Caffe Nero in Bristol, City of

Pare para tomar un café un jueves por la tarde después de un poco de compras. Qué error. Una funcionaria no quería estar allí, se equivocó de orden, me culpó (¡le sugiero que escuche!) y un tono tan recortado y grosero. No pararé aquí de nuevo.

Cuando voy a las galerías siempre olvido que el café es horrible en el café Nero en las galerías y amargo, pero los pasteles daneses son tentadores y las chicas detrás del mostrador todos cotillean entre sí como pollos y los chicos hacen todo el trabajo. Las chicas están manchadas por comer demasiado pastel pero mírate como si dijeras por favor no me pidas que te sirva. No puedo estar molesta. ¡Estoy ocupada planeando mi noche con mis amigas! La última vez me comentaron después de salir del escritorio que mi lápiz labial se había pasado por encima de mi línea de labios pensando que no lo había oído. El tipo picoteado de gallina te sirve amablemente. Pero el café es tan amargo que nunca lo termino. Pero solo hay café a la vuelta de la esquina y su café es fuerte y amargo también o algún desaliñado independiente con leche en polvo y esperando horas para un primer autobús que probablemente se cancelará de todos modos te lleva a un café y esa canela danesa que no realmente necesito. Estos cafés y First bus son los responsables de la obesidad en todos nosotros jajaja 😁 ¿cómo llegamos tan desesperados por café y pastel, como los teléfonos móviles, 24/7 ?

Pare para tomar café y croissant de camino al trabajo. Ninguna servilleta me dio la comida así que volví a la hasta para preguntarle a Gor uno. Esperé a que la mujer terminara de atender a un cliente y cortésmente le pedí una servilleta, ella respondió "estaba atendiendo a otro cliente" en un tono muy grosero. Dije, lo sé, por eso esperé a que terminaras con él. Tal actitud, de esta mujer a los 7 años. 30 am un lunes no es un buen augurio para cómo tratará a los clientes el resto de la semana. Lo evitaré en el futuro, hay muchas otras cafeterías en la zona, si no quieren mi costumbre.

We stopped here for a quick hot drink whilst out shopping. I really wish we hadn’t. Every spare table was filthy and stacked up high with dirty plates and cups. I politely asked the person behind the counter if we could have our table cleaned, they heard me but couldn’t even be bothered to answer. I waited a while then asked another member of staff. Same bizarre response. The Chai Latte I had was tasteless and the gluten free cake selection was very poor.

Un buon caffè per essere in Inghilterra. Locale carino e accogliente affacciato sulla via del mercatino dell’usato. Bene dai!

I was not happy with this nero. I usually always go to cafe nero as it is a lovely place for coffee. However on this particular visit, I felt horrible being there. I came into nero and ordered a latte for myself and a babychino for my 3 year old, I had a pram and shopping on me. Firstly I didn't get a tray so i had to navigate my child and pram to a seat whilst holding two hot drinks and some snacks. I was offered no help even though I clearly had my hands full. Secondly as it was busy we took a seat that had some rubbish from previous customers there. I was seated for a good half hour and no one came to clear the litter and empty cups. It wasn't like it was just one cup. There was four cups and a few plates and wrappers. Finally I was just about to exit and I was struggling with door and the pram, yet no one had the initiative to hold the door open or help. I'm sorry but I will not be returning to this nero, when I know I get excellent customer service on corn street.

I like Cafe Nero's coffee. I also like their tea. Most of all I love their apricot croissants whenever I can get one. I always. Search them out wherever I go. So should you.

Badly needed cup tea/Coffee and so this was nearest coffee shop. Hadn't visited a Nero before. We had lovely welcome and my tea was just how I like it, we also had a sandwich which we don't usually buy as they can be very dry,...

Had a fixed price lunch while spending the day shopping in Cabot circus. Good value. Really nice food. Albeit a small selection. Great wine and superb service.

Tea so full of milk tea bag was drowned. Spiced orange latte didn't taste of orange. Nothing to stir our drinks with for outside consumption

Th environment as well as the staff are very friendly. The place is beautifully decorated and the coffee is pretty good.
