£30 for a breakfast, panini, and drinks for 2. The fried egg was really horrible looking and came covered in condensation - the panini was ‘fine’ but for about £13 there was not a lot inside it at all.... the iced coffee and flat white were ‘fine’ but not particularly good quality coffee, a bit thin to taste. The packaging was inadequate, the box it came in can’t be eaten out of so has to be put on a plate which is just inconvenient. Avoid.

I go here all the time as it is just round the corner from my house. The soft play is one of the best as their are no larger kids, making it uncomfortable got toddlers. The food is good and a reasonable price. The staff are always really helpful both in general and with kids. I'm going to keep coming I just felt I should finally leave a good review on a place I enjoy that much.

I have ordered an Oreo dream crêpe and a flat white coffee. The crêpe was really tasty, it came with vanilla ice cream and strawberries. I recommend this place as a café and as a great place to play for kids. The staff is friendly, amazing serving.

I ordered eggs florentine on deliveroo from Bubble Play Cafe, but when I opened it and plated it up wasn’t only half cooked (picture attached). The food was inedible as didn’t want to eat raw egg. I complained, but they refused to offer a refund. Definitely won’t be returning!

It was a cold march morning and decided with my friends to come here for brunch. The staff were very friendly and help us with our choices. We all had cooked breakfast to try and warm us up. Lovely presentation and very hot. The sausages were great and the hot tea was very welcomed.. the atmosphere was warm and cosy. Thank you.... We will return with other friends..

Had a visit with family and kids to bubble play cafe, the food was absolutely delicious, kids meals were brilliant, the staff on duty Mark and Jerome, were so friendly and polite. There was a soft play area available, we didn't use it this time but I'm sure we will on our next visit. Highly recommend, especially if you have kids.

I love it here, it never disappoints. Best sausages in Bristol (the spicy garlic ones)! deliciously crisp fries, well-cooked breakfasts and coffee. Fantastic choice of different freshly made pancakes and waffles and lovely good quality icecreams. What's not to like? The staff cant do enough for you and the café is clean and pleasant. They have an upstairs play area for toddlers as well. This is such a well run café and you can tell the owners really care about your experience and their products. The gem of East Street.

Myself and my girlfriend stumbled across this place whilst looking around Bedminster. Inside was very clean and tidy along with hosting very friendly staff. The waffle we had was clearly fresh (Something which I appreciate greatly ) and the Milkshake/frappe was absolutely to die for (dark chocolate and hazelnut). It is was on par with sundae gelato/Kaspa's and worth the visit. PLEASE GO - YOU WONT REGRET IT!

I went with my young son and wife during the run up to Christmas where I had booked a week off work to get my Christmas shopping done. It was a good day out overall, but sadly my attempt at some respite in this Costa was thwarted by one abhorrently rude member of staff. It started when I ordered our drinks at the till. Mine and my wife's drinks were fine, but when I asked about the free 'babycchino' for my son, the woman on the till- Anna- told me they had run out of the small cups for the kids drinks and that they'd have to charge us for a whole regular size cup of milk if we wanted one! After stating the obvious that Anna could simply put a small amount of milk in a regular cup, she huffed, poured out the drinks and abruptly handed me the tray. When we sat down, the tables were messy and sticky. Granted it was busy and the run up to Christmas, but basic hygiene is not a duty that should be shirked. After finishing I needed to use the restroom, so I went to the right of the tills and queued for use of the loo. When I got in there I could hardly breathe. The smell was awful. I went straight out to the tills and spoke to Anna again to tell her that the their toilets needed attention. I got the same huffy attitude from Anna who told me that they were nothing to do with her as the toilets were managed by Primark. She didn't even contact her Primark colleagues or a manager to let them know that someone had smeared excrement on the floor in there. Truly a shocking experience.

I ordered a takeaway coffee and phoned friends to change cafe .Photo is of the large cappuccino! Half a cup of cold coffee. Don't bother going here lots more lovely coffee shops close by.

Turned up at 1720 to have a juice but was told by a rather sullen lady that I could only have coffee as they were closing at 6. Then she over charged me.. not very welcoming.

Branch in the Royal West of England Art Gallery, Queen’s Road, Bristol. Summer infusion teas were totally stunning and, unlike most cafes, had no sugar or syrup in them. Peach/Berry was superb and the Earl Grey (tho obviously a bit sour due to its nature) was also v good. (1 other flavour I didn’t try). Staff exceptionally friendly & helpful. Lovely venue (inside the Gallery building) with metal seats (I think it was) & small tables outside. NOTE a year’s Pass is currently £16 to visit exhibitions as much as 1 wants, so only about £5 or less each time.
