So far one of the best experience I had specially the The look of the stories extremely change such a fresh vibe now Food was extremely fresh as well, specially on the lunchtime so much happy much recommended

Although it was during lunch rush, the staff did their best to serve us as fast as they could. I've never had kFC before and I enjoyed it very much; the chicken is crunchy and juicy all at the same time (ordered a meal deal), the price is quite pricy BUT for me the taste was definitely worth it so I'd definitely go back for more. The HOT WINGS is amazing, I would go back here just for that to be honest. They adhere and respect the social distancing measures; having a card where it notifies customers the table has been cleaned is helpful. The staff are attentive too; you can either order through self service or at the till, and in addition there is a sanitizer stand at the entrance.

Terrible service , handed me my food to me through the window with bad attitude forgot half my order so had to park up and go in to sort it , no apologies took ages coming with the rest of my order and still wasn't all of it. Pretty much everyone on there looked like they hated their job and couldn't be bothered to do anything.

The manager was rude and acted bossy.

The manager is being disrespectful rude to me never recommend to anyone go or order from this kfc

If you like things to be missing from your order. Or you really like the texture of cold chewy chips then this is the KFC for you. I have given it a few goes to give them the benefit of the doubt but I wont be going back again. The gravy is watery, they put too many chicken legs (everyone knows thats the one one with the least meat) in the meals. Their staff do not know even the basics of customer service.

Food was good, but there was a serious lack of rats. Was really looking forward to seeing the rats. Please bring them back

Food is usually pretty good, the car park can be an absolute state due to the seagulls tearing up litter. When I last attended you had to order straight from the window. The woman Infront of me took about 10 minutes and because of the queue behind I was trapped and just had to sit there and wait. Staff apologies but don't think they made any effort to speed the woman up or cared that people were stuck in the queue

Lovely young lady served me in the drive thru at Avonmeads Bristol tonight at 10.15. She was cheerful and polite. A real asset to your team.

I noticed this KFC branch when driving over the St Phillip's Causeway and today decided to use the 'drive thru' to collect some food for me and Mrs C. This branch is very easy to access and the staff taking the order and 'delivering' the food were very friendly and efficient. I will definitely use this branch again when in this part of Bristol.

Have tried kfc in every city in the uk and this is by far the best, chicken is alway fresh and crispy.

Not the best kfc I've been to it was a weekday lunchtime, floors littered with stuff , some dirty tables, the fries warm and not fresh, chicken thigh very dry ,Pepsi max ok !! Maybe not enough staff but just a bit disappointed for my monthly treat. Outside area is disgusting with litter from bone idle humans because there are plenty of bins around the car park !!!

This is the best KFC! The chicken here is hot and crispy! We only go to this one because the chicken and service is always good! :)

So ordered a box with 3 mini fillets and (as you can see in the photo) one was half eaten... Pepsi was also completely watered down...

ordered food on the self service screen simple and quick like usual however no crushems but that's looking like every site has this problem also no corn on the cobs either.

Order food for delivery they didn't deliver half the food or any of the drink Waste of time and money will never use the Aovnmeads restaurant ever agin

Totally useless. Won't answer the phone. Delivered food with missing items on several occasions. Wouldn't even bother, go miss millies on bath road, at least they won't ignore you and you'll get all your food!

Fast efficient, decent quality KFC.

WRONG TIMINGS ADVERTISED. Arriving here at 21:30 they have informed me they are closed multiple times, and only the drive thru is open. Unfortunately the badly designed drive thru prevents me from using it without hitting the curb in a standard hatchback (check it yourself). So I am unable to dine here despite an advertised closing time of indoor seating at 22:00. When it is open, the food is not great. KFC Hengrove is much superior.

This was the best KFC but unfortunately the drive through served my lukewarm mighty bucket for 1 and a hot cholocate that tastes like hot water. They did re-do it but it was not good enough

The pop corn chicken tasted like they went over to there local tescos and bought a pack of pop corn chicken and warmed it up in the microwave the chips also taste like they’ve reheated it in the microwave so not fresh at all and they gravey was coming to its end date but it looked like they had a original sticker on it and took it of and replaced it with a “newer” one and it was gloopy and had black bits in it do not recommend over all the chicken burger and chicken was good plus Pepsi the service was good aswell but we’re it’s placed it just to bumpy and dingy

One of the best Bristol KFC stops for quality of food and service. Not always clean perfectly, but better than your average fastfood chain restaurant. Currently closed due to renovation. UPD from 13.12.24: open again.

Drive through was ok and food was good.

I do deliveries and i waited almost 25 mins and still i did not get the customers order.

Wings were underwhelming. Won't be getting that again.

Terrible, food greasy and what little flavour it had was tainted with the horrible taste/aftertaste of overused cooking oil!

I regularly jog along Albert road in an evening and I can smell grease and fat from there. Clearly they don't clean their filters or oil regularly. Smells disgusting.

Love these joint as it offers a quick drive thru. Succulent chicken must try and kids friendly.

Park the car went inside the store, no one even bothered to look at me or take the order. When to the restroom and I think that's where all the unknown bacteria is coming from. In my opinion Danny to think about hiring new management if there is one of course. Can't say anything about the food as when came out still nobody bother to take my order.

Awful, I ordered online to collect from here. Once I turned up and had paid for an Oreo Crushem, they said "we don't have any". Once home I also realised they did not pack one item, that I had also paid for. Don't bother, these guys are terrible.

Ordering food here is akin to Basil Fawlty explaining Quantum physics to Manuel. The serving staff understand almost no English. All 3 of the meals we ordered today were completely wrong. Ordering a boneless banquet got us a variety box, the sides in my Box meal were completely wrong. My fillet burger had 2 mini fillets in it. The Food was only "slightly" over cooked so i will extend to 2 stars. 3rd Meal had completely the wrong drink with it.. I mean not even close to being near what we asked for. AVOID

Missing food on 3 orders! Toilets nasty cashier rude!

If i could give zero stars i would. Visited this place 26/08/24. I was going to sit and eat but used the toilet first. Disgusting, as i had to try to hold my breath. The smell in the gents toilets was so strong i got out as quickly as possible. I didn't bother to eat and left. This place should be shut down as no one cares about the cleanliness of this place, clearly. The toilets aren't checked hourly, and there is no checklist to be seen anywhere. Avoid.

*** Don't use this KFC unless you want to flight a parking fine*** Just had to appeal a parking fine as I got lunch here.They tried to charge me £60 for the privilege or parking while I went in to get food before going to Avonmeads side. Fat loyal customer lost. What a joke!!!!

This is the best KFC we’ve ever been to. We’ve been coming here for years and they are consistently good. Service is fab and the food is always hot and fresh. We have moved house and travel further just to go to this KFC.

The men's toilets was absolutely disgusting they smelt that bad we was almost sick. The food was okay was a long wait for luke warm food.

Well not sure where to start to be honest, I am shocked has the other reviews are good. First on a positive you got our order right which is rare at a kfc but sadly this is where my positivity ends. Firstly toilets were disgusting, every single table in the restaurant was dirty none had been wiped over. Food arrived and it was over cooked (especially the burger), we left most of it. I am hoping this was a one of but at 8pm on a Saturday you were not rushed off your feet. I can only assume that you were short staffed but this is no excuse.

Overpriced, Luke warm chips, small chicken fillets, small coleslaw all served in an oversized box for ten quid???! Quality was rubbish.

Jenny was nice. Food tastes like uhhh chicken. The kitchen set on fire. Great atmosphere. I like.

Service is poor, stuff have got problem understanding you, difficult to understand them.( english is not my first language but its pretty good) Food is greasy as any KFC I was placing order and girls behind counter were throwing me dirty looks , whispering and giggling to them self. Great kfc, best I’ve had in a while

You get way too many uber drivers in here and it's kinda small. I notice they always put cans in the same delivery bags as the hot food so you get warm drinks. Maybe avoid ordering here from uber. The staff are pretty chill though.

It's really clean in here now that new management have taken on this franchise. The overflowing bins have stopped, no rats passing by you at the drive thru and lovely spanking clean tables and toilets. They are really fast and efficient and polite too.

Not a great service, the staff are more interested in chatting to each other than serving customers. Sorry but it’s pretty poor.

Bad experience. When my partner and I walked in I got served straight away then the employee walked away and it took her having to ask to be served 10 minutes later to finally order. When her food came the order was completely wrong and they had missed out her gravy completely. When asking for pot of gravy the employee kicked off saying she has asked my partner ‘if she ‘wanted any extras and she said no’. I do not expect to pay 8.99 for a dry chicken only wrap and a rude employee. Will not be coming back any time soon.

Big fan of KFC as a fast food in general, but this one holds a special place in my heart. Basically old reliable. The staff are lovely and the food is always tasty and quick

Spent 15 minutes in one of the dirtiest establishment's I have ever stepped foot in to not even get spoken to or have my order taken, meanwhile 2 cars arrive and leave with food via the drive through, disgusting service, gave up and went elsewhere

Long wait to get served & even longer wait for our food. They've not got the idea of fast food.

It's not an everyday thing... But once in a while I find I just need some fried chicken. Usually around the full moon. And as my hands and face start to sprout stiff wiry hair, then this particular KFC is my go-to place. Normally I go for one of the burgers... Sometimes just a meter high pile of freshly made thighs. What ever my mood, It's always clean and bright, the staff are always friendly and on top of that, very understanding and accepting of me as a member the lycanthrope community.

I won’t be going there again. The chips were awful. Whatever it was they put on them. I had a wrap chicken wrap. The chilli was so hot it burnt your mouth and it was just a pile of onions no salad nothing and to top it all it was stone cold.

A place where the customer comes second. Missed items from the order, so we trudge back in. No apology, no customer service... so that's when I got annoyed. Advice for staff training: Just apologise for the invonvenince and don't argue about it with customers. I will be moving all my investments into gravy, as based on the price of a tiny tub it must be worth more than gold now.

Twice recently our orders have arrived late missing items and cold. Unacceptable.

Went inside 16/1/24 4.15pm Female staff didn't speak much English. Food cold .no taste and hard to eat also my daughter ordered online via the app charged full price for full meal of a 12 piece. Ended up with 2 piece meal .too far to return. Will not return

They never answered my phone calls to cancel my order because I ordered it to the wrong kfc i have gave the at least 20 miss phone calls its disgusting 🤬i want my refund.

Much quicker and fresher food than other KFC restaurants I have visited. App offer was accepted and excellent value for money. Friendly staff. Clean and tidy establishment.

The food is a hit or miss. Food is either very good quality or soggy and falling apart. Would recommend asking for freshly made food. The staff are usually friendly and understand my request.

My son LOVES KFC, so we've been to many, but this is definitely one of the best. Very clean, lovely staff and quick service.

Ordered through Uber Eats - 12 piece boneless banquet. Chicken strips were good,chips missing, gravy missing, corn missing, popcorn chicken was stale. Uber eats wont refund missing pieces, the fact is was delivered from here with it's bad rep says it all. Won't use again.

Yeah sound spot, food is prepared really quickly and service is great. Never had any issues with the food, can expect a nice kfc experience.

Ordered the Vegan Burger. It has a really smooth texture, smells like fried chicken and is a wonderful addition to the KFC menu.

Very busy, with the attitude of the staff geared towards either "Drive In" customers or "Delivery" customers. The lady serving on the counter was talk in Hindi/Urdu to her colleagues rather than being focused on serving people waiting to order and disappearing for ages without getting someone else to stand in for her absence. Also having just one counter open on a Friday evening with a long queue, smacks of poor management. The delivery collection people just hog the collection point overriding customers that have to queue to collect their online order. This is deems just acceptable by the management. So overall a very poor visit on Friday 1st October 2021 at 19.15.

Rude service at drive through. Went inside to use the bathroom and found the restaurant dirty and toilets unsanitary. Toilets were flooded. Floor wet and management didn’t seem to care. Won’t be coming again.

I like to have a KFC sometimes coming home, late from work and no food ready at home. K chicken nicely prepared and lovely to eat. Poor experience; the slow pace of the servers, while a queue waits.

Food as you can expect. Floor is really slippery and makes a lot of noise when people move chairs so be prepared for shivers down your spine when someone leaves.

Not pleasant, air con set on arctic cold; toilets tiny, smelly, dirty; the outdoor area is so uninviting - rubbish flying everywhere, staff sitting on a curb smoking. There were 3 families eating there (Sunday afternoon) which is nothing compared to McDonald's across the road. Why don't KFc staff care about the cleanliness of the place?
