the girl on the phone was practically laughing at me, she wouldn't send a new delivery of food until the driver got to them and they wouldn't know when this would be, she said she would call back when they find out whats happening. I had to call back, because they didn't care to call, then they said my food was now on the way. Finally. The driver was nice, but made a snarky comment. And by this point our food had nearly been out for delivery for an hour, so it was cold and soggy. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE AND RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY. Not worth my money at all and I will be writing to Deliveroo.

Average to good burgers, I think it’s over priced for what it is. But worth a try as they do have a good selection. Myself and a few mates stopped going here as they pulled our favourite tropical burger from the menu. Wouldn’t dine indoors here, it’s definitely a takeaway venue as it’s abit poor inside in the dining area. But tasty burgers Bring back the tropical!!!! Tropical with blue cheese was the best combo in here (deeply misses)

I am utterly in disbelief at the astounding savages and the way they treat their costumers, over at YOYO. On my previous order they forgot two of my items. When I called the lady said they'd add them on my next order. Frustrated I ate what i did get and tonight I've ordered again, chatted to them on the phone, they refused to add the items previously forgotten and the girl on the phone put me on the ban list for wasting their time, before hanging up on me. So i've paid £9 for food that never came, and haven't got anything tonight after a 15 hour day. This is the WORST customer experience i have ever had period

Absolutely appalling custimer service. Food arrived 15 mins late, no big deal. A few things were forgotten, again no big deal. I call the driver, who advises me to call the restaurant, so i do. Nice guy picks up and i explain about the missing items and am told i can only have one and not both delivered by way of an apology - all i wanted was what i had ordered. No explanation as to why i couldn't have what i had paid for delivered other than 'my manager says so'. After a few more confused minutes i am passed to the manager, who shouts at me and puts the phone down. Not cool, man - not cool AT ALL. If you make a mistake, you resolve it, don't try and apologise with less than i had ordered and make it seem like you are doing me a favour. You lost a loyal customer this evening, good work.
