Lovely little gem of a place down a pretty road almost next door to a pub. Pretty interior lit with lamps and candles providing a cosy intimate dining room.Thankyou for my gorgeous flowers, such a lovely touch 💕 Bring your own wine a great idea as its a good option, they do make delicious mocktails tho. We shared a gorgeous tasty chorizo starter and followed with tapas plates of meatballs in a rich tomato sauce, French fries, Spanish potatoes, chicken in garlic, mushrooms and greens, all beautifully prepared and served, very delicious. A good array of main meals and tapas and specials for Saturday. A nice reminder of portugal and it's cuisine. Thoroughly recommend. obrigada xx

Hamza catered for us and 80 of our friends and family the evening before our wedding. His falafel wraps were fresh and delicious and his service was efficient but fun and relaxed too. Everyone loved him and his food

Place showed open till 3am on Google, cam at 12 and it was closed, drove 20 min, waste of time

We have visited the Abbey House a few years ago and drive especially with a detour to revisit. Since my wife uses a wheelchair I asked to be seated on the lawns just a few steps from the terrace to make an accessible place available (we had been seated there during our prvfious visit). The waiter answered: we only put tables there duiding a wedding. So no other option for us then just leave the place since which is NOT accesible for a wheelchair. We were very disappionted and felt unwelcomed.

There's seating outside, but it's a bit miserable today. Ignore the beautiful blonde waitress - she'll keep you waiting forever. Walk through to the back and order at the counter.. I had a double espresso - not bad at all - and a bacon bap. Generous portion of bacon. There's a double bacon bap on the menu , tempting, but I resisted Clean and bright and full of regulars having a chat - always a good sign

We hired Exe Valley for our wedding and they were fantastic! The pizzas were the best I’d ever had and all our guests gave rave reviews. They were super efficient and friendly. Thank you so much for starting our wedding weekend perfectly !

Ordered on Uber eats, driver cancelled on me twice which meant order took over an hour. The restaurant called me and apologised and the staff were absolutely lovely and offered to remake the food which was very kind of them. They then wrote a lovely apology message on the box and sent both the original pizza and the new pizza they cooked which was very kind of them. Pizza was also amazing best I have ever had!! Thank you!

Enjoyed a delicious lunch. Warm and welcoming atmosphere, highly recommend for a light lunch in Moreton-In-Marsh, will certainly return in future!

The flavor combinations are incredible and the service was there to match. Nothing was rushed and it was totally relaxed. Front of house was exceptional.

The food here was delicious. We came for brunch with our 2 year old, and the space was really accommodating and he absolutely loved his pancakes! Great food and service, would absolutely recommend.

Another terrible and seriously overpriced example of Thai food in North Devon. At £9.50 for noodles, with a bit of egg and vegetables, which probably cost 30p to make, plus 50p-£1.50 extra for any other ingredient, I would not have eaten here had it not been the only option at an event that I attended. Tofu is a standard ingredient in pad thai, whether you have chicken, prawn etc. or plain. Yet here, it’s an extra 50p. Ordered with prawn for an extra £1.50 and I think there were 4. Hardly any vegetables. Noodles undercooked. Not enough sauce. Not enough garnish. Serious rip off. Will never come back.

Friendly staff very informative about entertainment in the pub over the weekend. Very clean and welcoming. Will be back for the meat raffle. Thanks Megan xx
