The worst food I have ever had delivered. Items missing from delivery and the staff denied I had ordered it. King prawn balls were so soggy they fell apart getting the out of the bag. Burnt prawn toast rock hard ribs which were smaller than my child’s finger. When I phoned to complain they tried to offer half the money as a refund. I honestly wouldn’t have fed it to my dog so refused and said I wanted a full refund and they made me bring it back to the shop rather than collecting. Followed by very poor customer service when returning the food and being told they knew what had happened? PLEASE TELL ME WHAT DID YOU FORGET HOW TO COOK BECAUSE THAT IS THE ONLY REASON FOOD LIKE THAT SHOULD LEAVE YOUR BUSINESS.
AVOID AVOID AVOID.
The Staff are truly what customer service is all about , I cannot praise them highly enough!
The food is always fresh and exactly as I order ( i.e pickles on the side )
The ambience is so welcoming, not many places feel this comfortable for a solo diner believe me ...
All in all , I enjoy being here !
Needs a good clean and staff that are bothered. Shame because in a good spot. Pull your socks up, Worthing has plenty of coffee shops and if you don't you will not be one of them.
I had ordered a couple of portions of cheesy chips at the pub for lunch , and they were fantastic! The chips were golden and crispy, just how I like them, and the melted cheese on top was delicious. It was the perfect comfort food to share around the table, and everyone enjoyed them. We even tried them with a couple of different dips, which added an extra layer of flavour. Overall, it was a great choice for lunch, and I’d definitely order them again! The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing and they even had a little park for the kids, I found the staff very welcoming!
I have visited this cafe twice now with my father in law who is in a wheelchair and frail. Both times the staff have been so welcoming, not minding me doing furniture moving to get dad into a spot where he will be happy. They have also been very understanding about my requests for the way dads drinks are made. We haven't eaten there yet, but the food looks lovely and everyone I have seen has cleared their plates. They also have a children's play area for younger children. I would recommend this cafe to everyone.
Lovely brunch. Had vegan breakfast X2. Very quick service. Younger staff not overly friendly but older ones definitely are which made for an enjoyable experience. Lovely quality of food and portions. Very nice decor . Just what we needed on a miserable rainy day.
Popped in for dinner whilst on holiday. We’d tried the sister Cow Shed previously and really enjoyed it. This was a more traditional pub environment. It wasn’t particularly busy, so was rather quiet, but that wasn’t a problem. Liked the selection of games on offer which was good for keeping us occupied while we waited for food. The food was fairly standard decent pub grub. Dog friendly too which was an added bonus.
