Waited 45min for delivery only to receive wrong order, not very helpful over phone

¡Esperaba volver a Hope and Anchor desde que comenzó el cierre, y mi primer viaje de regreso no me decepcionó en absoluto! Este siempre ha sido uno de los pubs más cálidos, agradables y acogedores de Bristol y es tan encantador ver que no ha cambiado nada desde mi última visita. El jardín estaba perfectamente diseñado para el distanciamiento social y era una trampa para el sol con hermosas exhibiciones florales. Puedes ver cuánto esfuerzo y trabajo duro se ha invertido en el pub durante el cierre y definitivamente valió la pena. No podría haber deseado un mejor servicio por parte del encantador personal y también tuve una gran charla con el amable propietario. ¡La comida mía y de mi pareja era deliciosa y las bebidas eran perfectas! ¿No podría recomendar este pub más si lo intentara y no puedo esperar a volver?

Closed for refurbishment at the moment so dont be fooled by google saying its open. They do great chips (always freshly cooked) just needs more veggie friendly dishes for the chinese menu. (Tofu dishes at least.) Golden eagle opposite has a much bigger veggie menu but a little pricey in my view.

I've Ordered from here twice and waited an hour for delivery, then they cancelled my order both times and by the time they let my know they are had cancelled everywhere else was closed !

This was the first time I had ever used the IKEA restaurant. I queued for 25 minutes. There were 2 servers. The first put the meatballs on your plate, carried it to the second server and told him the wrong additional items (chips/mash/peas etc). The second server asked what I wanted and the first server repeated my answer. I was surprised one of them didn’t accompany me to the till to explain what I had on my plate. The food was ultra processed and tasteless. Never again.

Pare para tomar un café un jueves por la tarde después de un poco de compras. Qué error. Una funcionaria no quería estar allí, se equivocó de orden, me culpó (¡le sugiero que escuche!) y un tono tan recortado y grosero. No pararé aquí de nuevo.

Turned up at 1720 to have a juice but was told by a rather sullen lady that I could only have coffee as they were closing at 6. Then she over charged me.. not very welcoming.

£30 for a breakfast, panini, and drinks for 2. The fried egg was really horrible looking and came covered in condensation - the panini was ‘fine’ but for about £13 there was not a lot inside it at all.... the iced coffee and flat white were ‘fine’ but not particularly good quality coffee, a bit thin to taste. The packaging was inadequate, the box it came in can’t be eaten out of so has to be put on a plate which is just inconvenient. Avoid.

NOT OPEN ANYMORE BUT HAVENT BOTHERED UPDATING GOOGLE MAPS. NICE ONE, GUYS!

Used to be Masala Dosa, which started out excellent, changed hands and went downhill, now something else completely that I have never been to and probably never will! Reduced to 1 star for stealing my review when taking over the premises (maybe unfair as it's probably Google doing this)

We had coffee and cake here and it was a great experience. The coffee was delicious and the cake was good. The service was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The shop has a cool bohemian vibe.

Received an email today from Just Ryte. It's been closed for a while, so excitedly ordered some food. £23. Drove to shop. But is is closed until January. The website is open and it took my payment. But they are closed. What a con. Well annoyed. Now have to go through bank to dispute the payment.

Very bad costumer service and very rude manager his name garvndar I tried to order a pizza i was asking for special offers his upset and talking very rude I just come out without ordering anything very bad 👎 service and management i hope they can update the stor is to shame for a papa johns like that

Great chicken shish, fresh veg/salad and great chunky hot sauce. Ask for no pita to make it gluten free. Owner and staff alway great. Don’t passed up an opportunity to grab a post pints supper here

Highly recommended for all events. Beautiful venue and fabulous staff. The owner is great and extremely accommodating too. Thank you so much
