Had a very nice take out last night loads of food and very reasonable price

Food was excellent The lady on the other end of the phone taking orders was very rude when I hesitated whether I wanted something she responded “Do you want it or not” Delivery man was very polite and friendly

Have used Noble for years but food received this time was not to standard. Chicken and black beans sauce, chicken was reheated refrigerated chicken not cooked fresh, tasted horrible, Chicken balls were nice but not as good as normal. Chicken fried rice was ok. Not sure I will be ordering again from here.

awful customer service, very rude, uncooked chicken balls said they would refund us but never sent anyone out had to raise with the all eat customer service to get a refund defo would not go back again 0 out of 10

We ordered from Noble House on Saturday, we both had something different. Since Sunday, (it is now Tuesday) we have both been plagued with diarrhea. Avoid!!

Ordered on line for delivery. 60 minutes later order arrived. Had specified no peppers because of allergies. Food contained peppers. Sauce from fritters had leaked all over contents of bag, one container empty. Called up about it, person who answered very defensive, claimed that I had not specified no peppers and constantly telling me to calm down. Was called back twice and in second call was offered replacements for the dishes that contained peppers but was told to state no peppers next time, I did this time. No good when the rest of the meal would be cold by the time it arrived. A long wait for the food, didn't get what I ordered, sauce container empty abd wasn't treated with a modicum of respect. Never again.

Ordered a home delivery last evening. First time from Noble House. Chose Deep Fried Crab Claws as my appetiser. Reconstituted/minced something certainly no taste of crab. For my mains I selected Sliced Duck with Plum Sauce. Very plentiful and tasty. Easy to use ordering system. Delivery was on time.

Lovely food, extremely rude. Tried to order through the app, had an issue so phoned up to do it the old school way. The phone was then put down on me as they states they did not understand. Very sad as I have been using this place for over 15 years. Laters 👋

Customer service is so horrible. The lady who was at the counter was so rude. We have never experienced such customer service before. The food was superb.but really frustrated with the customer service . I will never visit this place anymore or recommend anyone.

Spent £30 odd and it wasn't great, noodles were bland, we asked for it with beansprouts ect but didn't get this. The egg fried rice was cold and clumped together and again bland, tasted like boild rice tbh, chips tasted old, sweet and sour prawn Hong Kong was dry hardly no sauce, and we got a half portion sauce when specifically asked for large. Very poor food I'm afraid!

I have ordered the chicken curry on 7 occasions and have always left special instructions not to have raw onion in it as i have Crohn’s disease and raw onion is dangerous for me to eat. I have, on 3 occasions, now had the food Tuen up with tons of raw onion, as if they added more on purpose, i could not be bothered to wait again so i stuck it in the bin as i cannot eat it. Why have a special instruction box if they are not going to read it and act upon it ? I really am bitterly disappointed as i was looking forward to this

We've been buying from The Noble house for years now and it's our favourite Chinese takeaway. The staff is always polite and helpful, the food comes in huge portions and it is absolutely delicious!! It is one of those few places where we never get disappointed. This place is fantastic and would recommend!

We ordered home delivery, they phoned us as to why we hadn’t collected. We loved this Chinese but they are awful now. Must have new chef food not that good, we ended up refusing food because it was cold.

Really the title of this review says it all. The prices are very fair, but the dishes vary in quality; but I suppose that is a subjective thought. the staff are good and the meals are quickly ready.

When is an Omelette not an Omelette, when it is cooked the way this takeaway cooks it. The chips were also disgusting. All 3 dishes were luke warm. Most meals have been good in the past but it was if we had ordered from some other takeaway, makes me wonder if someone else as taken over this place. I rang & complained & was told he would let his boss know, didn't even offer to send another dish. Certainly will not order again from here.

We've been using this take-out for years but today was the worst meal ever and we won't be ordering again. It took over an hour to arrive and then they tried to deliver to our neighbour as they also had placed an order but hey hadn't brought them both at the same time!!!! The Thai Green chicken curry was awful - the chicken looked pink so I recooked it but couldn't eat it. The beef dish was also tasteless - won't be ordering again

Ordered from here for years, sometimes a little hit and miss but 90% of the time it is lovely.

I’m a regular client with Noble House and always order vegetable rice NO EGG. But they doesn’t care about it, I’m vegan and they add egg in my food.

Lovely tasty chicken curry without onions and mushrooms, I go there once a week, never ever let's me down, worth a go, you won't be disappointed A*****

Food really nice but they got a new driver what is a lazy man drives a red car . Well if your in a flat he won’t come up to your door . Only one set of steps . But no he lets me leave my kid up stairs to go out and get it!!! If you keep getting lazy drivers your going to lose a couple of customers. Sort this out

Have only just started using this Chinese due to dissatisfaction at our previous local. Very impressed with the service, delivery and quality/quantity of the food. Would reccomend.

Been using this take away for a while now. Mainly use the delivery service. This is always prompt and very rare they take more than 40 minutes to deliver. The quality of the food is excellent. Yesterday we had the Malay set meal for two. Chicken satay sticks, beef curry, chicken in black bean sauce, fried rice & malay chow mein. We added sesame prawn toasts. Great value for money. £20. Fantastic! If you haven't tried it yet, then make sure you do.

Always had good meals & quick delivery from here, they know from our telephone number who we are, a good choice if food.

I've ordered from here 5 times now and wanted to wait till I had enough decent food deliveries before I made a review. This is a really nice Chinese food takeaway. I only ordered from here as the menu dropped through the letter box in April. So far I have tired to vary the foods ordered and each time it's come up trumps. There also happy to tweak menu go personal choice. Extra chilli no mushrooms etc. Delivery service has also been very quick. The ribs are of a decent size for starters and portions of mains are easily enough for one.

Just getting over food poisoning from this place, used to come here all the time but never again!! Severe sickness from chicken fried rice! Wouldn't recommend anymore!

This always used to be my local Chinese takeaway their are 2 other Chinese takeaways in the area and I always chose to eat from this one because the food was always so lovely despite the rude women who used to work at the front, but recently it has started to go downhill the last few times I have ate from here the chow mein did not taste cooked and barely had any flavour to it also the chicken balls their is something about their chicken that seems under cooked the food in general seems to have lost all flavour and seems to be very undercooked.. It is a shame as i have been coming here for years hopefully they can start to improve... We now eat around the corner at Hong Kong chef.

Crispy duck was a day old ordered just as it opened and advised to pick up in 20 mins.....duck was definitely from the night before dry and tasted disgusting .....crispy chilli beef was inedible ....tough and no flavour what so ever!

Pedí un chowmein de hongos esta noche ya que soy vegetariano. Mi comida llegó y pollo. Llamé a explicar y pide un reembolso y la respuesta era pésima. Gerente gritaron que pedí pollo (como vegetariano nunca hubiera hecho esto) y me colgó. Llamé cuatro veces a pedir restitución y la respuesta estaba gritando y colgar. Absolutamente repugnante, terrible preparación de comida, nunca se pide de nuevo y sugiero que otros no.

Pedimos desde este restaurante cuando abrió sus puertas por primera vez y no nos impresionó, food, horribles patatas fritas, pero decidí probar otra vez hace unos años más tarde! Nos quedamos boquiabiertos cuando llegó la comida, mucho mejor, el curry era preciosa, patatas fritas no todo lo que es bueno, pero para ser sincero nunca me he encontrado un buen chino chip! Pedimos otra vez esta tarde y nos dejó totalmente decepcionada ... repetía una vez más comida y las patatas fritas eran peores que la primera vez ... Me pregunto si tienen dos chefs!! No volveremos, menú está en la papelera!
