Got a pizza last night and now I’ve got food poising the time before that I had a long black hair in my food this place for no hygiene

Took my money and then didn't deliver. Called them to request a refund twice, and the keep saying they will sort it out and then they don't. Thieves.

Pizzas here are uneatable, burnt, stone cold. And I found a dead fly on one of the pizzas. Shocking. Do not order from here unless you want to be sick.

Great Pizza, reasonably priced. Loses a star as had the £7 deal for takeaway 12" pizza with 4 toppings and tried to charge me £9 until I pointed out I was stood under the poster! ☺

I am unbelievably upset with this company. I ordered food worth around £30 many months ago. There were problems with my card payment however the payment eventually went through, however an extremely rude man on the phone said he would not send me what I ordered because he was unsure whether the card was actually mine despite recieving payment. I can confirm that the card was mine as I went through all the security checks and personally phoned my bank who fixed the problem. Despite recieving my payment, they did not give me my order but said they would return the money to me within 30 days. 6 months later I still have not received my refund and have tried numerous times to recover my payment and even went into the shop but was met with very rude and unhelpful staff. I was told that because it was so long ago they will not have my order on record therefore there is nothing to prove that they owe me money. However this is thier responsibility to keep track of this. It's thier fault if they lost the information, not mine. At the end of the day I am still owed for the order. Since I paid for my order and have not had my money back, or the goods after such a long period of time this could be considered theft. I am totally shocked that the man I spoke to about this didn't seem to care whatsoever or plan to do anything to solve it, instead brushing it off because "it was too long ago" I feel completely ignored and am absolutely fuming about losing my hard earned money. I am going to try once more to retrieve my refund, and if I do not get an answer I will be reporting this company to the police.

Have been coming here for years. Always get the same thing, stuffed crust spicy meatball one, brie wedges and curly fries and consistently get the same delicious results. Delivery is always on time and collections are ready within 10 mins of ordering.

Ordered this when it said open on the website but the food never arrived and I tried to ring for like an hour after ordering hoping someone would answer but no one did being just before Christmas I gave you the benefit of the dought thinking that you would deliver it boxing day no such luck I sent an email explaining the situation and asking for a refund not even so much as a response and then I get this email asking me to rate a pizza I never got I don't like leaving bad reviews and I was not going to but you did ask me to.

not really sure why this place has such good reviews on their pizzas.... really cheap pizza base, obviously not freshly made on the premise. quite cheap and i;m sure if i was really drunk i'd enjoy it, but not authentic italian at all, won't be returning

It smelled proper nice when I was outside. Really added an extra sensory experience to my walk. I'll forever treasure that moment. Might be nice food, I'm not really sure and it's not in an area that i would like to frequent. The choice is yours to make. God speed.

Nice pizza and friendly service

Ordered a delivery late evening. Estimated time 50 minutes but was here in 30. Best pizza I’ve had in ages!! Had thin crust which was crisp and not over cooked. Plenty of toppings, meatballs, mushrooms, onion, pepperoni, olives and jalapeños. They were generous not mushed up too small like many are. Also ordered some booze and was phoned in minutes of order to advise change of brand if acceptable. Delivery driver was very polite and friendly. Will definitely use again and recommend this restaurant.

I had been a regular for a while with lots of praise for how the pizza tastes but you cannot accept an order and then not deliver the pizza. Will not be ordering again.

Ordered on deliveroo, but the place delivers themselves. The door bell rang once and I went to answer it straight away, I even ran but I have 3 doors to walk through, its a large house. The delivery started guy banging on my door extreamly aggressively only seconds after he rang the door bell and when i answered it he shouted THANK YOU in an aggresive tone and then basically threw the food at me. It was actually quite scary. Also, they gave me different drinks with no explaination. So, I won't be ordering from them again.

Very aggressive manager. After an error with my order he spent more time telling me that I'm wrong ( even when shown proof otherwise ) that trying to fix the problem. He even came out to my house to explain to me how asking for no cheese on a pizza isn't his responsibility and that I should remove the cheese if it's that much of an issue. The first delivery driver was nice enough but thanks to the manager I won't be using this place again. Food was mediocre. Cold pizza when it finally arrived and luke warm sides.

Lovely food but they short changed me, food was 13.99 and i paid them 20 cash, since i was holding the hefty stack of food i just too the 3 pound change and didnt realise until i got inside! Annoying.

The best pizzas in town! I have nothing but good things to say about these guys and their food. Great value, generous toppings, free delivery from cheerful and friendly drivers. In fact all the staff are like this. They stay open late and do some very good offers. Always delivered early or on time in my experience. This is an excellent Pizza takeaway in my opinion it's the best.

This is the very best pizza place in North East Bristol in my opinion. I've gone in, ordered and taken them away and I've also phoned up and had pizza delivered by an especially cheerful guy. They are so good because they offer fantastic value for money - such good deals! The toppings are always very generous and their delivery people are so quick that the pizzas are incredibly hot still when they're delivered. The people working at 'Pizza Top to go' are amazingly friendly too, so altogether it adds up to a terrific pizza place which beats their rivals hands down. 0 to

Order did not come as we expected. Pizza sizes are small, we also ordered a 5 piece side and it came with 4 pieces instead. Also ordered a 70cl of vodka, and they sent 55cl instead (in the form of one 35cl and one 20cl). And when I rang to ask for it to be amended, I was told I'd have to contribute more money if I wanted them to send another 20cl to make it up to the full 70cl amount. Also ordered a 2L mixer and it came as 1L. Complete joke of a company, will not be using again.

no stars, cheese string instead of feta very expensive price for something that appalling, chicken was average spicy ones you get from everywhere also we were two short. not very happy at all

Never order from these guys. 2 hours late, cold, undersized, rude. We tried to cancel the order and they had turned their phones off! The driver called the shop for us to arrange a refund and we were told no before they hung up on us, then we received a tirade of abuse from the driver before he left with our pizzas! Now having to contact the bank to get a refund. And I'm still bloody hungry!!

Worst pizza delivery company I ever experienced! I ordered two pizzas on Christmas Day for the first time as there were only a few shops open. When they took the order on the phone they said it would take 45 mins to 1h. After 1h30 we called them to ask where our pizzas were and they said the driver would arrive in 25mins (!) and before I could even finish to speak they hung up on me. After 2 HOURS the pizzas arrived all flipped over inside the cartons and completely RAW. Uneatable! Called them as we wanted to return the pizzas and get the money back (£22.00!) but they would not even let me speak and they would just say that we must understand because it's busy and after a while they hung up on me again! They wouldn't refund us nor send new pizzas but only promise a call back from the manager some day..!! A complete rip-off!!! If you cannot handle the volume of orders then just refuse some, or at least be honest with the customers and respond appropriately to a bad service you have provided, or just keep the shop closed!!! D I S G U S T I N G !!!!!

Ordered a couple of pizzas with my friends Fisrt of all, they said the delivery will take 45 mins, but it didn't - it took 2hrs. Second of all, when we opened the boxes, one of them was on one side of the box, all smashed togehther... and thirdly, both of the pizzas were completely raw, like cooked for 3minutes. We spoke to the pizza top to go 3 times and the person on the phone was very rude, not apologising and inturapting my friend saying that they are very busy. To add on that, he hung up on my friend!! The WORSE service ever! If you want a raw pizza to be delivered to you witin two hours and have an order placed by someone whithout any customer service skills, this is the place!

Disgusting. Cold, sweaty and stodgy. Rang up to try and resolve. Told it was cold as my house is really close by?! Makes no sense . Offered £2 off next order. Will not be ordering again. AVOID!!!

Average take away, nothing special...

always on time or early. best pizza shop in the area by far! they do a great deal but only to collect £5 for a 10" with 4 toppings ready in 10 minutes get them all the time and never had a bad one. brilliant!

Website clearly states they deliver to BS16 on all orders over £9.99 Only 3 food hygiene rating. Having just placed my order they have decided the minimum is now £16 to my post code. Reading other reviews I'm not the first to experience this. Considering reporting to ofcom for false advertising. Also still waiting for them to refund to my card.

I've been using Pizza Top for several years (since 2009) and only once was the pizza late - 90 minutes rather than the promised 45. But on my next order, I mentioned the previous late pizza in the comments box and got extra dips for free - which I thought was a nice gesture. Pizza always tastes good and they are the only pizza shop I know of in Bristol which also delivers cigarettes and alcohol with your pizza. They also do a satisfactory range of vegetarian pizzas. It would be good if they also offered a couple of vegan options. Bristol is the veggie and vegan capital of the UK! All in all, I think Pizza Top deserve their 5 stars.

Sad to see the negative reviews... This is my favourite local pizza shop! I really like their pizza and the sides are always good too. I prefer to all the other pizza places that deliver to me. Never had a problem here, the staff are always very friendly and helpful.

ordered online at 2.08am. got a receipt of my order. tried to call on both numbers. no answer. online was showing still open. been hungry and still waiting,, 4.20 am.. never showed up. gone to sleep. will never order again

horrible,horrible and horrible waste of money and time...... called to order 2 large pizzas,was sent two over cooked,burnt 12 inch pizzas which any other pizza shop would have thrown in bin. called back and was told that 12 inch is large size and thats their best cooking these guys dont deserve any business rude and greedy service.

Ordered a pizza over an hour and a half ago and it has still not arrived. I rang them out and they claimed that they were "very busy" and it would be 10-15 minutes ago, this was 30 minutes ago. They're not bad if you actually go there and pick it up, but deliveries? Forget it.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Complete con. I went on their website, put in my postcode which said they deliver to my address (being a BS postcode). I went through and made my order. I then had a telephone call stating that if I wanted my order I had to pay more money as they deliver to my area but only do the special orders for local customers so would charge me full price. I cancelled my order there and then as there is nothing on the website that states you will be charged extra. Big Rip Off!
