The Italian Villa in Poole

An amazing place. The staff, the setting, the food was all perfect. A brilliant venue for our wedding day that I would highly recommend. Shannon, Bianca, Kiki and the team were brilliant, and I couldn’t fault them. All our guests spoke glowingly about the setting, and the quality of the food. It’s a must see for any couples looking for a wedding venue, or somewhere for a function. We look forward to coming down again over the coming months.

As a coeliac I was concerned about attending a friend's wedding at a venue I had not previously visited. I need not have worried. The whole event was fantastically managed and the food was amazing. For the wedding breakfast, each course was delivered to me with the reassuring announcement that this was my coeliac meal. I have to add that as a diagnosed coeliac for over 20 years this was probably the best meal I have eaten out in that time. Every item of every course, which looked exactly the same as my dining companions, was full of wonderful flavours. For the evening buffet I was delivered a plate full of six different items, including 'home made' gluten free pizza. Again, I was reassured when I noticed the gluten free label on the plate. . . and again the quality and taste of the food was incredible. It takes a lot to impress me when I am eating out and I often leave restaurants feeling underwhelmed by what I have eaten. Not on this occasion. Since finding out that the venue (Compton Acres) also has a pizzeria I shall certainly be taking a trip back to try that! Great venue. Great food. Great service. What more could I ask?

Where do we begin? From the start of planning to the end of the wedding day, the team at The Italian Villa were incredible. From the day we booked the venue we had endless questions and the team were super responsive and Lauren & Frankie were always happy to help. Hats off to the chefs as our food tasting evening was amazing and the food on our wedding day was even more incredible. On the day Bianca was phenomenal, she helped set up our crisp wall in advance, put together a surprise for the groom, worked with our suppliers for decoration and music etc and everything ran seamlessly. We've always dreamed of having the perfect wedding day and it exceeded our expectations and more. Every single one of our guests were blown away by the venue, the food and the attention to detail throughout the day. We couldn't fault a single thing if I tried! We cannot thank everyone at The Italian Villa enough for everything they did for us, we had the most perfect wedding day and have the most amazing wedding memories that will last a lifetime.

We aren't sure where to start in expressing our thanks and gratitude to you all for making our wedding day so unbelievably perfect. The whole day ran without a hitch, and that was all because of your careful planning, organisation, and attention to details. We had amazing feedback on the food, the grounds and gardens, and the staff at the venue. A massive thanks to Lauren for first showing us around the venue 18 months ago and answering our thousand questions via email ever since. Also, a huge thanks to Bianca who was a pure angel on the day, and it felt like another friend was there with us. She did everything and more. Also, a thank you to all those behind the scenes who we may not have met or spoken to in depth, such as the kitchen staff, the bar staff and everyone else. We will be back to visit you again in the future, as Compton Acres will always now be a special place in our hearts. You are all so good at what you do, and it doesn't go unnoticed.

We visited the Italian Villa for our wedding reception and it was perfect! The venue is gorgeous, especially in summer and the staff were great. Bianca, our wedding organizer sorted out everything we needed and the day went very smoothly. Great food options for people with dietary requirements - we had quite a few vegetarians and people who can't eat gluten and they all loved the wedding dinner. Good size dance floor with seating around it - perfect for a long night of dancing. The gardens attached to the villa were ideal to make memorable moments and we got some really nice pictures there. Thank you so much to Lauren, Bianca and the rest of the team who helped make our special day so amazing!

We got married here at the Italian Villa, and it was absolutely magical ✨️ and simply perfect in every way. Lauren. Bianca and the team were all exceptional. The venue. The food. The staff 10/10 .My day was amazing and the guests were blown away. Everything was done for us then all packed up and ready for us to take the next day. The staff are so professional, caring., and went above and beyond. The food was mouth watering and had the wow factor. This place is a secret heaven.

BEST EVER!!!!!!!! We went to celebrate a 40th Birthday and although we got there later than expected we were given 1st class service & 2 pieces of fresh fish. It was sooooooo delicious.

We had a wonderful time and the team at the Villa certainly looked after us on our special day. A big thank you to Lauren for organising every detail; Byanca and Kiki for managing our event, making us feel so comfortable and letting us just relax and enjoy every minute. The food was excellent, from the canapes, the wedding breakfast and the evening buffet. Everyone complimented the kitchen on the quality and presentation.

Me and my new wife had the most amazing wedding at the Italian villa on the 02/12. From start to finish from planning the wedding to the day coming around, Hannah and her team were nothing short of amazing. On the day, Hannah went above and beyond for anything I needed and it made me feel so relaxed. Nothing was too much trouble for Hannah and her team and she made it feel extra special. The food was out of this world and it was one of the highlights of the day from all the guests. Every dish felt like it was specifically prepared for that person and was so fresh. Even the evening buffet street food was amazing and every one couldn’t get enough of the mini Yorkshire pudding canapés! Kiki was amazing when she took over from Hannah aswell and even the bar staff were incredible for anything we needed. If I ever had another wedding (hopefully I don’t) I’d 100% have it here again. Thank you so much to Compton acres for the best day ever!

My daughters wedding was held at the Italian Villa on October 23rd and it was the most perfect day! Sinead, Kiki and the rest of the team couldn’t have done enough for us and they really helped make the day special. Thank you to you all :))))

We got married here at the villa 2 weeks ago and we have such great memories of the day for the rest of our lives. The venue speaks for itself its beautiful, such a stunning location. We are waiting on our professional photos but we can't wait to see them, the grounds are perfect and stunning for wedding photos. Id always wanted to get married at the villa as I had visited the gardens on many occasions and when we got engaged we couldn't of been happier to meet Lauren and Sinead and get our date for the wedding booked in. Lauren and Sinead were so helpful from start to finish planning the wedding. We had Sinead look after us on the day and we couldn't of been in better hands, she made us feel so comfortable and helped everything to run smoothly. The food was amazing all the guests loved it and the presentation was outstanding. We wanted the wow factor and we most definitely got that. We will never forget our perfect day at the villa and along with all the suppliers we used the day was just amazing. Thank you to everyone at the villa who was part of our planning and being part of our special wedding day it is a day we will never forget. We got married at the Italian Villa Compton acres on the 11.09.22. we cannot express how grateful we are to the team for the most amazing wedding day - literally, it was perfect. The staff were communicative from day one and Lauren and her team helped us to plan the perfect day. On the actual day, Sinead and her team looked after us from the moment we arrived until the end - I cannot remember the evening managers name (my sincere apologies I don't want to get it wrong) but she was also fantastic - even telling me and my 'husband lol' to get into a taxi at the end and go enjoy our wedding night and she would ensure that all my family and friends got taxis and got home safe. The venue is stunning, the gardens are beautiful and inside they ensured every last detail is taken care of. The food was exceptional, we had guests whom are known to eat at a lot of renowned Michelin star restaurants, they were blown away! We chose the salmon main and the mushroom wellington, we had a lot of varied dietary needs, including someone who couldn't eat mushrooms, tomatoes, onion or garlic and was vegan - our guest kindly said she did not expect a meal as her dietary requirements were so difficult - that did not stop the venue, the chef immediately saw it as a challenge and made them specialist meals at no additional cost. We loved everything about our day - we cannot thank the team enough and would highly recommend them to everyone, in fact, a couple of our friends from Richmond, now want to steal it as a venue!! Thank you all so much, we know you have wedding after wedding but you made us feel special despite this and probably do not realise how much it means to us.We will never forget our special day. We had our wedding here in August and it was everything we could could dreamed of and more. The girls who helped planning it were amazing from start to finish. They even helped sew my staps back on when the broke just before I walked down the isle (life savers), they honestly couldn't have done more for you! The food was delicious, everyone kept telling us how much they loved it! The whole day was just beautiful and we got the most incredible pictures. Definitely a day to be be remembered! Thanks again to everyone in the team who made our day so special.

Attended here for a wedding in September. Food was delicious, the staff excited the day fabulously and without a hitch! Brilliant and stunning venue with excellent staff!

I was a guest at a wedding on 4th August. Beautiful grounds, perfectly executed by the coordinator, top quality food. A big thank you to all the chefs, full marks to all the staff involved. Amazing and well done

From the first day we viewed the Italian Villa to the wedding day, everyone we met/contacted could not of been any more helpful. Lauren was constantly receiving emails from us asking about anything that popped into our heads about the wedding. Even when we turned up for a meeting an hour late, she was so kind and didn't mention it to us while there. Even though our baby crawled around and slowly destroyed the office. Our wedding food tasting was a lovely experience and got us excited for the day. With again, everyone making our decisions that little bit easier. From a few days before, Hannah was an absolute star. She was able to quickly help us with a sudden change in dietary requirement. Our wedding set up was exactly what we pictured and we didn't need to worry about it. On the day, she was smiley/warm, calm but organised and kept the day flowing. She was happy to suddenly change timings in the day and was always available. Our baby was an angel but she reassured us that she was on hand if we needed help. The food was absolutely outstanding and lots of people commented it was the best wedding food they've had. We honestly couldn't of thought of a better day and have never felt so much love for us in one room. It was a day to remember for ever all thanks to everyone at the Italian Villa, thank you so much. So, my husband and I originally had planned to get married on 21.11.20, throughout 2020 we thought we would be ok given the circumstances but obviously that changed as the months went on. Changing from 30 guests, to 15 guests, to then finding out on 31st October we were going into lockdown as of 5.11.20 was heartbreaking. Hannah at the Villa, contacted us asking if there was anything she could do - next thing we know, we were getting married on the day before lockdown, everything was ready for 15 guests, the food had all been procured and the day was absolutely faultless. Nothing was too much trouble for Hannah and the team. Honestly, best venue, best staff, best day. Could not recommend it enough. The grounds speak for themselves as the botanical gardens are just stunning, but to have that and the help of Hannah and the team was pure perfection. Couldn't think of a better place to get married. Thank you so much to everyone at Compton Acres. (Also, our guests said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding).

My husband and I had our beautiful wedding recently at the Italian Villa, I would highly recommend... not only for their stunning scenery but the staff went over and beyond toMake our day as perfect as it was. Like many others we was due to marry March 2020, 6 days prior to our wedding we was effected by lockdown our day was sadly taken from us, then beales gourmet went into administration. Since then Bernard and his wonderful team did everything in their power to make our special day happen and we are forever grateful. Even with the latest guidelines from the government only allowing us to have 15 guests I would not change a thing! A small intimate wedding turned out to be even better than we hoped. The grounds are stunning and so are our photos. And most importantly we are finally married!!!!

Dont book this venue! Absolute shambles with 0 sympathy for the 100s of couples that have been robbed. There a guranteed disaster waiting to happen.

Don't book your special day with the Italian Villa, even if/when it comes out of adminstration. How they've handled the situation, is beyond heartbreaking for each and every couple that has booked. Events like this reflect the true values of those in charge and unforutnately hightlights that money comes first. Nobody was informed by the villa itself, but found out through facebook, news articles etc. Benard the owner of the italian villa, did not step up and has let down hundreds of couples. They are making couples repay and rebook using a credit card, so I worry that they're a disaster waiting to happen and wouldn't want any couples going through the hell we have had too. We have lost thousands because of this and cannot afford another wedding - please be careful and stay stafe!

I was to attend a wedding this year which has been cancelled due to caterers going into administration.who allegedly hire the venue on an annual basis from the owner Where is the venue owner, come on and step up and offer something to the people who have booked. You are still advertising as a wedding venue DO SOMETHING.

My son has a wedding booked with them this year ,and they have gone into administration ,such a shock and have heard nothing from them .Absolutely heartbroken ,very angry that they are ignoring our calls and emails .So sorry for anyone else that is affected by this .

We attended the Italian Villa for a New Year wedding on 3 January. It was just perfect. The staff were all attentive and helpful, the food was just delicious and the ceremony in the upstairs suite was extremely moving, seeing two lovely people exchanging their vows.The weather, which had started a bit misty and murky, actually turned up trumps and gave us some winter sunshine. A great day and great choice of venue. Thank you to everyone who made it so enjoyable.

Wow. What an amazing place for a wedding. Truly breathtaking gardens and beautiful Italian villa for all sections of the wedding. Greeted warmly on arrival, lovely area for the wedding ceremony and then the drinks and canapes in the garden immediately after were delicious. Attentive smiley friendly staff at all times. Fabulous food for the wedding party and enjoyable day overall. If I wasnt already married I would definitely be booking this place for my own wedding. Truly stunning.

We had our daughters wedding at the Italian Villa. The Villa is in a stunning location with glorious gardens.All our guest said how they enjoyed the day. The staff were very helpful and the coordinators arranged the day perfectly. Lovely gardens in the sunshine with exceptional water features. We had an organsied firework display and excellent food and service. Very professional and friendly. Italian and Japanese. Also small but attractive garden centre!

My self and my husband got married here on the 30th May. I must start with WOW, The whole day was more then perfect and so much more then we could have dreamed of. The sun was out and the day from start to finish was AMAZING. All the guest said it was the best wedding they have been to. The way the every part of the Italian villa was perfect and made myself and my husband cry. We had Stephanie (sorry if we spelt you name wrong ) looking over the whole wedding she was incredible ( I don’t think that word really does her justice ) she is an amazing part of the team. She made the whole day perfect The whole team at Italian were just high class and perfect. The food again WOW perfect. The pictures that see on line really don’t do justice and the team here I felt like they were family. We can see why all the awards come to the Italian villa. In the evening we had Tom over seeing the evening and again perfect. If you want a wedding that is high class with amazing gardens with perfect food and world class then please pick here. We didn’t just get a wedding we got a perfect day with perfect staff and a day that we last forever. This is our second family wedding held here. It didn’t disappoint, easy parking attentive staff lovely grounds and quality food. Whilst the bar is a little expensive (it was never going to be cheap!) 2 Presseco f£13.

Wow what a venue! We attended a wedding in April and it was just superb. The venue is amazing, beautiful grounds and lovely to walk through. The food was first class and the service was exemplary, we just couldn’t fault anything, just superb.

My daughter’s wedding was held at this AMAZING Venue on 7th Feb. The Italian Villa is definitely the place to have a wedding. It’s a wonderful Venue and everything you could possibly need for a great wedding is provided. We had the ceremony here and the wedding breakfast which was truly delicious and the gardens were a lovely setting for the photos. The room for the evening party was perfect for a live band and DJ.

This was the second year we as a company held our Annual Event at The Italian Villa and were so pleased with the helpfulness and professionalism of all staff from the initial booking to the end of the evening with the door staff. Nothing at all could be said negatively about the entire evening from start to finish. We had 175 people attend for a sit down 3 Course Dinner, which was excellent from Beales Gourmet. Thank you to each and every one of you and a special mention to Drew .

Went here with my elderly mother and an older friend, although it was busy the service was quick and the food was exceptional. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back soon.

We went to a friend's wedding, our first time at this venue. Lovely place, very good staff, absolutely brilliant food.

We just got back from a wonderful wedding at the Italian Villa in Bournemouth. The staff were very friendly, the gardens were immaculate and stunning, just a truly beautiful setting. The food was superb, really surprised as wedding food can hit or miss. A true gem.

Attended a wedding here which was beautiful, gorgeous weather made the already stunning gardens the perfect venue for wandering in during the day. Venue inside was light and airy and tables were tastefully decorated. Food was excellent and the staff were great, especially Eloise who kept out glasses filled with peach mixed prosecco whilst we enjoyed the sun. Very nice, very enjoyable would highly recommend this venue for your big day x

Set in lovely grounds with opportunities to explore. This venue lends itself to private and exclusive functions. The service is excellent and the team are well versed in running events. The only downside being the extremely tough lamb served. It was over done and more like mutton than lamb as a result. Had I bring paying for it as opposed to being a guest I would have sent it back. I didn’t complain at the time for the same reason.

We have just returned from a friends wedding at the Italian villa at the end of March. The surrounding are beautiful and even though the weather was not particularly nice, we were able to get out in to the grounds for the photographs. The staff were very attentive, food good, although the main course vegetarian option was a little disappointing (veggie burger)! However, the pre-dinner canopies and the late night fish and chips, bacon rolls etc. were excellent. Overall, an excellent venue for a wedding.

We celebrated our daughters wedding here on the 21st May 2017.

Parking difficult to start, after the ceremony you get shuffled along to this small area of the gardens where you are penned in. Don't be the last one to the small drinks table as to be told there are no more drinks available. All this happens while the Bride and Groom go off for photos and you are told off if you go and have a look around the gardens. Then moved to a large room to eat the small portioned over salted meal with 1/2 a glass of wine because there wasn't enough to go around. Onto the evening in the basement with an expensive bar and also closed in from the outside world at 11pm due to noise levels with a rude DJ. Not a good experience for a group of friends.

The Italian Villa was a charming spot which was able to accommodate all the needs and desires of the wedding couple. I particularly appreciate that they were able to provide vegan options for guests with dietary restrictions.

We visited the villa back in august was a stunning venue. The staff were young but seemed well organised. Would highly recommend if in the dorset area.

El entorno es precioso y el personal era tan concentrados y realmente funcionaba perfectamente juntos como un equipo. Los vasos estaban siempre cubiertas y estaban tan coherente con el servicio. Muchas gracias a 2 personal encantador que conocí Candice y Annie quienes fueron tan sonriente y animado y muy servicial que hice de recordar sus nombres. La verdad es que hacen un día más especial cuando tienes tan contento que el atento personal sonriente hacer bien su trabajo. Eso combinado con el hermoso lugar y comida encantadora hizo un día perfecto y sin duda recomendaré a familiares y amigos! Personal que merecen como felicitando! ! Gracias Villa Italiana muy impresionado!

Vine aquí para una boda a principios de junio. Los jardines son preciosos. Un lugar perfecto para celebrar una boda, especialmente si tienes suerte con el tiempo. El catering fue excelente, probablemente la mejor comida que he probado en una boda. El personal era atento y acogedor. Lugar impresionante, me olvidé que estaba en Inglaterra!

We attended a family wedding here, which we all agreed was a great venue. The food was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed the belly pork which was cooked to perfection. An excellent wedding venue only downside for guests was that drinks are pretty expensive.

I got married here on 31st July 2016. It was the best day I could have hoped for - The gardens are beautiful, the staff are amazing, the food was to die for. As the bride I received a lot of comments about how lovely the food was - especially from the vegetarians of our party (myself included), compliments to the kitchen staff!My husband and I visit the gardens on a regular basis - beautiful no matter what time of year. Definitely recommend a visit if you're in the area!

Attended a family wedding this last weekend. Absolutely stunning gardens and the reception decoration was out of this world. The staff were brilliant - so friendly and nothing too much trouble. The food was incredible - beautifully presented and tasted amazing. We were so impressed with this place and I know our family were extremely happy with everything.

We were guests at at venue for a wedding... Whilst i can say the grounds were nice, that is about all i can say for the venue.... It was not amazing, or beautiful.... Just nice.....

Lovely location for weddings, the grounds are expansive and very attractive. Food was also of a good standard.

Visited TIV as guests of Sam & Katherine's wedding in November. On arrival you felt it would be a good experience as the venue was purpose built for weddings.The day went to plan and we enjoyed the wedding breakfast (apart from a tasteless risotto) and the staff were friendly and efficient.The evening continued in the basement with drinking and dancing until the early hours and a good time was had by all.Overall a good wedding venue you should check out if you are planning a wedding.

We had our wedding at the Italian villa at the end of October. We had the most perfect day we could have imagined. From booking our date we received prompt and helpful responses from the team and Laura was exceptional in her manner and friendly attitude. Every time we spoke her responses felt personal and honest. On the day, the two events managers we had were able to work flexibly to our agreements and ensured everything ran on time without us having to worry about that side of things. The catering at Beales Gourmet was incredible (I'd highly recommend the new forest mushrooms). Many of our guests complimented the food. The venue itself is very elegant and pretty, and with the addition of our flowers and decorations looked simply stunning. The venue also has some great grounds for beautiful photos and it's a short drive from the sandbanks beaches. I've rated the venue 5* because there was nothing we could fault, inpeccibly efficient and beautifully presented. We had the perfect day, thank you

Absolutely beautiful venue! It looks exactly like the photos. I would definitely recommend it for a wedding. The food was great as well as the service. The room was bright and opens up onto the garden. Don't forget your camera when you go!

Adjacent to the Italian Garden at Compton Acres, this is a lovely venue for a formal evening. The gardens look good most of the year and are a perfect accompaniment to a glass of champagne if the weather is good. Inside the catering is by Beales Gourmet Ltd and you get what you pay for. Service is slick and the atmosphere ideal for a wedding, company dinner etc.

The Italian Villa was a stunning place to attend a wedding. It has wonderful manicured gardens, lawns and pond which was perfect as a great backdrop for photos. The villa itself has 3 levels which are accessible by lift (which was important for us as we had a pram). The ground floor was were we had the wedding breakfast, a great space for the 80 guests as it didn't feel cramped. The first floor was were the wedding vows took place and the room was set up beautifully, carpet with petals strewn across, an arch where the bride and groom exchanged vows that was garnished with flowers and garlands, candles inside large, decorative holders to add a touch of luxury. The bar is located in the basement and the room was set up for dancing with a good dance floor plus sofas tucked away to the side area for people wanting to rest. This is definitely a memorable venue to host an important function. The staff were hospitable and friendly and I have no hesitation recommending it.

Probably the finest wedding reception venue we have ever experienced with excellent surroundings supported by well organised professional and attentive staff. This venue provides a high quality setting offering a top quality menu. Cannot speak highly enough.

We were there for my youngest sons wedding party.It is a lovely venue about to cater for large parties.The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly.

The friendly, and highly efficient, organisation of Kathrynn and Rich's wedding on Sunday, 14 August was fantastic. Everything ran so smoothly, the three function rooms were ideally suited to their separate purposes; the ceremony in a light and bright top floor room, the dining room was spacious and airy (on a very hot day so welcome); and the evening function room managed to be both intimate and roomy. The whole day was wonderful, from the pre-ceremony fizz to the last dance, everyone present had a fabulous time. The food was great, the waiting staff cheerful and always helpful, lead by the untiring Nicola- well done everyone at the Italian Villa.Thank you for making sure everyone had a great day, especially the bride and groom.

We had our fabulous wedding at the Villa in April. We could not fault the service, venue, staff or food and our guests all had a brilliant day. The organisation was flawless with everything taken care of so we didn't need to worry about a thing. The setting is beautiful and we were lucky to have a day with good weather so could enjoy the gardens. Our wedding coordinators were Kate and Megan who looked after us superbly and made sure the day ran smoothly and nothing was too much trouble. They looked after us and our guests brilliantly and many commented how fab they were! The food was delicious and our guests were all served promptly with no table waiting for their meal. We looked at other venues but this for us was the favourite and we were certainly not disappointed, we had the most amazing day.

We had our wedding here on Sunday 14th August. The whole process with Compton acres/ Italian villa from booking to the organising to the delivering was 5 star!! Our "big girl" Nicola was superb! She made my wife enjoy her day even more by always being there when we needed something! The weather was amazing couldn't of been more luckier in that aspect but the gardens were colourful and well maintained and made a perfect back drop to our photos, the food was superb, perfectly cooked duck, the salmon starter was exquisite and the dessert was perfect!! The whole day just flowed and we have had letters and cards to say how much people enjoyed their time at the villa. We would recommend the Italian villa and beales catering to anyone we Can't start to describe how much we enjoyed ourselves.

I thought this would be the usual enclosed office warehouse for our work meeting but a real surprise awaited when I saw the spectacular gardens. Compton acres are definitely worth a visit when in the area

We were visiting last Friday for a friends wedding.The area where the ceremony took place was large enough light and modern, the registrar kept the service flowing and made a few jokes, keeping everyone at ease.We then walked through the gardens where photos were taking and into a dining area for around 70-80 guests.The staff worked well serving the meals which were of a good quality.Then it was downstairs to the bar area, group/disco, dancing, roulette and blackjack before cabs at midnight to our hotel.Overall a very good wedding venue split up into 3 distinct areas which worked excellently.Worth the driving, a beautiful day and function location.

Today we attended a wedding at The very beautiful Italian Villa. In short, this is a bloody great venue for any wedding. Romantic, fun, serious, chilled, beautiful are words which come to mind when reflecting on this venue. Given the job I do, in a global hospitality company, I expect a LOT. Grace and her very excellent team were the most hospitable I've seen in years. Nicola (waitress) amongst others was brilliant - friendly, chatty, and clearly LOVED what she does. I was MC at today's wedding and working with Grace was just so easy - she was all over everything from beginning to end.We just left this lovely venue having had a fantastic day. Highly recommend!

My daughter had her wedding here May Bank Holiday. It was a great day fantastic venue, well organised and the garden setting was stunning. Staff were lovely and organised everything superbly. Grace was looking after my daughters needs that day and we could not fault her she arranged everything and it went like clockwork made my daughter feel at ease.Wedding breakfast food was lovely and the evening buffet was also very nice. Canapes were served in the early afternoon great variety.Highly recommend for a wedding.

My son and his new bride held their wedding ceremony at The Italian Villa. The room was beautiful and we were blessed with lovely weather. It was the perfect setting. We did not have food, so we are not able to rate that, but as a location for a wedding ceremony it was just lovely.

Attended a wedding and was very impressed with this venue. It's a beautiful building inside and out with gorgeous gardens. All the staff were brilliant and the food was delicious. If you are lucky enough to have a sunny day, as we did, then the gardens are perfect for wedding photos and very well kept. The inside was very clean and well looked after, no peeling paint etc, just generally very well maintained. If you are considering having a wedding here then I would highly recommend.

We came here in December for our friends wedding. The venue is very beautiful and ideal for weddings. The staff were all very 'on the ball' and the waiting staff worked very hard all day. The long haired blonde girl (who I believe was on a uni placement), was very professional and alert. We noticed her hard work all throughout the day. The food was also very nice, though portions fairly small.

We had the most wonderful day. Cannot recommend it enough. The food was described as the best our guests had ever had. The venue and gardens are breath taking. The staff are all friendly and professional with nothing being too much trouble. It lives up to its award of best wedding venue by a mile

Superb Location. Excellent venue for a wedding. Beautiful gardens to wander through. Service is superb! Stunning alltogether makes for an amazing wedding.

What a perfect setting for a wedding. The three different levels works really well. Top floor for the ceremony the second floor for the wedding breakfast (excellent) and the lower floor for the dancing. Plus the amazing Italian gardens for the photo's. This venue is superb. Everything you could want for the perfect wedding

This venue is absolutely wonderful. It is one great experience from the moment you enter the gardens until the wedding breakfast. The food is excellent and the staff friendly and efficient.
