Nice little Costa at willow brook shopping centre. We encountered a rather anxious and slightly intimidating customer in the cafe the staff went out of the way to make sure we were ok. They apologised, checked in with us and gave us complimentary cakes. AMAZING customer service thank you ‘Kate’.

Pitched up here and fancied a coffee before enduring the weekly shop amongst the plebs in Tesco next door. Found an empty table which was sticky from previous customers, not that difficult to run a wet wipe across a small table surely? Coffee was fine a touch overpriced at £7+ for a small and regular latte. Can't recommend due to the dirty tables but if that doesn't bother you then go for it.

We stopped for a coffee, was told we had to check in on the covid app before being served, which I totally agree with. We waited a good 15 minutes for our coffee to be made by the chap on the coffee machine, the whole time I was in there he wore his mask under his chin! Rubbing his nose and not washing or sanitising his hands! Gross!

Refreshing experience to walk in and have engaged staff. 2 girls serving in their early 20’s (sorry I didn’t see names but was wearing naming badges) engaged through out the order but also the other girl asked how my morning was whilst I was waiting. Very cheerful and very attentive. I worked from Costa whilst awaiting my car to be serviced. Thank you.

They can not make tea here. They put a cheap tea bag in a old thick pottery teapot, thy seem to use water that is not boling and give you a cold thick pottery cup to drink it from. The result is wishy washy tea. If you want a proper tea go to Stackbucks, coffee #1 or Caffe Nero who use high quality tea bags or loose leaf ta for the same price. If you have to have tea at Costa ask for a take away cup and maybe ask for Earl Grey.

Unfortunately after visiting here many times this may well be my last. Costa cafe’s usually have a small but significant offering to those that need a Gluten Free option. A sandwich or wrap and a cake would suffice. Unfortunately this Bradley’s stoke location have now stopped all GF savoury sandwiches meaning those that need this can no longer get a decent lunch. When I politely asked why there was no GF option I was told it had been taken off the menus and that this was because it was “Seasonal”. I can only say myth is is very confusing because being GF isn’t seasonal and a successfully bought a GF lunch just yesterday in a different Costa store. Bradley Stoke. Please look at this again as there is a need.

The cafe is modern and part of Bradley Stoke's shopping centre. When we arrived a lot of tables had not been cleared - never a good first impression - but they were all done in one go soon after (what I call the Wetherspoons method). Our tea and cake were fine, and the place was perfectly OK but nothing special.

Came here to 33 broadmead for a coffee. All the tables were dirty and had used crockery on all the empty ones. The staff gave us our coffee to drink in with disposable cups. When I queried this they said they didn't have any clean China cups. I told the mid twenties white female with long fair hair who spoke with an eastern european accent that if they cleared the tables they would have cups. She said in a very rude and abrupt manner that they were short staff and she began to argue that they had not the time. I replied "no my concern, I'm just a customer" I requested my money back which she gave, reluctantly. This is one Costa in Bristol we have always tried to avoid as it looks like the local hangout for unemployed foreign males. Always the tables outside occupied with loads of them yet only one or two with a drink. Too many smokers outside too. My advice is, if you want a pleasant experience for a relaxing beverage DO NOT GO HERE. There are plenty of other coffee shops in broadmead. Coffee 1, opposite McDonald's or the other Costa in Cabot Circus on the upper floor are both superior in coffee shop presentation and politeness of staff. This was a dirty disgusting place. I'm sure others have had a nice experience but this was ours.

Over our trips, we have had some & bad coffee (& service, likewise). They sometimes have apprentices doing on the job training. Piece of advice, If you see someone getting trained there, walk away. If you are in for ‘Costa’ coffee, this place is a hit or misses. We once had to wait for quite some time , even when people behind us were getting served. Coffee arrived late and cold. So disappointed we were, that we wrote to Costa feedback online. Not that we expected anything significant, still haven’t heard anything back, not even an acknowledgement. Next best place for coffee is the Subway a few steps away or Starbucks if you are up for a drive to Aztec West roundabout.

Costa in Bradley Stoke has had a refit relatively recently which has really freshened up the look of the cafe. It was all beginning to look a little tired, but now it looks modern and inviting.I have been to this Costa many times and the staff are always friendly and helpful, but I think the refit has really given them pride in the place, and this time the queue moved a lot faster than it has previously, even though the store was quite busy. The tables had been cleared and clean and the standard of care just felt a lot higher. The coffee and food are exactly what you expect from a Costa, with the caramel shortbread being a personal favourite with my coffee. Costa Bradley Stoke is perfectly situated for stopping in for a snack and coffee before doing a bit of shopping at the rest of the centre, and now it has been polished up a bit I would definitely recommend it.

I tried to explain I just needed a cup of takeaway tea for my wife and she replied "No". I then asked if she realised the shop was advertised open until 8pm on the door. Her reply? "No, no, no".Disgusting attitude to have, the staff there have been lovely the last few days at a very difficult time and she has undone all of that. She's ensured that I will not use Costa again, this is the worst service I've received from anywhere ever.I suggest they get rid of this member of staff that might do well to remember where this coffee shop is based.

Costa coffee in the Bradley Stoke town centre. Offering what the standard coffee chain does best - coffee, tea, cakes and panini's.However the speed of service can leave you waiting 10 to 15 minutes to get served and a further 5 minutes for the preparation of the drinks. Whether this is due to the popularity of the coffee shop, with shoppers, parents dropping off their children at the local school or businessmen, has resulted in a slow service! The staff are friendly and the establishment well stocked and clean. There are a couple of places to get a coffee in and around the Bradley Stoke area, such as SoHo in the leisure centre, or Starbucks on Aztec West. I went with my young son and wife during the run up to Christmas where I had booked a week off work to get my Christmas shopping done. It was a good day out overall, but sadly my attempt at some respite in this Costa was thwarted by one abhorrently rude member of staff. It started when I ordered our drinks at the till. Mine and my wife's drinks were fine, but when I asked about the free 'babycchino' for my son, the woman on the till- Anna- told me they had run out of the small cups for the kids drinks and that they'd have to charge us for a whole regular size cup of milk if we wanted one! After stating the obvious that Anna could simply put a small amount of milk in a regular cup, she huffed, poured out the drinks and abruptly handed me the tray. When we sat down, the tables were messy and sticky. Granted it was busy and the run up to Christmas, but basic hygiene is not a duty that should be shirked. After finishing I needed to use the restroom, so I went to the right of the tills and queued for use of the loo. When I got in there I could hardly breathe. The smell was awful. I went straight out to the tills and spoke to Anna again to tell her that the their toilets needed attention. I got the same huffy attitude from Anna who told me that they were nothing to do with her as the toilets were managed by Primark. She didn't even contact her Primark colleagues or a manager to let them know that someone had smeared excrement on the floor in there. Truly a shocking experience.

Branch in the Royal West of England Art Gallery, Queen’s Road, Bristol. Summer infusion teas were totally stunning and, unlike most cafes, had no sugar or syrup in them. Peach/Berry was superb and the Earl Grey (tho obviously a bit sour due to its nature) was also v good. (1 other flavour I didn’t try). Staff exceptionally friendly & helpful. Lovely venue (inside the Gallery building) with metal seats (I think it was) & small tables outside. NOTE a year’s Pass is currently £16 to visit exhibitions as much as 1 wants, so only about £5 or less each time.
