Fabulous service and atmosphere

Nettes kleines italienisches Restaurant mit einer guten Auswahl an Speisen. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist gut, nach 10 Minuten bereits am Tisch, was bei frischer Zubereitung schwierig ist. Ein echter Kritikpunkt sind die völlig abgegriffenen Speisekarten. Die sollten dringend erneuert werden!

Good choice of food we all had something different and all were excellent. Service was first class. Toilet facilities are spotless, good parking and we will certainly be back.

Not great, food cold, we didn't feel welcomed, rude staff, shame as used to be so nice. I would not recommend. The Old Inn which is in the village is much nicer.

Some.bars and shops. Good access to the water via large but busy slipway. Plenty of parking nearby but be warned it's very expensive and very active/over the top/extremely prompt ticketing from wardens. Torbay council need to take a look at themselves.

Had my xmas lunch there, and it was very nice. Lovely food, good service and great atmosphere.

Booked a table weeks ago for a Christmas meal with friends. Upon arrival we were seated at the bar area, the Christmas menu was unavailable to us apparently they had either emailed or left a message to see which menu we were ordering from (this was not received by us). From the booking system we believed we had the Christmas menu. The staff were rude and didn’t understand that they hadn’t contacted us, nor did they care! Do better Britannia Inn, listen to customers and if you need to contact people - actually contact them!!!

Had lunch today 11/12/12. All round excellent from start to finish and will definitely be returning. Amazing service, excellent value and really good affordable food. Thanks to Chris,Jo and the team.

We could NOT go! I was really saddened that they could not provide a different service for a disabled child than their other customers... (just book ahead to ensure wheelchair space) We are in 2024, with your attitude, there would be no paralympics! Please refer to this for future reference: the website for equality and humanrights and its guidance for retailers' legal responsibility towards disabled customers.

The Smugglers never fail to deliver. Last night we had 4 great tasting meals in a great atmosphere and good service and at a reasonable price.

Very friendly staff and delicious food

Very nice food, served quickly by helpful staff. Marquee area is comfortable, inside has a warm and cosy atmosphere.
