99% of the time no problem, but sometimes you order through the app and it fails as something is not available, however, you go into the branch and order exactly the same from their machine no problem

didn’t even get my child’s toy my child was fuming and i was 2 pound 30 for a toy to be delivered and i never got it so i want that toy

The delivery time kept changing after being advertised as 25-30 minute delivery and I ended up waiting over an hour. The food was cold and stale when it arrived and my drink had spilled in the bag before it was handed to me

Extremely slow service, snails move at a faster pace. Took 15 minutes for a McMuffin meal when there’s only 2 orders. Tip, maybe order, do your weekly shop at Asda, then come back and collect your food. Even then you might still have to wait

it was awful the delivery driver was horrific and the food was all cold and we were missing 60% of our order.

Whoever packaged the fries put them in upside down so they all fell out as we took the bag out

After visiting this McDonald's restaurant a number of times it is time for a review. I am very split 50/50 on this one and have had good experiences and not so good experiences here. The food is usually hot and fresh although the last time I visited the fries were massively undercooked and almost inedible. The wait time is usually bad at busy times but as this restaurant is situated within a busy supermarket queues are to be expected. Staff are pretty unfriendly apart from the older lady who is there in the mornings who is always very friendly and another younger girl who they usually make clean tables all day. The others pretty much have constant scouls, most chat and play on there phones or sit around eating food. The tickets never ever print here, I think they just don't bother filling the machines with the paper at all so remember your order number or otherwise prepare to fight for the attention of the busy staff to tell you it. The atmosphere is as good as you could expect in the ghetto of East Street in Bristol. Expect the odd homeless person coming in and hassling you if not within the restaurant they will as you walk out. The homelessness problem around here I will not even get into here but it is really really bad so establishments can't help it. Overall 3 stars which is fair, it probably deserves 2 but is saved by mostly decent and fresh food and a few friendly staff.

Wrote in note for driver to come up to my door but he didn't and was impatient when I said I was coming as I'm live in a top floor flat. also the food delivery was wrong. we asked for two milkshakes and got two bottles of orange juice and they also didn't give us an extra we asked for.

All ok apart from fruit bag was ordered but got carrot sticks

Chips were rubbery and cold, my strawberry milkshake was missing the strawberry flavour and we had a 50 min wait for delivery

Shocking! Never received order. Just eat saying it has been delivered later than the actual time that it is. Customer service is rubbish as cannot contact anyone on the phone to try and sort this problem

Food was not all there, what was was wrong and cold

On receiving my order I soon was to realise that the fries was actually freezing. I couldn’t eat they was so cold. The selects was only luke warm. And the burger again was freezing cold. I’m not sure why how this can be acceptable.

driver was late and didn't want to come to the estate or floor and when he did he didn't want to delivery the food cause we refused to come down and collect it

Very noisy quite bad service as well and the location is very unfriendly.

Can we please ask our delivery drivers to wear deodorant? I almost keeled over collecting the food. Everything else foodwise was good.

The new feature of this McDonald's in Bristol is that it only plays classical music... It's perceived as a bit strange...

The restaurant is absolutely filthy. Lots of staff chatting and eating the offer rather than cleaning the eating area. The self service machines don't print receipts and for a McDonald's it's less than poor. I've never had to review a McDonald's before, but somebody higher up needs to pay a visit!

I ordered and my order got delivered more than 2 hours later, i could not receive it anymore. After negotiating with just eat i just got a refund for half the price I have paid. Please do not order from there and do not use just eat.

never turned up . mcdonalds sent order out with the just eat delivery driver but it never got here .

The girl who prepared the food did her job right away, but to be packed I waited a long time until the manager from the office came to serve me.

It's a busy McDonald's and hence like a factory at peak times. My largish order was stuffed into a single overflowing bag and missing the sauces, but the member of staff had run off so quickly I couldn't ask them to resolve it. The food was at least hot and fresh.

Absolutely blown away by the kindness of the staff in this mcdonald’s! I came here on the 15th August and the ladies who served me and my friends were so delightful and friendly, we had to talk about it. Great customer service really makes all the difference and puts people in a good mood, so thankyou ladies :)

Called in here for the first and last time, it was extremely dirty, cramped and dingy. The food was subpar and the large coffee was only half full.

It's McDonald's so you know what you're getting. This one is inside Asda supermarket so is convenient if you are shopping there. The toilets are illuminated with blue lights - to deter some people. I reminded myself why I prefer to visit independent coffee shops!

Seen bathrooms bigger than this McDonald’s hence the wait time for food. If you ever see what I can only describe as the fat trollop manager, tattoos up her arms & body buldging out the seams of her managerial uniform…. Try your best to not deal with her… supposed to be the lead role in the place & has the worst attitude out the lot of them. Told her to keep my food for herself after dealing with her and walked away. Embarrassing place even more embarrassing woman or man I could be mistaken.
